Hotel Pinna

Me and my family spent our vacation every year in this hotel but each time we leaving they’ll accuse us of stealing a hand towel, yes you read that right a hand towel, us coming from US to steal a hand towel in Hawassa, it was bad experience and embarrassing for us, they apologized each time but did it again, never again!!! The break fast is cold and the same thing every day, we book for 2 weeks and 2 rooms but I could spend my money elsewhere and get appreciated.

It makes me easier every day, for example, I find a lot of newly useing the town of the city of the city I want to get the place I want.

Good points: - location - Free breakfast - Friendly staff Not Good points - Relatively expensive. I payed 2000 birr for single bedroom. With less price you can find same or better rooms. Good for solo travelers.

After maintaining the rooms I am pleased to get better services. Welcome back to your greatness in service. Your breakfast is great, I strongly recommend to customers their EThiopian dishes, specially Pinna Special.

Staff were courteous and accommodating. Stay was comfortable. My friends had a different experience though. Check your room beforehand for all the amenities, before paying, to avoid unnecessary hassle later on.

What a worst hotel I have ever been in Hawasa. Completely disproportionate for what they price you and give you. Especially the brake-fast, worst ever. Please don't book unless you have run out of options. The only worth thing I noticed is, it being in the center of the town, nothing more!

Great hotel rooms, regaining their quality service and centeredness with modern cafe, restaurant and spacious free area
