I was very satisfied with how everything works at Hotel Pistache. On the day of check-in I received a link, and from there I could easily open both the hotel entrance and our room door with my phone, super convenient! There’s no reception or staff at the entrance, you just walk in without any hassle and go straight to your room. Our room was spacious with two comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom, and even a kitchen (though we didn’t end up using it). The room was cleaned daily, always done while we were out, which was really nice. All in all, it was a perfect stay – modern, comfortable, and stress-free. Definitely recommended!

As we were checking into the hotel the staff were around in the common areas. The staff was very unfriendly and disagreeable, I think hospitality just isn't their thing. They kept asking personal questions and would not leave us to an evening alone. It was as if we we're intruding into their private home and they felt like they had the right to know all private details about us. The rooms are lovely, the staff where treating us bad. I don't recommend staying here!

Very good location. Walking distance to sites and next to buss and tram stops. Nice comfortable rooms. We were 3 people and had a double in a bedroom and a foldout double in the living room. Space for seating and a small kitchenette. |No staff on location, will have to call them to be let in.

Fantastic room (quite big) with nice and modern interior. TV and heating and wifi were working perfectly. Bathroom was big and modern as well. Very comfy to come in (online opening via mobile). Would appreciate better bike shelter (for our own bikes without standing sticks). Very nice and calm neighbourhood (we spent Christmas days there). Terrace was unfortunately very wet and slippery (probably due to winter time), so we couldn't use it. Overall very beautiful and superb accommodation.

Very nice hotel with clean spacious room, completed with utensils, microwave, nespresso, water cooker. Very close to tram stop, not far from city center in a quiet neighbourhood. They have parking spaces in front of the hotel which you have to reserve, but otherwise you can park in a garage nearby (Alexanderveld). Clear communication with staffs through email. Despite their absency in the building, they’re still available. We consider to come back when we want to stay in Den Haag again.

The Hotel Pistache Den Haag is excellent value for money. Friendly, well-located, homey atmosphere, and very well-maintained. For those who prefer not to stay in impersonal hotels of large chains. I hope to return soon.
