We loved our stay at Hotel Poem! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Istanbul. The hotel was super clean (probably the cleanest we’ve stayed in), and the room had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was absolutely amazing. The servers made mornings feel extra special with their kindness. It’s a small, modern, and very well-run hotel. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Hotel Poem is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. It’s close to all the main attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful. The staff is amazing! Eren and Arrif went out of their way to make out stay special. The team preparing and serving the incredible breakfast were exceptional. Everyone was so kind.

We chose this hotel based on its reviews and it lived up to the hype. This is a most special place, both because of the facility but also because of its staff. They are the warmest, dearest people who made our short stay with them very pleasant and memorable. The hotel is special in and of itself due to the book/author theme. Our room was clean and spacious and they are so generous in taking care of their guests by offering some refreshments in the room free of charge and cookies and drinks on arrival to the hotel. They are so hospitable and service-minded that you immediately feel welcomed. The breakfast they prepared for us was fit for a king. We have never before had such a unique, abundant and delicious breakfast anywhere! Hotel Poem is a bright little gem in this massive city.

A really lovely hotel located walking distance to the attractions of Sultanahmet. It's a three star hotel so not super fancy but the rooms are very nice, everything (a/c, hot water) works well, the rooms are stylish and the staff are superb. My daughter got sick while we were there and the staff could not have been more helpful including extending our stay by a day (at a fair price) and checking in on her repeatedly. Thanks to Ergun (sp?) and the rest of the staff. And the breakfast is an event. Highly recommended.

We recently had a fabulous experience at Hotel Poem! This charming hotel is in a fantastic central location in Istanbul and is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Each room is well appointed and features a distinct literacy theme. A real highlight of Hotel Poem is the absolutely delicious breakfast with a huge range of options.|Lots of reviews mention the amazing staff at Hotel Poem and I totally agree with this.|Prior to our arrival Arif was more than generous with helping book tours, provide information about transport options, and arranged our airport transfers.|You would be hard pressed to find a more positive, friendly and charming reception staff member than Eren. We absolutely loved our time with Eren! He was an amazing conversationalist and ensured that everything ran like clockwork for us.|We would highly recommend Hotel Poem if you appreciate a high level of customer service with a distinct personal approach.

We loved our stay at Hotel Poem. Everyone was just so friendly, from the reception Eren to the cleaning ladies, everyone made us feel really welcome from the start. Breakfast was great! Proper Turkish style, and it changed every day so it never got boring. The people serving breakfast were also really nice and always in a good mood. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, which made it really easy to explore the area. Such a lovely little hotel with a warm vibes.

As a lover of literature, We spent 5 glorious nights! We had the Hemingway room, which was the private penthouse. Room was quaint and comfortable. What a view of the bay and was absolutely perfect. The hotel is charming; historical; warm; literary bon mots for sure. It is on a quiet street one block AWAY from hustle and bustle restaurants, but still quiet. Cats and kittens abound everywhere. Literally, 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and all the Sultanahmet attractions and interest. Yes, the airport transfers were easy and highly recommend. || Eren, our host and greeter, couldn't have been more welcoming, charming and an absolute hoot of energy and information. We became friends instantly. The breakfast was exquisite, with Arif our waiter, just an absolute gentlemen with great conversation, jokes and kindness. The food was spectacular, and rest of staff were friendly, helpful (they always got me a cappuccino before they opened). My wife found the laundromat across the street and had our clothes done in a few hours. ||The only drawback, and this is just part of staying in the neighborhood, are the seagulls. They fly and squak and crow on the rooftops, but honestly. you get use to it and it didn't prevent any sleep. ||The Hotel and staff deserve the Pulitzer Prize for Hotel Poetry!

We chose this hotel after reading several online reviews, and it really didn’t disappoint. It’s tucked away on quiet street but is also just a few strides from a host of bars and restaurants. It’s only five minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was modern, clean and spacious, with an outdoor patio area. Oh, and the breakfasts are tremendous. Highly recommended.
