Great service, the hotel is centrally located with a great view of the snowy mountain ranges 🌨️🏔️. Super family-friendly, with friends, couples and children.

Very old hotel with scary elevator literally falling a part Unfortunately, the worse property I ever stayed at. It almost turns into a joke where even the staff laughs with you because there is nothing else to do at that point but to find humor in disgrace. 1. 5 mins after reservation is made they text me saying they will change me to a different hotel because my room has a problem. Lesser $ but did not offer to pay me difference. 2. Then they go back on their text and say that they have now fixed the problem. 3. I arrive and they say I need to pay $40usd more for “a view”. We had already booked with a view. 4. They then proceed to give me key to an occupied room so I barge in on a couple. 5. They then give me a room with no view. 6. I had to spend the night there even though I had Just been charged 40 for a view. 7. Next morning I get a room w a view and as I am closing door, the handle completely falls off. Now I cannot even close the place. But I can open. 8. Wash hands and faucet falls off. 9. Turn lights on and outlet falls off. 10. Elevator gets stuck and clearly needs maintenance. Every time it stops it feels it is about to break and free fall. 11. I was nice and asked booking to help me get some sort of discount or rebate or maybe a free night since I had booked for 6 total. I got nothing. They said the owner has 7 hotels. I would suggest he closes one or two in order to improve quality. The view was nice and the staff at the hotel but management is clearly only interested in making money even if it’s by tricking people into booking from a long distance. The hotel is in no condition to be operating. The elevator I am afraid is days from causing a death. I would not recommend this place at all and hopefully someone will do something about it.

Great location right next to the lake and main shopping street.||Good breakfast and the room was a decent size.||However, there were a couple of issues which warrant the 2 stars:||- internet only worked in the hotel lobby and even then was very slow|- we put a ‘ do not disturb ‘ sign on our door when we went out and found it had been completely ignored. It’s nice to have a clean room, but only when you want it..|-our bathroom toilet had issues with water running all night

Room wasn't very big or functional (no plug on one side of the bed), but it worked for just one night. Bed was very comfortable and noise level was minimal during our stay. The wifi was not that stable though. I would not recommend streaming or uploading anything from there. It seems to be fine to read your daily news, but as soon as I VPNed into my job's network, it would drop every 2 minutes or so. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great!

The views from the upper lakeside rooms are terrific... A clean modern hotel with friendly service that is an excellent value for Bariloche. (Surprised to see Google Maps describe as a 1-star hotel -- much better than that.)

They quoted me an excellent price when i walked in with my backpack in March. Everything was fine, the wifi is excellent, the central heating is rather too hot. The breakfast is continental but comes with a top floor view. Close to the center.

This was by the far the worst hotel we stayed in in Argentina. It was outdated, not clean, and to top it off our shower was 13" wide. Yes, you read that correctly. If you think you might have trouble shower in those tight quarters, you would be better off starting elsewhere. To top it off the service was horrible. Every time we had a question we were meet with attitude. We inquired about a late check-out (1 hour) and they said we would have to pay for another night's stay.

This hotel is not the most convenient or romantic and you may be disappointed if you look for a hotel to injoy while staying in. I will not recommend it to my grandma. Point of light: breakfast was good, location is excellent
