I stayed at this hotel in Osaka for 4 nights, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The entire property is spotless at all times, and every single employee we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the buffet is excellent. There is a variety of western to Japanese food in the buffet. One of the highlights of our stay was discovering that the hotel offers a complimentary **kimono photo shoot**. We were able to schedule it for the same day, and it was conveniently located on the third floor. The manager, **Muniru**, made the whole experience unforgettable. He was so accommodating and patient, helping us with the kimono setup and taking as many photos as we wanted. His friendliness and attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, we had trouble figuring out the shower head in our room. After mentioning it to the front desk, Muniru personally came up to show me how it worked. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. If I ever return to Osaka, I will absolutely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Our room had a beautiful view of the city and river, especially at night - that was definitely the highlight. The staff was very courteous and explained everything in detail at check in. English translations are available for those who don’t speak Japanese. The room was clean and offered all the standard amenities in most Japanese hotels. My friend thought the mattress was a bit too firm. There are many options for dining in the hotel, but there’s also a ton of food places nearby. Easy walking distance to one of each of “the big 3” convenience store chains. They also have a QR code for a curated list of local restaurants and galleries on Google Maps which was really helpful. The room might be considered “narrow” by western standards, but the room was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. We had 2 twin beds and could fit all of our belongings easily. It has the standard Japanese all-in-one bathroom that many business hotels have. The tub was good for soaking. We weren’t able to get reservations for the bar, so maybe inquire the day before.

This was my third and fourth visit. On my first night in Japan, we stayed at this hotel. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, a lower floor, so the view was obstructed. The room itself was decent, well-equipped, and had twin beds. However, the beds had a slight indentation in the middle, like a basin, so once you lay down, you felt stuck there. The bed height was much lower than in previous rooms. Breakfast was served at a large round table, meaning we had to share with strangers. Since we were a group with limited time and a tight schedule, breakfast felt like a rushed meal for factory workers – hasty and uncomfortable! Because there weren't many round tables, and it was crowded, eating breakfast was a frantic affair! A day later, we returned to the hotel for two more nights. This time, our room was on the 12th floor, and the view suddenly became much wider. The bed was still in a relatively low position, still giving the basin-like feeling! The only thing that truly comforted me was the staff – from housekeeping to the front desk, even the errand runners – who were all kind and friendly to guests! Their smiles were infectious! This is the only reason I would return! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Overall a great hotel to stay. One of the greatest & memorable experience is the hotel provides guests with free photo taking while wearing kimono. Anna was truly helpful & friendly to assist my hubby and me as we wanted to take the pictures as part of our wedding anniversary. Loved it! 💖

I spent 4 nights at this hotel in Osaka, and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is spotless at all times, and the staff members are the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. During our stay, we learned they offered a free kimono photo session, which was such a pleasant surprise. We were able to book it for the same day on the third floor. The manager, Muniru, made the whole experience so enjoyable. He assisted me with putting on the kimonos and took countless photos for me. His kindness and helpful attitude really made the moment special. I plan on going back to Osaka in March and will be staying here during the visit. Thank you Muniru and everyone at Hotel Plaza Osaka!

Had a great time. Our group of 12 was welcomed and the staff were friendly. Nice views from the rooftop restaurant on the first morning. The only issue was the charge for a glass of tap water at the bar, which wasn't in the drinks menu. When sitting with a group that were drinking we felt obliged to also order something. This was a small matter. Also, one day I lost my room tea cup and it was never replaced. I heard about a Kimono experience which wasn't evident to our group so maybe we missed out on something that others have found special?

Hotel Plaza Osaka was spectacular. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure you have the most relaxing stay. Shout out to Emanuel for being so caring with collecting our bags from storage and guiding us on our commute to Kyoto! The room was spacious, very clean, had many outlets, and the best amenities. Wished we stayed longer to enjoy more of the facilities! 20/10 experience I would book again immediately❤️

We spend 5 nights in the Plaza Osaka Hotel. On the day of our check in, Mr. Thapa Kohm, welcomed us very friendly and checked our booking. Due to a change of our arrival date, i booked an additional night separate. Unfortunately was the room typ different from the booking of our travel agency (the travel agency booked a smaler room typ). Luckily Mr. Kohm gave us a surprise upgrade for the whole time. We can stay in the bigger room for the whole time. Thank you very much. The Hotel is well located. Public transport, shops and Restaurants are around the Corner. The room is equiped with AC, TV, electric kettle, fridge, WiFi and bath room. The whole Hotel is very clean, has different Restaurants, a Gym and very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.
