Hotel Piz Buin Klosters

There were so many great things about this place, I'm not sure where to start. The staff was always smiling, responsive, and happy to help with an query. The location was superb - right next to a picturesque stream, and a 5 minute walk to the train station and cable car. The on-site restaurant was very good; the rooms were cleaned very well and all supplies replenished every day. The swimming pool and sauna were nice and the sports massage that we arranged via the hotel was great as well. I can't think of a single thing that we wouldn't be happy with, and we're definitely coming back if we're ever in the area in the future.

Excellent hotel. Ticks all the boxes. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and we stayed in January 2026 and found it to be brilliant.

I wish I could give half stars, my note would be 3,5 Unfortunately the breakfast is clearly the downside. First of all, there's a mouse living in the restaurant, which is clearly known. Actually I don't mind the mouse itself, it's more an hygiene issue since it poops under the coffee machine. The breakfast doesn't match a 4 stars hotel, an industrial self service coffee machine isn't expected. The waitress ( and older lady with short hair) is clearly unsympathetic when you don't speak German. She made me wait 20 minutes to refill the empty cheese platter after I told her it was empty. She kept saying "moment". The rooms are good and de Spa is especially beautiful. The persons at the desk are friendly and advised us very well for the hikes. Overall good stay.

A great hotel in the centre of Klosters. The staff were all really nice, friendly and helpful. There is a car park on site but we were told to park in a public car park across the road from the hotel by the receptionist, which costs Fr0.50 per hour and is free from 1800 to 0800. The room was very nice and comfortable with a nice bathroom and a balcony. The sauna area was really nice, modern with two large saunas and a steam room. Dinner and breakfast was good.

Very superior hotel. Only problem was climate control -- much too hot for comfortable sleep. That said would stay again with positives location, staff and food -- excellent breakfast. Good exercise facilities -- pool was nice. Excellent access to cross country ski trails and alpine ski lift -- walking distance to both.

I can’t rate Hotel Piz Buin highly enough. This hotel is doing an outstanding job in providing a high standard of accommodation in Klosters. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we found in eight weeks of travel. The pool, spa and sauna is spotless and beautiful. |We traveled with a friend and we were all given an upgrade on arrival to a large studio apartment with fantastic village and mountain views. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom large and with a bath. The location is central in the village and close to everything. I would stay here again anytime.

This hotel was simply amazing. Cute, charming and spacious room. Amazing shower with pine-scented body wash. The spa facilities were excellent, especially after a day of hiking in the rain. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want and you could even order different types of eggs or pancakes as part of it. The burger at the Bär Restaurant was excellent as well. We'll definitely be coming back!
