I would like to say a Big Thank You to all the staff for making our wedding the Best Day of our lives. A great location with 3 different size function rooms to choose from. Friendly and Helpful staff really looked after our friends from the UK. Amazing food also. Many Thanks Ian & Beata ❤️

Fantastic hotel in the beautiful small town of Kartuzy. Modern and full equipped rooms and common areas. Very good and well organized breakfast. cool outside terrace where to relax and nice bowling bar where to have a bit of fun. We came to attend a wedding and they have a big and nice meeting room. Staff in simply wonderful, especially Martyna , the lady that attend us in the breakfast area, a truly professional. No complaints at all.

Stayed there for a week visiting friends in the locality. It is a modern 2* hotel near the centre of Kartuzy. Our room, unfortunately, was on the first floor directly over the bowling centre and banqueting hall and the sounds travelled. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean but no hairdryers in bathroom. When my wife asked she was told it was in another room but was unavailable. Restaurant was in the building next door and the breakfast was good, didn't use the restaurant. Free WiFi throughout the hotel.||A beautiful part of Poland and the hotel is in an ideal location from which to discover the nearby wonderful lakes and mountains. Half an hour from the airport and 45 mins from the beautiful city of Gdansk.

Stayed just one night. Modern, standard, rather characterless. Staff helpful, courteous. Rooms large, clean, but lacked kettle, a common irritation for me. I had real problems sleeping despite hotel not being terribly busy. Small noises echoed around the hotel- perhaps too many hard surfaces? Also some road traffic and night noises from passing Friday evening groups, some late into night. Just a couple of minutes from centre of small town with limited range of eating places. Hotel restaurant was OK. Reasonably priced, nicely served but very quiet. We were only customers.||Well placed for airport and Kashubia.||I'd like to rate it more highly because staff were good and rooms decent but lack of sleep counted against the place.

Hotel Pod Orłem is a small but very pleasant hotel. The location is fairly central, less than 5 minutes walk from the towns main square. Rooms are a good size and are well appointed, including free WiFi. The staff are very friendly, courteous and obliging. Car parking is limited, but there is an additional car park next door to the hotel.||||The hotel restaurant is across the car park, which means that if it’s raining, one has to wear a coat to go and eat. Food is reasonable, both in price and quality, but as it is not frequented much, lacks atmosphere and feels somewhat sterile. There is also a patio which I believe, works as a bar during the warmer part of the year and looks like a congenial place to spend a warm evening.||||Other than that, the lack of a gymnasium is the only other requisite that is not available.

The rooms are big and clean and the personnel is really nice. There is a restaurant which has fairly good prizes and the breakfast is really good. If you're leaving early they can get you breakfast to the room. However, the rooms are not soundproof neither from the outside or the hallway, which might cause a problem for some.

Excellent hotel. The recepcionists are friendly, kind and very nice. It is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are well equiped and big. The restaurant serves delicious dishes and the service is also very nice.

I loved my stay in here. The receptionists hardly know some words in English. We hired bicycles from the hotel at 5zł/h. The church, train station and centrum are very near. Awesome location.
