The hotel itself is located in the very center of the city which is great, however it is in the middle of some renovations at the time of this review, so you will not find it aesthetically pleasing as there are building materials and rubble all around the hotel. The reception doesn't look organized probably due to the renovations, but the receptionist was pleasant to talk with. I got a room on the second floor, so I either used the stairs or the elevator, which is a bit freaky but it works perfectly fine. The room itself was very clean and nice, it was basically brand new with a cozy bead. The pillows however are pretty large so if you like a thinner pillow you wont like it. My first issue happened to be that I had no hot water in the shower, it was mildly warm which was AWFUL for cold winter time, it was reported and we were told it should be working after someone went to our room to check on it, however the water was still barely warm. Second issue is that there is nothing to hang your towels on, so they will be staying on the counter or drying in the hallway. Third issue is loud music being played for celebrations that are held in the restaurant of the hotel, the bass basically shakes your lungs while youre in bed, and the music playins almost until midnight. (This happened 2 evenings during my 3 day stay) Not an issue but a tip: Bring your own hairdryer as the one provided is very weak For breakfast you will get a coupon from the receptionist, and the breakfast was actually pretty good so no complaints there. Last note: Not all rooms have the problem with warm water, but that is a major issue even in a 1 star hotel, not a 3 star one. Considering we received no type of discount or room change for showering with cold water during our stay was rather disappointing.

I stayed here for a few nights. The rooms are renovated which is great and the furniture was new. The wifi was also great, you could watch YT and stuff on tv. You can adjust the heating to your liking as well. But I had to lower the heating all the way down and it was still very warm inside. If you turn it up all the way the room turns into a sauna. I like that I didn’t have to worry about warmth. I was very satisfied with that. The breakfast in the morning was mid and nothing special. There’s no smorgasbord or anything but they make something for you from the breakfast menu. The food was good in the end (a bit too oily tho). But don’t expect a fancy breakfast for your expensive stay here. But there were some negative sides. For example, the hair dryer in the bathrooms are so weak they literally breathe air instead of blowing properly. I recommend brining your own unless you want to spend 3 business days drying your hair. There are literally no hooks for towels. So I either had to leave it on the counter or use a hanger to dry them. And there was also no hot water in the shower which is my biggest remark. There is warm water in general and my brother had hot water in his room. But mine didn’t and I think the problem was the that the shower knobs didn’t work properly and you couldn’t rotate them anywhere in any direction and change the temperature. It was only mild-cold water all the time so i had to shower in my brother’s room. I complained and told them about the problem and the plumber “took care of it” but no, he didn’t. Nothing changed and I still had no hot water in my overpriced room. In the end I even had to pay the full price of the stay. And to be honest, the stay is more than expensive (60€ per night) for this small town and for not having the very basic thing - hot water. Honestly, all in all, Pljevlja is a small town. There are other options and places to stay and everything is close. You don’t want to end up in a cold shower (especially not in cold November days like I did). Btw the photos were taken just before I left.

Rooms are basic and on the rustic side. We could not turn the lights off completely. The hotel has a sauna, steam bath and a very reasonable massage service from a lovely lady. Reception staff also very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We had good wifi reception. Clean

We actually had coffee and beer there. It is a very attractive building and very clean. The waiter was polite and attentative. He served but you would have a feeling that he was specifically working for you. The location is excellent too. The only thing needs their attention is the facility maintenance of the bathroom in the lobby.

After being charged in euros what the hotel's price was listed at in $US (34), we were given a room with little functioning plumbing (tap water that spit brown liquid and never fully cleared up, shower that spat rather than flowed; the toilet worked), no working internet in the rooms (though it was advertised and promised at the desk). Their credit card machine didn't work. Stains on the walls and the carpets, various sorts of human hair in the beds. ||||Standards are different in this part of the world, it's true, but this hotel did not meet them. I imagine any other choice in town would be preferable, though better still, stay in nearby Zabljak, which borders on Durmitur national park. More selection, higher standards.

This hotel is reminiscent of Soviet architecture of the 1960s, with all that implies. Some of the rooms have been upgraded, and my room was tiny but clean with a functioning shower room. For 35 euros, who's complaining!||Staff were generally very friendly and helpful, although the breakfast experience was like something out of Fawlty Towers...

The hotel is situated at very good place in the city centre. It overlooks the main street and offers a great variety of nightlife chances. For the mony paid we got a nice room, good service and food. All in all, good place for those traveling with limited resources.
