Hotel Piscis

The hotel is very beautiful and a perfect location, room was nice but they skipped cleaning twice so we runned out of towels and had to ask twice at the reception for new towels. The times of breakfast are perfect but the time of dinner was very short in comparing to breakfast, also most of the food was cold. All inclusive was a bit disappointing since not all drinks belonged to the all in and also the bar was closed exactly at 23:00 if you still had a seat they will send you away at 23:00 not a minute later. Even tho we was not 100% satisfied we had a good stay

First of all, the air condition in our room were not functioning for half our stay. We were in the reception on multiple occasions asking for it to be fixed but to no avail. It felt like the staff didn’t believe us when we told them. The room temperature was well over 35C one night, resulting in one of my friends suffered a heatstroke and we had to bring him to the emergency room. First then the staff believed us and called for a proper group of technicians to fix it. They had to replace multiple parts. Our room size did not contribute to our stay. We were three people and we got a small sized hotel room with three beds. For the price we were paying, I was expecting something a little bit more luxurious, and our room felt like a last effort attempt at making room for more guests at a overbooked hotel. The room service though were excellent and the cleaning staff, were very nice and understanding despite they spoke very little English. The food selection at the breakfast buffet was adequate at most.

Positives: modern hotel, friendly front of house staff, a broad array of options for meals and great music by the pool. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Negatives: it’s basically a glorified hostel! The hotel caters for all types of adults yet it’s basically just a party hotel. The rooms have no sound proofing and the noise in the corridors at night is outrageous! I was woken up every night multiple times. They need a security guard going up and down the halls at night. Also, the smoking at the pool area is out of control. Thankfully they seemed to realise this and on our last day had a security guard at the pool. Recommended if you want to party all night. Not recommended if you want a balanced holiday.

Our stay was great. The staff was helpful and really nice, especially the receptionists. The restaurant with 5 different stands with international cuisine (sushi and kebab included!!). The view is incredible, couldn't wish for more. The whole holidays was just perfect, thank you for the unique experience!

Excellent location. Good Food. Nice drinks. A few minor drawbacks: the rooms were not attended to daily. It was confusing that sometimes you couldn't walk through the bar to get to the restaurant so had to go down the stairs through reception and up the stairs - possibly while it was being cleaned but who knows? All in all a good base for San Antonio and the wider island (bus station is around the corner).

Lovely hotel, great location and atmosphere. Breakfast was always on the cold side but plenty of choice, coffee was decent. Cocktails from the bar were superb! Staff were all friendly and polite. Rooms at the front of the hotel are a lot better with pool veiw, if you get a room at the back there's no sun and get a veiw of the bus station but that can't be helped and its not like your going to spend a lot of time in there let's face it. Would probably go back to same hotel if visiting Ibiza again. Would recommend.

Night time security guard was extremely rude to us on more than one occasion, on our first night my girlfriend got spiked and when we got back to the hotel she was unconscious and being sick, the security guard ( small man) was saying “ too much drink “ and laughing at her when she was in need of help, the following night when we arrived back at the hotel he accused us of not staying there even though we had our wrist bands on, and when we laughed and said you saw us last night, he looked at us and said in a nasty tone “ it’s not funny” he was very abrupt to us and has put us off coming back if we were to be honest, this is the first time we have done Ibiza as a couples holiday and the one guy made the experience not what we wanted, his very rude and nasty way about everything needs addressing as on the other nights arriving back at the hotel he was always in some sort of argument / disagreement with someone. We enjoyed our stay but he was not helpful what so ever and made us feel annoyed / a bit angry to be honest which we don’t expect on holiday.

The breakfast room is too cold and hot food gets cold very quickly. I saw quite a lot of food wasted so maybe turn the aircon down a little. People feel more warm as well after sleeping. But might help waste less food and mean people enjoy breakfast more. Apart from that excellent hotel. Gym really good too.
