A cannot say enough about how amazing Playa Fiesta was!! Starting with the beautiful property, the attention of all the staff, and the thoughtful touches put on everything were truly a one of a kind experience. We attended my sisters wedding at this venue and were able to spend a week in pure bliss.|Our two toddlers attended as well and Gabby went out of her way to ensure that they had hot dogs and Mac & cheese, every toddlers favorite! The bartenders memorized everyone’s favorite drinks, and all of the servers went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The kindness that emanated from every staff member was infectious, they always made you feel good just being in their presence. I have never experienced such a thoughtful vacation, it honestly felt more like a home and quickly became my favorite place in Mexico! |My sisters wedding went off without a hitch as well and was the most picture perfect event, seamless transitions from ceremony to reception, beautiful decorations, and overall such a fun evening. This place is 10/10! If you are considering an event here, you will not be disappointed!

Playa Fiesta is pure magic. I’ve traveled to some of the most incredible destinations in the world, and yet our wedding here was by far one of the most spectacular experiences of my life. It exceeded every expectation we had, not only for us, but for every single one of our guests, who are still raving about it.|The location itself is beyond breathtaking. Photos simply can’t capture the energy of this space, you have to feel it. There’s a special, almost magnetic quality the moment you arrive. It’s pristine, private, and perfectly set against the beauty of Puerto Vallarta. What makes it even more extraordinary is the staff. They don’t just take care of you....they make you feel like family. They learn your guests’ names, remember their favorite drinks, and anticipate every wish. Charly behind the bar made me feel like a queen, and Gabi, Lindsay, and Adam executed everything with effortless precision and heart. On our last night, my husband declared, “Let’s come back here for our 5-year celebration,” and I couldn’t agree more. I wish I could click my heels and relive it all over again. If you’re lucky enough to book Playa Fiesta, stay as long as you can and go ALL OUT. It truly is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and they deliver every ounce of magic. ✨

Just getting home from a series of trips, one of which was Playa Fiesta in Puerto Vallarta. I cannot express enough how I love Playa Fiesta and Puerto Vallarta. It is always super fun and everyone is so happy and friendly. Especially the staff at PF, some have been there for over 20 years. I got married at PF in 2023 and our guests expressed it was the funnest wedding they had ever been to. Well I have to say Adam and Lindsay have really created a magical environment with stunning rooms, incredible food and wonderful staff right on the beach with breathtaking views of the bay and Los Arcos. Playa Fiesta is one of my favorites places on earth!!

Our daughter and son-in-law chose Hotel Playa Fiesta for their wedding this June, and we had the most wonderful week! They wanted to find a place where friends and family from both sides could spend more than just a few hours together and Hotel Playa Fiesta was the perfect choice.|The venue is absolutely stunning. We loved watching our guests’ faces as they arrived—everyone was amazed that this beautiful space would be “ours” for the week. But what really made the experience exceptional was the people. From the front desk and housekeeping to the waitstaff and bartenders, everyone we encountered was warm and friendly, and made sure that we had everything we needed.|If this had just been a vacation, it would have been amazing—but we were also hosting a wedding! And this is where Hotel Playa Fiesta stands apart. In the months leading up to the big day, Lindsay, Adam, and Gabi were incredibly helpful and responsive, guiding our daughter and son-in-law through decisions and patiently answering all of their questions. And when we arrived, we handed over the few items we had brought for the wedding—and that was it. From there, they took care of everything. As the mother of the bride, I had the best day! And this was because of the confidence I had in Tammy, Gabi and Lindsay. We just knew that they were committed to making sure that everything would be wonderful—so much so, that we didn’t stress a bit. I was able to simply enjoy every moment getting ready with my daughter and her crew.|Our confidence was well placed. The wedding came together beautifully! I'm not sure if I can adequately express all of the things that make Playa Fiesta so amazing, but I am going to try! To preface, I found Playa Fiesta through Wedding Wire and booked purely off of reviews, having not seen it in person, and it was the absolute best decision I have made. |We recently had our wedding at Playa Fiesta (May 2025) after over a year of waiting, and I will just say it is worth waiting for any amount of time. From the very beginning, Adam, Lindsay, and Gabi communicated with me via email and phone to review all of the information necessary in the earlier phases. Throughout my year + of planning I was in constant communication with everyone. They went above and beyond to answer questions and handle just about everything you could think of. So as a bride it is all you could ask for! They organize and plan all details, you just customize your choices. There was no stress, and everything that I pictured came to life during the week of the wedding.|Wedding week: There is not one thing that went wrong, or that we, or any of our guests could complain about. The food was absolutely amazing (we stayed next door at the Hilton last year and the food doesn't even come close to the quality at PF). All of the staff was beyond amazing, again, going above and beyond to make sure that everyone was completely taken care of, and it was so amazing just to get to know a lot of the staff personally over the week. The day of the wedding Lindsay, Gabi, and Tammy handled everything from decorating, communicating with vendors, getting everyone where they needed to be, and my entire wedding vision came to life through their immense knowledge of wedding planning. There is nothing I would change about my wedding, and my entire stay at PF, and my entire group would say the exact same thing. We constantly have friends and family coming up to us saying how amazing their week was and how genuine everyone was at the hotel. Lindsay, Gabi, and Tammy, thank you so much for being such genuine, kindhearted people, making our wedding unforgettable. There is a reason that each review on here is so detailed and sincere, because that is exactly what you get at PF. If you are even considering a destination wedding in PV, this is no doubt the place that you want to book.

Had the best vacation at Playa Fiesta. The hotel was right in front of the beach, which made every morning feel like paradise. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, they truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were absolutely amazing -spotless, super comfortable, and felt brand new every day thanks to the amazing service. Between the location, the views, and the atmosphere, it was the perfect place for such a memorable trip

Our wedding week was truly magical from start to finish. I’m a detail-oriented planner who loves to host events, so I was nervous about pulling off a destination wedding while still including all my personal touches. Lindsay, Adam, and Gabi made the process not only stress-free, but fun!||From the moment we booked in April 2023 until our wedding week in February 2025, everything was seamless. It wasn’t just magical for us — our 80 guests are still talking about Playa Fiesta! Many said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended, and a few even joked that their kids will get married there one day.||PLANNING:||Lindsay, Adam, and Gabi were incredible from start to finish. They were quick to respond to every email and question. Lindsay was especially amazing at helping me make final decisions and offering spot-on suggestions — I loved every one of them.||PROPERTY:||The property is stunning, and every room is beautifully decorated. The Wedding Suite was the perfect romantic space and made getting ready with my bridesmaids extra special.||STAFF:||The staff deserves endless praise. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how warm, attentive, and helpful everyone was — from the front desk to housekeeping, the dining staff, and the bar team. They truly made us feel at home.||FOOD:||The food was outstanding. From breakfast through late-night snacks, every single meal was delicious. Our guests raved about it all week long.||BAR:||Special shout-out to Charlie at the bar! Not only were his drinks fantastic, but he made sure the “Queen of the Week” (the bride!) always had a drink in hand. He’s been with Playa Fiesta for over 20 years — a testament to how wonderful this place is and how well Lindsay and Adam run it.||✨ In short: Playa Fiesta gave us the wedding of our dreams. Wow, this magical place is a true gem. My boyfriend Jake and I went there for a good friend's wedding, and got a lovely vacation out of it also! Everything went so smoothly. From the pick-up to and from the airport to the the hotel checkout, the absolutely stellar staff anticipated all of our needs. They were always attentive, friendly, remembered your name and drink order, and never missed a beat with anything. I really appreciated my Spanish lessons with Charley the bartender! Every single meal we had was excellent, and the drinks were very well made. Our room was beautiful and to my boyfriend's delight had a powerful air conditioner. The wedding was just heavenly, and the amount of detail the staff put into the celebration did not go unnoticed. It made it feel sincerely special and intimate. Lastly, the pristine beach right outside the pool area was always clean, well maintained, and felt very private and secluded. Overall, I cannot recommended Playa Feista enough. If you're looking at wedding venues, they don't get much better than this. Thank you Playa Fiesta!!

I just returned from a week at Hotel Playa Fiesta, and was so impressed by how well taken care of and catered to I felt by their wonderful staff. Their hotel and resort were also safe, beautiful, well maintained, and easily accessible by Uber, taxis, and other transport. I was told by a local driver that this location is considered the "Beverly Hills" of Puerto Vallarta, so prices were accordingly higher than in some other areas in town. Despite the price tag, I felt that the service we received was worth every dollar. I loved the all-inclusive dining and bar, and really appreciated the option of add-on services like massages, beauty salon, etc...not to mention the almost-private beach, two pools, and a hot tub! This venue provides entertainment and relaxation, as well as excellent wedding coordination! I hope I get to go back one day!

I was recently a guest at a wedding held at this resort, and it was the best experience ever! All the staff were so nice and friendly, the food was amazing, the scenery is beautiful, I only have great things to say! Every hour of the day I was able to hear the waves crashing against the rocks like something out of a movie, gorgeous!

What I would give to go back and relive our wedding week at Playa Fiesta over and over again! The experience at Playa Fiesta was nothing short of magical. During the 18 months of wedding planning, people often asked about the stress and how it was going. I can honestly say that planning our wedding at Playa Fiesta was not only stress-free but also a lot of fun! This was due to Adam, Lindsay and their amazing team! I can't tell you how refreshing it was to work with a team that was so friendly, detail oriented, organized, and extremely responsive. It was obvious from the very start that Adam and Lindsay are experts when it comes to hosting weddings and their support and guidance throughout the entire process was so appreciated! Upon arrival to Playa Fiesta we were blown away by how absolutely stunning the property is. If you thought the photos were impressive just wait until you see it in person!! You can tell that they take great pride in keeping everything pristine! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, very spacious and had the most breathtaking views! The pool deck, bar, sunset terrace and patio area were all gorgeously designed! No details were spared! The Playa Fiesta staff, without a doubt, is the friendliest, most attentive, and hardworking group I have ever encountered. Lindsay, Gabi, Tammy, and Bernard deserve a huge shoutout for making our wedding week perfect. Charley the bartender is iconic! He is a master of his craft! The wait and kitchen staff, especially Ernesto, contributed to our phenomenal experience. Chef Octavio impressed us with his delicious dishes throughout the week. Our week was filled with so many fun activities!! I highly recommend the fire jugglers and hosting a karaoke night! The massages on the sun deck were out of this world amazing. Best massage I have ever had (you will definitely want to upgrade to the full hour!) The wedding day itself was a dream. Lindsay and her team orchestrated the entire day to perfection. The Playa Fiesta hair and makeup team, Christy and Brenda, were fantastic. Photographer Eder and videographer Sandra blended seamlessly with our group, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The ceremony setup was breathtaking, creating an intimate atmosphere despite our numerous guests. I can't express enough how obsessed I was with the floral arrangements. Maripepa and her team are true artists who did a phenomenal job with the flowers and bouquets. Dinner was delicious, and Lindsay ensured we had time to sit down and enjoy our meal. As someone who is gluten-free, I was blown away by our delicious gluten-free wedding cake that I'll be dreaming about for years. The reception was one of the best nights of my life, from non-stop dancing to a surprise fireworks show. The DJ crushed it, keeping everyone on the dance floor for hours. We have since had several guests tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I can't praise Playa Fiesta enough--they are truly the best at what they do, and I wholeheartedly recommend hosting your wedding here.

Where to even start with Playa Fiesta!! We had our wedding here and we could not be happier, we would do it again 1000000x and wish we could relive it again and again!! The entire staff is so kind, accommodating, and lovely. Gabi, Tammy, Bernard, Ernesto, Charly, Pato, Jorge, Santana, Tamata, Marco, Natalia, Eric, Chef Octavio - they felt like family by the end of the week. Lindsay and Adam were so amazing, they also feel like family now! I did not have any stress leading up to or on my wedding, they took care of everything. I felt so comfortable and taken care of the entire time we were there. Our guests felt the same and we had the best week ever !!! The food was incredible, I was so impressed that the chefs could fed 108 people on our wedding night so effortlessly and it was delicious. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were also all delicious, and we are foodies! I cannot recommend Playa Fiesta enough.

Having a wedding at Hotel Playa Fiesta is hands down the best decision we could have made. We got married in January 2024 and at first wedding planning was very overwhelming as we had no idea what we were doing. That all changed when we decided to host our wedding at Playa Fiesta. Throughout the 18 months of wedding planning , Adam, Lindsay and Gabi made the process extremely manageable and dare I say even fun!! The entire staff is genuine, helpful, incredibly accommodating, and truly go above and beyond to make you and your guest's experience unforgettable. This includes all the hardwork put in by Gabi, Bernard, Tammy, Lindsay, Adam and every Playa Fiesta worker. They were all absolutely incredible from start to finish. Bartender Charley is a legend, Ernesto also a legend, so much fun and kept the vibes/energy high. Food was fantastic (chef's kiss!), loved the variety of options, and very accommodating for me and my wife's food allergies. We are still dreaming of the goat cheese salad! The location is perfect! We had our own private castle for the week. The rooms were very comfortable and had lots of character making you truly feel at home. The days leading up to the wedding were so much fun and filled with great activities. We both highly recommend booking the fire juggler and doing karaoke. Wedding day, everything flowed perfectly. You can tell that Lindsay and team know what they are doing and they do it flawlessly! We can't say thank you enough for all you did on this very special day! The DJ crushed it! He kept everyone dancing on the dance floor all night. Many of our guests say they had never seen so many people dancing for so long at a wedding! There is so much love and joy at Playa Fiesta and it shows in everything that they do. We had so many guests say this was the best wedding they had ever been to and a the vacation of their dreams. We are so gretful for all of the hard work Playa Fiesta put in to make our wedding week absolutey perfect and we are even more grateful for the beautufil friendships that we formed with everyone that works there. Part of our hearts remain intertwined at Hotel Playa Fiesta, it was the best week of our lives. Don't think twice, book this spot.

WOW! We just had 5 days of complete and extraordinary fun, delicious food and free-flowing tasty Charly cocktails. The entire staff treated every one of our 50 guests like royalty. The rooms were gorgeous comfortable suites. The pools were delightfully warm, the ocean views were spectacular, the staff was INCREDIBLE and the hostess Lindsay was priceless. She was so sweet, organized and knew exactly how to proceed so the wedding day went flawlessly! She covered everything and adjusted to whatever came her way. She even cleaned blood on my shirt that occurred moments before the wedding. I just can't say enough about her amazing contribution to our day and week. Neither of us had ever been to a wedding with so much style, fun and overall love. Everything exceeded our expectations by a million miles. We were all so sad to leave because for every one of us, the 5 days were constant fun and frolic. Adult day camp extreme and deluxe. An unforgettable experience for all. I truly don't know where to begin. Booking Playa Fiesta as our wedding destination was one of the best decisions we have ever made for so many reasons! Every single detail from the staff to the planning process, the food, aesthetic and the location deserves so much more than just 5 stars. For starters Lindsay and Gabi couldn't have been more kind and generous with their time when it came down to planning and the stay for us and all our guests. We never felt even for a second anything was too much or an inconvenience. When you have over a year to plan, things and ideas change over time and mine did a lot lol. They always had my back and were there to help make everything happen that we hoped for and more. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful and this was the most enjoyable process I could have ever hoped for! The food! The food was incredible! The reviews of their food was one of the biggest selling points for us and it did not disappoint. You can't go wrong with anything you order and the staff is the best! I have some food allergies and they took the time to know and accommodate at every meal. That is one of the most stressful things for me while traveling and I didn't have to worry about it for a moment! Their breakfast buffets, taco platters and guacamole were a few of my favorites!! The hotel itself will blow you away! There isn't a single photo or video that will ever due justice to how it is to actually be there. There isn't a bad room so don't feel bad about assigning any of them to anyone. They are all beautiful and we couldn't believe how clean everything was the entire time. I was barefoot 75% of the time and my feet were always clean lol. The location was stunning! It was so nice to be the last hotel on the beach with unobstructed views down the coast. We ran and worked out on the beach every morning and was the best way for us to start each day. There were jet skis and other water toys to rent right outside the hotel and no vendors at all trying to sell you anything. The staff.... We have never experience the quality of care, friendliness and attention to detail everyone had. It was such a pleasure getting to know everyone and so awesome seeing the same faces everyday and night. They went above and beyond for us and everyone during our stay and truly made our experience what it was. They helped with all our reservations, transportation and even went to the pharmacy for me when I wasn't feeling well the last night! If you are thinking about Playa Fiesta as your wedding/event hotel and venue you should absolutely book as soon as you can! We couldn't have dreamed of a better more perfect experience from start to finish. We even booked again for 2025 for a family event!! Thank you again so so much to Lindsay, Gabi, Tammy, Ever, Adam and Charlie, to just name a few! We can't wait to be back in 2 years for our next event!

This is the most beautiful place for a Wedding. Very nice property, the service was incredible, and the food was to die for. Very well organized wedding week, we had a great time and the bride was so happy!

Literally the BEST place to have your weeding. Seriously. I wish I could get married again just to have the experience again. From the time you check in to the time you leave. I think the only thing I would change is being more specific with the photographer on the exact pictures I wanted and also the DJ. The staff was absolutely perfect and the hotel itself was more than I would have ever imagined. Lindsay made us feel SO special. Everyone to this day still talks about our wedding Thank you Playa for making our dreams come true!

I am sure it will take weeks for us to come back down to earth! It was the PERFECT, PERFECT wedding. There was not one thing that Playa Fiesta missed, forgotten, not done well....Everything was spectacular and it was the wedding that our, Sloane, and daughter-in-law, Mandy, dreamed of from the very start of the process. I want to thank all of you, Lindsay, Gabi, Bernardo, Charly and the rest of the Playa Fiesta staff for making this an unforgettable four days. Your facility is beautiful, the setting breathtaking (even more stunning by the magnificent florals!) and everything made more wonderful by each and every individual who is part of your staff. I don't think I have enough adjectives to adequately relate how incredible it was to celebrate our children's wedding at Playa Fiesta!. From the venue, to the food, to the AMAZING STAFF, it really was simply magnificent! But just so you know, we were just two of the many, many, many people who felt as we did! What an impression Playa Fiesta made!

I don't know why anyone would have a wedding anywhere else. Destination weddings are where it's at and having a boutique resort cater to you and your guests every need for a week is just amazing. For brides it is especially amazing because you show up, turn over everything you brought and they handle everything else. You can relax and enjoy and they will keep you on track and on schedule. If you don't believe me, fly down and book a tour and tasting with Gabi for your upcoming wedding. You will know as soon as you arrive that it is the place for you! Our guests started a hashtag for the experience... #epic That sums it up.

My daughter's wedding at Hotel Playa Fiesta was a dream come true and words can't even begin to explain how amazing the whole week went. From the atmosphere to the food to the service everything was top notch. The rooms were beautiful and so clean. My son in law's uncle got married at the venue a couple years prior and we heard nothing but amazing things. However as a mother I was still skeptical they had never viewed the venue prior to their wedding. As ocd as we are when it comes to planning, I couldn't have imagined her to pick another place. Lindsay and Adam truly made this experience seamless and unforgettable. They made sure to ease any concerns with covid or wedding planning. We did a full take over and all our guests were so happy with their rooms and the amazing service. The staff felt like family towards the end of the week. They really take the time to get to know guests and make them feel special. They knew everyone by name and even remembered their favorite drinks. Charley and Niño are absolutely amazing and their customer service is better than any five star hotel. However, ALL their staff is incredible. I feel like words do not do justice to the amazing work they've done training their staff. The food was better than any restaurant we had tried throughout the week. It was so fresh, flavorful, and it was displayed so nice. Some of our guests even ordered food to go before they left the venue. When it came to do activities some guest changed their minds and decided to stay at the venue since the food, the views, the pool and the service was all you can ask for the most relaxing week. The actual wedding day was a dream. I can say we truly enjoyed every minute of it and the bride and groom were stress free because Lindsay and the team handled everything so gracefully. We have absolutely nothing but positive feedback and it sounds too good to be true for a whole week and over 65 guest. We had guest the traveled around the world and they kept complimenting what an amazing venue Playa Fiesta was. If I could give this venue more than 5 stars I would. If you are on the verge of considering this dream wedding venue I would go for it. For the money and memories you can not beat that any where else. The wedding was not even a month ago and I am already thinking of possibly doing my 35 year anniversary there!

Had our wedding here and it was the absolute BEST! They made it so easy to plan a destination wedding. We had the whole venue to ourselves and they certainly went above and beyond. The buffet breakfast every morning was worth flying back for! They gave us a discount voucher for future stays and we are seriously considering inviting all our wedding guests for a reunion party!

TLDR - If they have the availability, BOOK IT. You won't be sorry. Bang for buck you can't get a better value. My wedding at Playa Fiesta was everything I could hope for and more! The beauty of Playa Fiesta is that you get an exclusive and private event experience. Because everyone on the property is there for your wedding, it breaks down any walls. Your guests get to know each other and spend the whole weekend together. I loved how new connections and memories were made. Gabi was my coordinator and she was helpful and attentive during the planning process and anticipated all our needs once we got on site. Gabi and Daniel made everything so easy! Food - Everyone enjoyed our hosted dinners (we chose Fajita Fiesta and Cubano for our dinners) and the daily breakfasts and day after wedding brunch was great. Our servers were on top of everything and had a drink ready for you as soon as one was done. Ulysses and Charley were amazing bartenders and could make anything you asked for. We chose to do National bar and it more than met our needs. Entertainment - We chose fire dancers, poker tournaments, and the pool volleyball setup. All of them were a hit with our guests. Everyone had a chance to relax or participate and there was just the right mix of both. Ceremony - Day of the wedding the staff transformed the property for us. It was beautiful. I couldn't ask for anything more. We had our wedding at the start of the rainy season (mid-June) and while hot and humid it was bearable. There was a threat of rain every day and it usually rained late at night. We were lucky and the rain held until after our ceremony, dinner, and fireworks (definitely worth getting BTW). When it did finally rain, it was a welcome break from the heat and humidity and we ended up all dancing in the rain until the DJ set ended at 1 am. Accommodations - All of the rooms were clean, well-appointed and had their own powerful AC units. All of our guests were thrilled with their rooms.

First trip to Puerto Vallarta - this for my daughters destination Wedding. She assured us that it was safe and nice. Me being a retired Sheriff - I was hesitant! Little did I know what to expect. No-one can top the excellent service, food and over all hospitality they provided. They made sure everyone was well taken care of from arrival to departure. Staff knew everyones name and treated all of us as family. The location is specular as are the accommodations. Clean and well taken care of! The wedding was beautiful as was the venue and fireworks. Gabi as the Wedding Planner was spot on, she is talented. We have taken cruises all over the world - I thought nothing could top these. Well I found something Playa Fiesta - nothing like this is the world! One additional note - I have never stayed anywhere for a week were something didn't go wrong - Can't say that anymore Playa Fiesta you did the impossible - THANK-YOU. I would love to make this an annual event!

We are still high on love from our wedding weekend at Hotel Playa Fiesta in Puerto Vallarta! Every time we reflect back on the 5 days wedding fiesta, we cry with tears of pure joy and love. And all of could not have happen at any other place than Hotel Playa Fiesta with their amazing staff and owners Adam and Lindsay. THE BEST! We found Hotel Playa Fiesta one day by searching Instagram and happened to stumble upon @playafiestaweddings . From there, we dug deeper into their website and other reviews, and to be honest could believe that a place like this could exist. So, we emailed them and Lindsay quickly responded, answered all of our initial questions and was quick to respond on everything! Thus, we jumped on a plane to PVR to visit the hotel. We were really taking a huge risk since we had never even been to PVR before The moment we arrived from the airport to the lobby of Hotel Playa Fiesta, we knew this was our paradise to celebrate our marriage with our friends and family. And after spending 24hrs with Lindsay, Adam, Gabby and the team, we signed the contract to start a year planning process. Over the next year, friends and family would ask us if we were stressed with wedding planning, nervous, busy, etc...and to be honest, we weren't at all! Lindsay is a savior and was there with us every single step of the way from planning every day out for the minute to coordinating our flowers to the photographer to the music, etc. It was a complete breeze even when we were one of the largest groups they have ever hosted. With such a large size of 135 guests, Adam offered solutions to assure that they could accommodate our guests at meals and on the dance floor. We talked through all options, pricing and details to make sure that most importantly, whatever we agreed upon would be executed flawlessly. AND IT WAS!! HOTEL PLAYA FIETSA IS THE BEST VENUE WITH THE BEST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER FIND - ANYWHERE!

If you want an intimate wedding week that no one will ever forget, then Playa Fiesta should be your venue. Not only did they provide a backdrop for our perfect wedding, they also planned every minute so that we could relax and hangout with our friends and family poolside. Gabi, Danny, and Lindsey are experts in wedding coordination and hospitality! Every single person who works this intimate 28 room resort will go above and beyond to make you feel like a celebrity and also family. To be honest, as a total perfectionist, I was scared to have my wedding so far away but after we began planning and the ladies sent me their spreadsheets with every detail planned out, I knew I was in good hands. They have done over 500 weddings over the years and have really partnered with best vendors to be sure your day will go perfectly. If you aren't getting married I'd still highly recommend. The hotel is gorgeous and amazingly clean. Each guest that stayed with us thought their room was the wedding suite! I used the tap water the entire time, bold I know, and it was my wedding week with zero problems. Most importantly, the food is to DIE for! This is coming from a group of Portland/Seattle/Orange County/ NYC food snobs. The chicken was insanely moist and the lobster tacos, OMG, the tacos are so so so good. If you book tell Charlie I say Hola and I would like another spicy mojito please!

We just got back from 7 days at Playa Fiesta and i cannot say enough about this place. It is THE place for a destination wedding (and we were not even the couple getting married). We were lucky enough to meet Adam and Lindsay, the owners, when we arrived and they were so accommodating and friendly. We could have hung out with them all week. The planning staff, Gabbi and Daniel, were constantly prepping for the week (with personalized clipboard in hand) they had an answer for everything. The bartenders and waitstaff at this place turned into our little family. They were perfect! We loved them all but especially Chema, Louis, Brenda, Charley, Richie and everyone else!!! The drinks were amazing. The bartenders were making everything from margaritas to mojitos to Miami vices to palomas. There was nothing they wouldn't make you and they were delicious! The food is unlike any "resort" food we have ever had. Everything was amazing. Our favorites were the tacos, guacamole, cesar salads, fried ice cream, and their french fries were iconic. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to get a large group of people and go back! - Kevin and Chris

First visit to Puerto Vallarta and had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Playa Fiesta for our families wedding. We experienced the best service and hospitality I've ever received. The staff was incredible and the whole experience was seamless and worry free. Beautiful location, incredible food and again, amazing staff that went above and way beyond for everyone. Words can't accurately describe how incredible it felt to take over this boutique hotel, in all of its beauty. While we were married about 10 years ago, it's a magical place to return and visit too. The Playa Fiesta team earned our trust and exceeded our expectations and it was the best week ever. Our family and friends still rave about our wedding, and the week we all shared. We returned in April, and can see changes and updates as the owners continue to provide a top notch venue creating unforgettable memories.

Wow! We got married at Playa Fiesta this March and everything from start to finish was an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE for our destination wedding. Every time we run into friends and family, they tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and that the whole week felt like the perfect relaxing tropical vacation. From the booking process with Adam, to then hand-off to Lindsay and Gabi - every part of the wedding process was pre-planned for success, but open to customization to make each day and tiny detail special and our own. We had never been to Hotel Playa Fiesta (or Puerto Vallarta!) until we showed up for the week of our wedding. Oddly enough, we weren't even nervous because of the detail, care, and responsiveness of Lindsay & Gabi throughout the entire planning process. I was probably the most high-maintenance bride they've had in a while, with my constant questions and needing to understand every line item, and Lindsay & Gabi didn't bat an eye. Upon arriving to the hotel, we were BLOWN AWAY by the venue. It is such a a gorgeous property, set right on the beach, with 2 pools, a hot tub, and a huge dining area in the shade that looks out at the pool. The rooms all huge, incredibly clean, and fit the needs of our guests. The view from our rooms were incredible... even the rooms that weren't an ocean view faced a cute garden area that reminded you that you're in a tropical destination. The food was AMAZING! I am a huge foodie, and I couldn't believe how good every single dish we ordered was... including the buffet breakfast, and wedding brunch, and all of our planned dinners for the wedding week and wedding night. Fresh squeezed juices? You bet! Skinny margaritas? You got it! The drinks were just as amazing as the food. Soooo good! The front desk was always there to answer any questions or requests, and cabs were readily available to head into town (Uber works down there, too!). As far as the staff goes, it was unlike any other staff we've ever had. From Charlie & Richard (our bartenders) knowing our drink orders better than we knew ourselves, to the wait staff knowing allergies... this was a five-star experience. They were so personable, accommodating, and on top of every minor detail, I can not stress it enough! Every day our guests hung out around the pool, got massages (yes, they offer a day with massages on-site)!, and enjoyed each other's company. Such a dream! We were lucky enough to have Lindsay (the owner of the hotel!) on-site when we were there, and got to experience her hospitality. Lindsay, you're truly one of a kind and made us feel incredibly special for our wedding week! I can not imagine a better wedding venue for our destination wedding, and I'm so grateful for Playa Fiesta and the memories we created.

Attended a wedding here rented all 28 rooms 90 guests, four nights five days! Everything was absolutely perfect service was over the top, they memorized every single person's name and called us by name all day all night every day. The actual wedding was on the upper terrace overlooking the ocean with the waves and the sun as a perfect backdrop. The owners were on site over looking every little detail.

I do not even know where to start... We first visited Playa Fiesta in November of 2016 to view the venue for our wedding as well as meet with Adam and Lindsay for a tasting. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by everything. The warm welcome from the staff, the amazing food, and of course Adam and Lindsay! I had to finally convince my fiance to have a destination wedding and he wanted to view several places and not decide on the first one we liked (he is the type of person who always likes to have a lot of options) but we both were "sold" right away! The following five months was the easiest wedding planning ever! I chose Lindsay as my head coordinator and she was absolutely amazing along with Gabi and Victor!! They were so on it throughout the whole planning process through the very last day. Attention to detail even the smallest ones. Everything went perfect, not one issue and they gave me a BETTER wedding than I had always dreamed about!! We cannot not thank them enough for all their hard work and they did. All of our family and friends kept raving about how wonderful everything was the food (no matter what you order you cant go wrong) the resort and its location, the staff (they could not get over the fact that they learned everyone's name within a day) and the most amazing sunsets. We had our 5 year daughter with us and there was two additional 7 year old's there and the staff was amazing with them! They loved the place and I do not think ever left the pool except to sleep and eat. The set up is prefect since the pool and common areas are all in one place there was never a reason or time to worry about them! They made themselves at home. We have to give a special thank you and shout out to Juan who totally took our daughter under his wing and was so attentive to her especially before all our guests arrived. We had our "wrap" up meeting to finalize all the last minute details, as well my hair and makeup trials (which Eddie is AMAZING by the way and you wont go wrong going with him!). I was up stairs with hair and makeup and my fiance was still trying to run our business while away and he was by our daughters side the whole time, she and we absolutely adored him! I could go on and on about this Playa Fiesta! If you choose to do your wedding here I/we can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed!! Thank you so much again to Lindsay, Adam, Gabi, Victor, Juan, Charlie, Patrick and the rest of the staff. We had the best week ever and cannot wait to return!!

When my fiancé and I got engaged we knew that we wanted a destination wedding. We started looking online and asking around for recommendations for hotels in the Puerto Vallarta area. My dad got a recommendation for Playa Fiesta, so my sister reached out for more details. Lindsay responded back very quickly with details and got the conversation started on what the hotel offered, pricing, etc. We were more than pleased with what we saw, and we LOVED the idea of having the hotel exclusively to ourselves and our wedding guests. After doing more research, we decided Playa Fiesta was the best fit so we placed our deposit and planned a trip down a few months later to see the venue in person. Many people thought we were crazy for placing our deposit before we saw the hotel, but knowing someone who had a great wedding experience there and all of the great reviews online we were confident with our decision. When we arrived to Playa Fiesta we were greeted by the VERY friendly staff and taken to our rooms (my parents and sister were with us, so we had 5 guests total). We were given great rooms that were very clean and had ocean views. We settled in and enjoyed the beachside bar and pool. Since we had already made our deposit, we were able to get started on our wedding planning. Lindsay and Gabi had meetings with the florist arranged, food tastings and cake tastings set up so it made it very easy for us to knock quite a few things out! We had timed up to go down to visit Puerto Vallarta when our chosen wedding photographer that we found through Playa Fiesta (Michelle Turner is THE BEST!!!) was already down in PV for another wedding. We got our engagement photos taken and I was able to get my make up trial done with their preferred hair/make up stylist. Michelle was so great and easy to work with, and Lindsay even came with her to help offer a hand during our engagement shoot. The wedding planning process with Playa Fiesta was incredibly easy. Many people asked me how wedding planning was going, and I could honestly answer that it was going smoothly. The Playa Fiesta team is very fast with email response and very professional. They sent me reminders on what was pending from me, so it kept me organized and on track for what I needed to get done. When we checked in for the wedding the entire staff was excited for us and offered great service! As soon as my drink was empty, they were there offering me another drink, water bottle, etc. The food is excellent and great quality. The menu has a wide variety of options, and some healthy ones too! Lindsay and her team are also great with any dietary restrictions. Some of our guests were vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc. and they made sure to have appetizers and meal options that all of our guests could enjoy. Their team is very on top of everything, and I can honestly say that our wedding was exactly how we wanted it to be. I had no stress on my wedding day (should I emphasize this more considering how rare and important that is?!), and we were even running ahead of schedule with hair and make up (how does that happen with 10 women getting ready?!), so I was able to relax with my bridesmaids, sisters-in-law, mom and sister before we got dressed for the wedding! Just about every wedding guest told my husband and me how it was "The best wedding they have ever been to", and even though I know I am biased, I would have to agree. Our wedding was on Friday, May 4th, so we had a post wedding party to celebrate Cinco De Mayo with our guests. My dad and some family wanted to have a "mini concert" and Lindsay and her team helped with renting the speakers that they were looking for. I know that I am missing so many things that helped to make our wedding day great, but here are a few more details - if you have a large wedding (we had 120 people) get the larger dance floor, it is 100% worth it!! - I didn't want to splurge on fireworks, but we kept it a secret from our guests and they all were shocked and enjoyed the surprise, so I am glad that my husband and dad convinced me - all rooms are set up to be the same price. We felt bad giving some guests standard rooms who paid the same rate as someone who got an ocean view suite, but we were able to make it work (and I don't know if our guests knew that all room rates were the same) - we did our rehearsal dinner at La Palapa and all of our guests loved it! It was fun to have dinner on the beach at sunset, and people liked the idea of being able to go into town and check it out! - if you are interested in baby sitting services (we had it for the wedding night) or transportation (we arranged for our onsite guests to be picked up from the airport and brought to the hotel, as well as transportation to the rehearsal dinner in a bus) they are able to put you in touch with great contacts to help you get it set up To summarize, you won't be disappointed in having your wedding at Playa Fiesta!

This amazing venue and staff exceeded our expectations on every level. Lindsay and Gabi helping were excellent with planning and communicating as we led up to the Wedding to ensure we understood everything and had examples of decor and options to consider for food for guests and entertainment. The staff (Charlie! And the other servers, and everyone!) were incredible! They know what you want before you do and are already bringing it over to you. They made signature drinks for our Wedding night. The pools and grounds are excellent and well maintained. Beautiful views right on the water and close to town if you'd like to explore. Every single guest had an amazing experience and it was 100% worth it. We have all talked about a reunion here as soon as we can all get back! Truly a special place

So......went to a wedding here and wow...blown away. Incredible experience. from the moment you walked in, everyone took care of you. Customer service was impeccable. great room with an amazing view of the ocean. My favorite person there was Juan...Juan was the waiter poolside, but he was much more than that by the end of the trip. he did everything to make sure we all had a good time. Give that man a raise. His personality was hilarious. He would dance and make us laugh and keep our bellies full of drinks and food. Overall, it far exceeded any expectations I had.

I had the pleasure of visiting Playa Fiesta last year and I absolutely fell in love with the place! The staff was very friendly and I must say the entire property was well maintained and immaculate. The rooms are spacious, clean and have beautiful décor. The property itself is literally just a few steps away from the ocean, which makes it extra special. I have been recommending Playa Fiesta since then and can't wait to be back!

"Fantastical wedding" My daughter found this lovely hotel for her wedding, by word of mouth. We came in a couple of days earlier than the wedding party and guests and were amazed by the beauty of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff, the presentation of the excellent food and the overall wonderful relaxing atmosphere. There are not enough words to describe how amazing our experience was with this lovely gem! The entire staff were the friendliest and personable I have ever had an opportunity to meet. They remember your name, what you drink, what you don't like and always with a wonderful suggestion if you ask. The wedding was the most beautiful I have ever experienced in my life. The selections that are offered and the personal touches were amazing. You will not worry for anything, they are on top of it! Lindsay and Gabi truly care and want to make this celebration everything that you could ever wish for! The beauty of the setting and with them working behind the scenes to make sure that everything runs smoothly is awesome. The fireworks, fire dancers and the Mexican musicians - I mean seriously what can I say! It was the most FANTASTICAL WEDDING vacation ever!!!!!

Got a minute? I have so much to say about this incredible hotel. My husband and I returned from our wedding week about 12 hours ago and I am getting a lump in my throat even as I write this because of how touched I was by the beauty of the location, the staff, and the uniqueness of the entire experience all together.If you are a potential bride/groom of Playa Fiesta, much like myself 9 months ago, you are probably looking to devour all information and details as humanly possible to make your decision. Let me assist you! Before giving the play by play of my actual wedding experience, I just want to briefly (probably not briefly) go over some of the hotel details. There is no other place like this on the planet. You and each and every one of your guests will feel like A-list royalty, every detail will be attended to with a smile from the staff, and you will not stop shaking your head in awe throughout the entire week that you get to be a part of such a unique, private, experience. I kept looking around the pool area, at my friends and family, and noticing such HUGE smiles on everyones faces. Everyone seemed so relaxed and happy, and every guest kept commenting on how special they felt. They knew everyone by name, they made sure everyone had anything they could possibly need, and always had a smile on their face. A couple small examples of many: A staff member noticed that one of my guests drinks decaf and didnt make it down for breakfast, they took it upon themselves to bring her husband a decaf drink and said this is for your wife and called her by name (on day 2!). One of the bartenders overheard a couple of my girlfriends discussing ordering a round of margaritas to drink on their balconies and delivered them to the room before they could even order them. The rooms are so beautiful. Out of 28 rooms I believe 24 of them have views of the ocean. Even the smaller 1 bedroom rooms without a view have plenty of charm and comfort (I was very worried about the smaller rooms, I did not want any of my guests to feel like they got the short end of the stick!). Turns out no one spent much time in their rooms anyways, the common areas are so beautiful that the rooms were mostly used for getting ready and sleeping alone! and the FOOD was incredible. From the breakfast buffets to the lunch food you can order (holler shrimp quesadillas!), to the plated dinners and dinner buffet, everything was SO delicious and top quality. No one had ever experienced having an entire hotel to themselves and being so well taken care of, it wasn't just special for us, but special and memorable for everyone who joined us on this journey. And now for all you brides out there, here is an overly detailed account of how things went down. There is a spectrum of brides out there ranging from "I dont care, I just want to show up" to very Type-A "I want every detail planned". Wherever you are on the spectrum, you are good to go with Playa Fiesta. When I first contacted Playa Fiesta to inquire about dates and information, Adam was the initial point of contact. He was very kind and helpful and answered all of my many questions. He went over the pricing, and the contract information. They are extremely upfront with all of the costs, the only surprises were from a few of my personal oversights but everything is very clearly stated in the very beginning prior to booking. I would say the most stressful part of the wedding planning process was making sure to get atleast 20 rooms booked. Get the pricing details of the cost of the trip for your guests and go over with the friends and family that are most important to you to get a reasonable idea of if 20 rooms is possible for you! (We were so worried about this, but we were so surprised by the friends and family that absolutely were happy to make it a vacation for themselves!- we had 23 rooms booked). After that, the entire process is STRESS FREE! I chose to use Gabi as my wedding coordinator, and WOW. She took care of absolutely everything for me. She was so sweet, so helpful, answered all of my random emails, usually within an hour or two (24 hours at the most and even then she would email me letting me know she got my email and would be getting back to me soon). You will have unlimited emails and a long phone conversation to go over details, I was really surprised how effective email communication was for planning this whole thing. We went over decorations, food, cake design, music, pictures, food and beverage packages, etc. Anytime I had a concern over a certain topic, I received an email from her that put me at ease. When we finally arrived to Playa Fiesta, it brought me so much joy to meet her in person and give her a huge hug! She was there throughout the week smiling and laughing and making sure everything was going well. The wedding went off without a hitch, everything I imagined except far more beautiful, easy going, and stress free. BOOK IT!

Playa Fiesta offered my son and daughter-in-law the most perfect wedding destination. From the moment our group entered this beautiful and intimate hotel setting, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Lindsey, the owner, made sure that every fine detail was taken care of and worked tirelessly to ensure every guests' needs were met. We had vegans, gluten free, vegetarians etc in our party of over 70 guests - everyone was well taken care of. Every meal served from breakfast to dinners (we were there for 5 days) was delicious and the sit-down wedding dinner received rave reviews. The firework display during the wedding ceremony and late night snacks were also a huge hit! Words cannot describe the amazing experience our family and friends had. Anyone thinking of a destination wedding where all they have to do is show up and be taken care of in style - Playa Fiesta is fantastic!

Absolutely love Hotel Playa Fiesta. My brother was married there this past May and our experience was perfect. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind as well as professional. I felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived. The service was great. The bartenders were incredibly fun and made quests feel comfortable throughout their entire visit. After over a week we wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back to visit!

To say Hotel Playa Fiesta is amazing - is an absolute understatement. The hotel is beautiful - the staff is the best ever!!! It is the absolute perfect venue (for any event). We stayed and attended a wedding there this last week. Whether it was our server (Patrick), bartender, owner (Kelsey) - every single staff person went so far above our expectations. Kelsey was there for every little need any guest had, expressed (or in some cases didn't even express). The rooms were clean, well stocked and so cute. The hotel is right on the beach. The food was excellent! I travel frequently, Hotel Playa Fiesta was the best I have ever experienced!

I was part of a wedding week that was held here. The wedding party, family, and friends rented out the entire hotel and some of us who didn't stay here bought day all inclusive passes. We had about 60 or so people there most days and it was absolutely the most incredible experience I've ever had at a destination wedding. Everything was perfect. The service, the food, the drinks, the personalization of the entire 5 days we more than I could have imagined. Each of the staff treated us wonderfully and were so helpful and kind and just all around added to the once-in-a-lifetime experience. We hung out around the pool all day and evening, laughed about past memories, and made new ones. The experience here made it all possible. They made us so comfortable and welcome. The food was reasonable priced (you buy lunch and snacks outside of the all inclusive) and so delicious. I could eat their guac, salsa, and chips tray every day....and I think I actually did! The drinks were fun and inventive and plentiful! Our bartenders and the poolside staff took good care of us....and we definitely kept them busy! We were a rowdy and fun crowd and they went right along with us! The pools are delightful, the rooms modern and clean and well designed, and the common areas were so inviting and comfortable. Just amazing. You would not regret a second of the experience you have here.

There are not enough good words that can be said about our stay at Playa Fiesta! From beginning to end, this was the best vacation experience we have ever been through. The hotel is beautiful and clean - all the rooms are unique and I felt safe during the entire trip. The staff goes above & beyond to make your visit special. They were so polite and attentive, always taking note of your favorite drink or even any food allergies you may have. The chefs and cleaning staff are very nice too. I was fortunate enough to meet the owners, Adam & Lindsay, and they are two of the nicest people we have ever spoken to. They definitely put their guests above all and it shows with the amazing experience they give you. They were able to arrange special excursions for us like zip-lining, snorkeling, shopping in downtown Puerto Vallarta and all sorts of other activities. They can help arrange taxi pickups and even suggest some great restaurants and popular areas if you're looking to venture outside of the hotel. In my experience they hosted 50 of my closest friends and family for my wedding and it was the best decision we could have made. The whole process was painless, it was actually a joy. The wedding was incredible and it will definitely go down as the most beautiful day of my life. I had not seen Playa Fiesta with my own eyes before booking, but I am so glad that I did. If you are on the fence I would HIGHLY advise that you choose Playa Fiesta to host your wedding or event. I could go on and on about how this hotel is the best in Puerto Vallarta, but take my word for it and go see for yourself - you will not regret it!

This is as good as it gets if you're wanting a small intimate wedding in Puerto Vallarta. The venue has amazing views of the ocean from every room and vantage point on the property. It's even more beautiful than the website makes it. On top of the scenery, the staff is world class. They know your name before you even get to the hotel and you'll never go more than a minute without a drink in your hand or being asked if there is something you need. Absolutely the best! I can't say enough great things about Hotel Playa Fiesta. Hands down a the best spot for a destination wedding in PV!

I recently revisited Playa Fiesta after 4 years and it was even more amazing than I remembered. The staff was fantastic and even remembered me (and my beverage of choice) from before and it really felt like I was home! :). The food is what I was looking forward to and they didn't disappoint! The taco platter is my go to and I had THE BEST chicken as well. They had done a bit of remodeling and made some upgrades since my last visit making it even more enjoyable even though I didn't think it was possible! Hands down my favorite place in all of my travels!

We were not originally thinking of Puerto Vallarta as the location, but after reading many outstanding reviews and our initial emails with Lindsay, we started to fall in love with the place. We were impressed from the moment we arrived at Playa Fiesta, then we met Lindsay, Nacho, Charlie and all of the wonderful people in the Play Fiesta family and we knew we had really found something special and this was the place for us! Food, drinks and service are extremely important to my husband and I and this place truly impresses in all categories.The genuine hospitality we received over the next few days really touched our hearts and we loved how much all of the staff seemed to really enjoy their jobs, which is really important to us as well. At the end of our short stay, we were so sad to leave, but we reserved our date for exactly one year later and we began counting down the days until we would be able to share this incredible experience and place with our friends and family. For the next year, we corresponded with Lindsay and Nacho to plan our dream wedding. The planning process could not have been more seamless. They have this wedding planning stuff down!I can't say enough good things about the service provided by every single wonderful member of the Playa Fiesta family.
