This was my third and fourth visit. On my first night in Japan, we stayed at this hotel. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, a lower floor, so the view was obstructed. The room itself was decent, well-equipped, and had twin beds. However, the beds had a slight indentation in the middle, like a basin, so once you lay down, you felt stuck there. The bed height was much lower than in previous rooms. Breakfast was served at a large round table, meaning we had to share with strangers. Since we were a group with limited time and a tight schedule, breakfast felt like a rushed meal for factory workers – hasty and uncomfortable! Because there weren't many round tables, and it was crowded, eating breakfast was a frantic affair! A day later, we returned to the hotel for two more nights. This time, our room was on the 12th floor, and the view suddenly became much wider. The bed was still in a relatively low position, still giving the basin-like feeling! The only thing that truly comforted me was the staff – from housekeeping to the front desk, even the errand runners – who were all kind and friendly to guests! Their smiles were infectious! This is the only reason I would return! Thank you for your warm hospitality!
