Planet Boutique Hotel

I stayed at Planet Boutique Hotel with my family for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is recently renovated and features a modern look with excellent interiors and good-quality furnishings. The washroom was clean and well equipped with all amenities, and the water pressure was excellent, making the shower very relaxing. Linen quality was good and very clean. The room also had a tea/coffee maker, and they provided complimentary 2 liters of drinking water daily, which was appreciated. The best part of this hotel is its staff behavior. All the staff, including reception and room boys, were equally courteous, helpful, and always served with a smile, which truly made our stay comfortable. They serve a good variety of breakfast options. However, the hotel does not have a full-time restaurant for snacks or meals, as they only serve tea during the rest of the day. It would be great if they consider opening a full-time restaurant in the future. There was one small issue with coordination: the evening duty staff forgot to inform the night duty staff about arranging a bigger car for my early morning (5 AM) airport drop, as I had extra luggage. A sedan arrived instead, but the staff promptly managed to arrange an Uber, which resolved the situation. Still, it highlighted a minor communication gap between shifts. Despite this, if I travel to Mumbai again, I would definitely choose Planet Boutique Hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, good linen, and excellent staff service. Keep up the good work!

From booking to check-out, we had an excellent experience. The rooms were neat and clean, and the washrooms were new. The breakfast offered a variety of Indian and English options. The service was hassle-free, and the payment experience was smooth. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is great, near the airport, Juhu Beach, and local transportation is available just outside the main gate.

Had a great stay at Planet Boutique Hotel. The interiors modern, and the overall vibe feels very welcoming. The staff was extremely courteous and warm, making the stay pleasant. Cleanliness was well maintained throughout the property. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very tiny but cozy and comfortable for a short stay. The location is excellent, close to the airport and main roads. Staff is polite and helpful. However, space feels a bit congested, especially with luggage. Overall, a decent option for transit or a short business trip.

Staff were humble and very helpful, and were quick to serve for any requests. Rooms were adequate in size. They also have a cloak room to hold luggage after the stay. I had a wonderful stay here. Would highly recommend.

Bad behaviour of a receptionist if a person is asking for a meeting with manager, receptionist is behaving like he is the one talk with me. That dude does not have an ethics to talk with guests. I’ve studied international hospitality that dude was teaching me how things works. Totally bad experience with the customer relations they handle a situation like a local hotel. Dude is saying he is the manager and can speak properly with guests what else i can expect from a hotel like this..

Nice and tidy rooms. Service was nice. Looks like new property. And a big plus for their breakfast food was so good

Visited Mumbai for office work and stayed with planet boutique hotel for two nights I really loved staying.they have good breakfast options .staff is very helpful & polite .room cleaning was up to the mark will recommend this hotel to my office colleague ..
