Hotel Plaza Osaka

Stayed couple of nights at this hotel. I guess this is an old hotel which has been renovated. Even so, the age was quite evident. Rooms were decent size and location was not bad. Bit of a walk to nearest station and be warned its not in city centre. There is an Indian restaurant “ India curry club” serving good food couple of minutes away which was a blessing in disguise for us. Overall I guess value for money.

The hotel staff are really nice and offer lots to do but the hotel needs some work it looks nice but the building age is noticeable the sofas in the lobby are falling apart, elevators look old, but the rooms are more spacious than expected also a bunch of micro-transactions such as the hotel gym pool and spa. Also the wifi cuts on and off at around and after 12am which is really annoying while I’m trying to do work on my laptop. The halls do need ventilation it feels like a sauna walking in them it also smells like cigarettes. In my opinion if the investors put in a little more effort into the hotel it can turn into something amazing. Additionally the bathroom plumbing smells if you don’t close the toilet lid just making it a bit worse

My husband and I had a Free day from a scheduled holiday and wanted to attend a Spa to relax. Anna and Quyen came to the rescue and diligently surfed the web until they found the perfect place for us. We’re not literate in Japanese so they book our place at Mouton Spa, plus they gave us directions how to take the train - a few stops away. Well done Quyen and Anna and Thank You both for making our day a perfect and enjoyable one . We recommend Hotel Plaza Osaka any day - a hospitable and friendly staff Warm regards George and Yvonne

The rooms at this hotel are great! They're spacious and bigger than usual. No stressing about how we'll open our luggages 😆😆😆. The views are nice, amenities are very useful. We loved the little lounge they have, where you can even dress up in Kimonos, the coin laundry, restaurants and distance from Donqui and the conbinis. A bit far from Dotonbori but make use of the hotel shuttle. The staff, Mr. Park and Muniru worth mentioning! They are both very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We had a kimono experience with a traditional Japanese dinner. The food was really tasty. The kimono”s stunning. But most of all the staff was very friendly and took beautiful pictures of us. Many thanks to Muniru, Anna and Ikeda

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and will happily stay here again until the end of my trip. The service truly impressed me, everything was well organized and professional. A special thank you to the staff member Quyen, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed a couple of nights and the staff was excellent; they made us feel right at home. The hotel is very beautiful and has many facilities and activities. We were also able to dress up in kimonos and take photos with them. Thanks to Duyen and Muniru, the experience was wonderful and they made us feel very comfortable. The service was exquisite, and we thank them both for the wonderful time they provided.

I had a very positive experience at Hotel Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — close to the station with easy access to popular places like Umeda, Namba, and Universal Studios Japan. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka — whether you’re a tourist, student, or business traveler. It’s a great place to stay with comfort, convenience, and kindness all in one.
