I stayed here during a three-week trip to India, and it was truly an incredible experience. The hotel is spotless, perfectly located, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant is a standout—it served the best food we had during our entire trip, all freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The breakfast was brilliant as well, with plenty of variety and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Lovely hotel within walking distance to the fort. Friendly and efficient team. Rooms clean and spacious. Excellent restaurant with a view of the fort and sunset in the evening. Free pickup from train station. Great sunset trip into the desert.

Stayed here for a few nights and the rooms were clean, and the beds are comfortable. We were also given a late checkout as we had a train later in the evening. The restaurant upstairs does nice food with a good atmosphere. The food in the evening is particularly good with a wide selection.

Good location, however, the experience was nothing less than horrible. We went to there restaurant for dinner where Mr. Bhati the owner was drinking whiskey and was completely down. To our surprise, he started abusing us directly and indirectly. Although we dint replied to his comments, since we understood that he is not in his senses. We were completely frightened. The shower in the washroom either gives u cold or hot water. You cant mix the waters and that's the fault they have. They were unable to rectify the same. Next day we went for breakfast, and to our surprise the chef denied to serve the breakfast and said that already there are guests we cant serve now. wait for 30 minutes. It was so irresponsible behaviour of chef. So, we dint had any breakfast. Very poor service overall i would say.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Mr. Raghuveer guided us on how to explore Jaisalmer, suggesting the best places to visit and those to avoid. Overall, everything was excellent.||Feedback:|This is just a small suggestion without affecting your rating. Adding a table and mirror in the room for keeping luggage and getting ready, along with providing a dental kit, would be a great help.

My stay at hotel Pleasure Haveli was an absolute delight. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience specially Raghuveer ji warmly attended the accomodation and services.||The room was a haven of tranquility. The modern traditional design, plush bedding, and serene ambiance created the perfect setting for relaxation. The dining area, luxurious bathroom, bedroom and Smart tv was a particular highlight.||The attentive service and elegant ambiance enhanced the dining experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable and memorable stay.
