Hotel Pleasant Haveli

We spent 3 weeks travelling in India and this was by far one of the best places we stayed. Clean rooms with soap and toilet paper, super friendly staff and great food.||Couldn't do any more to make us feel welcome. No hard sell and a relaxed stay.||Accommodated us to arrive a day early and held bags for a late departure. ||It would be my first choice to stay if I come back to Jaisalmer. Great view of the fort and a 5 min walk to the town centre.

You feel like home! was the motto of the hotel. Lovely staff, lovely rooms with very functional AC, electricity and hot-water. Toilet paper provided (way to a westerners heart). And a gratis gifted food parcel from the kitchen just before we left for our train.

This was the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in India so far, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful. Overall experience was excellent value for money. Naru is a brilliant host!!!!

We stayed in Pleasant Heveli for 3 nights and it was perfect. The room was great and the bathroom was lovely and clean. The food on the restaurant was nice and it’s close to everything. They also do camel safaris which are great aswell.

This is a really great place to stay. Fabulous rooms, the food is really good too. Prim cooks you whatever you want, very friendly and attentive. A really good guy.

At Pleasant Haveli you certainly get a lot for your money. Conveniently located within walking distance to the fort, it is still far enough away to be out of the real hustle and bustle. From the roof top restaurant there are lovely views of the Fort and daily city life below. The food for dinner was some of the best we had, and breakfast was also good. If you are lucky enough for Prem to serve you, he also does the cooking, so ask for the pancakes for breakfast! The room had everything you could possibly need, including tea/coffee, good working A/C and super comfy bed. The water from the shower had good pressure and was hot, but did smell a little. We would definitely stay again as we felt very welcomed and very safe.

Nice hotel and breakfast. Convenient location and nice staff. Taxi service also available at reasonable price. Enjoyed stay .....

Ambience was excellent, Best return of money, all local attractions are at walkable distance. Roof top restaurant on Rajasthani Theme and food is delicious. Staff is curtsious. Parking is also available. Rooms are good for 2 people, but congested for 3 persons.
