Front desk was incredibly rude, when we were arriving with backpacks, she was pretending to know we couldn't effort a middle class hotel, letting us wait until and very rudely informed us about the price even though we hadn't asked for it. In the end she showed us a horrible room that was not even really furnished, neither clean. The balcony view was to a another house with a lot of trash in front. We did not book a room which seemed to be her intention of service

Loved our stay here. We had a studio apartment with a balcony which looked onto the cliff face (which is quite a nice view), it was spacious and all that we needed for our stay. We found the staff very helpful, friendly and smiling. The food was a buffet and lovely too, we had to try to stop ourselves from piling up food on our plates. We did a lot of walking on our trip and got a packed lunch from the hotel which was cheap (4€) and plenty for a day in the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked with Tui and were pleasently surprised , hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room was huge we had a front room with seaviews, Kitchen was small but big enough to make a sandwich wouldnt want to try and cook as space is limited. Room was clean, bed comfy, balcony was a good size.|Heated roof top pool was a bonus and the breakfast buffet was plenty.|This hotel is centrally located to the seafront which has numerous resturants with a spa supermarket a 2 min walk.|La Gomera in our eyes is a hidden gem and is defienitley worth the journey. It does take an hour from the ferry port to get to the hotel along some very bendy roads !!

Visited La Gomera with a Tui package and really didn't know what to expect but this hotel was fabulous. Room was really big and quite luxurious with a lovely balcony you could see and hear the sea from. Very clean and comfortable. We arrived late and they had laid on a cold buffet for us in our room, which made us feel very welcome. Very friendly, smiley but hyper efficient staff. Our package included dinner and breakfast. Both, all you can eat buffets so we saved a fortune in eating and only needed the odd coffee or drink in other places. Impressive range of breakfast foods. Dinner also nice but mainly small variation on a theme and possibly geared to the predominantly German clientele. |Some reviews have criticised the small pool but it's not that small! Sea water filled which I enjoyed because it's not so safe to swim off the beaches due to the ferocious under-tow. It's also on the roof surrounded by spectacular views and dramatic landscape. Felt very special swimming up there.|The architecture is kind of austere and in the brutalist style but inside there is lots of space and light and our room was very quiet. A very happy experience.

There is much good to say about this hotel; location is good, rooms are big and nice, good breakfast buffet restaurant and nice pool area on the top floor BUT you don't know if you get a room with a good location or the opposite. We have stayed here before in a room on 3rd floor on the front side of the hotel with nice sesviews, and at point i gave the hotel 5*. This time we got a room on 2nd floor with very limited sesviews through some palms (room 201) and very dark. Absolutely no sun on the terasse. We had booked a "larger room with partial sesviews". And you dont know up front which type of room you are getting and it is not possible to pay extra and be sure to get a good room. So you are betting your holiday on a lottery. Would i do that again. Never!

This hotel is a very good 4 star. Spacious rooms, very large comfortable beds, large bathroom, nice sofa area with Tv and a nice balcony. Great shower or bath if you like to take a bath. Room cleaned every day, all staff friendly and helpful. The roof top pool is fabulous, very clean and well kept. Yes a couple of the sun beds were a little worn but you could get pool towels from the attendant to cover so not an issue. Views from the pool are amazing. Overall we had a very good experience of this hotel. Some good bars and restaurants nearby. We walked from the hotel along the promenade to the Port most evenings, a lovely stroll passing beaches and restaurants.

Small, elegant 4 * hotel (63 rooms). Very spacious rooms with balconies and a small kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge, tableware, etc.). Air conditioning works efficiently, windows soundproof. Service at a high level, both housekeeping and service in the hotel restaurant. Front office very helpful, ready to provide all necessary information. Buffet breakfast with a fairly large selection of products, everyone will find something for themselves. Nice variety for vegetarians. Dinner also buffet with very good food, vegetarian options. The hotel itself is calm and comfortable. Two swimming pools on the roof, a small one for children and a larger one (1.10 deep). A beautiful view of the surrounding area from the pool roof. A hotel for those who appreciate peace and quiet without a huge crowd of tourists. A good place for hiking trips in the area.

Excellent place to stay. Our only comment is that mgmt. could not always accommodate us for dinner at the resort even though we were paying customers. The kitchen appeared to be short of head chef and staff.
