I'm not sure why it says this is a 4-star hotel- it definitely is not. I stayed here two times in two different rooms.
In the first room there was no microwave, no refrigerator, no safe, some parts of the room were not well maintained, and all the towels they gave us had strange orange stains on us. Most of the time, they gave us the incorrect number of towels as well. There was also a gap between the top of the door and the wall, so light shone in during the night and we could hear everyone walking outside. There was a thin sliding door between the room and the shower, and there was no door between the shower and the toilet. Above the toilet there was a fan that was directly connected to the outside, so bugs could get in. (see pics 1-8)
The second room was much better than the first room we stayed in. There was still no microwave, refrigerator, or safe, but the room was better maintained and seemed newer. There was no gap between the door and the wall. There was also a door between the toilet and the shower this time, too. However, there were still orange stains on the towels. (see pics 9-10)
The facilities themselves are pretty nice and all the trees are really pretty. We saw a couple of peacocks, too!
There are some sketchy characters outside the hotel, but it's not that bad because there are a lot of cars and people moving around near the bus station. The location was good, but I would not recommend staying here for more than one night.
