Hotel Poem

The best hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean, with excellent service. The breakfast was wonderful — a perfect and varied Turkish breakfast. I simply loved it. I found this hotel to be the most beautiful place in the world. Emerald, the hotel’s adorable cat mascot, is the sweetest thing. And Eren Bursa is an excellent professional — kind, attentive, fun, and very friendly. I have nothing but compliments for the whole team. If I could give this hotel one million stars, I truly would.

My experience at Hotel Poem was absolutely wonderful. The rooms and common areas are beautifully designed, each inspired by artists who spent time in Istanbul, this artistic touch makes the whole place feel both cozy, warm, and genuinely inspiring. ||The service was incredibly welcoming and kind from start to finish. The team makes you feel cared the moment you arrive. Breakfast was another highlight… prepared by the hotel’s chefs, it was abundant, ohh delicious, and full of fresh flavors.||The location could not be better. It is right in the heart of the historic center, with the most important mosques just a 5-minute walk away. It’s ideal for exploring Istanbul’s heritage on foot.||I truly loved my stay and would recommend Hotel Poem to anyone looking for comfort, inspiration, and great hospitality in Istanbul.

Wonderful Stay! The breakfast was absolutely amazing and very rich in variety. Many of our wishes were anticipated and fulfilled without even asking. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful—special thanks to Ercan and Eren at the reception for their outstanding service! The airport transfer was perfectly organized, and we received excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the area.Highly recommended!

Hotel Poem was an amazing stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sultanahmet and walking distance to all the main landmarks.||The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and definitely a highlight of our stay. Our room also had beautiful sea views, which made the experience even better.||The staff is what really makes this place special. Everyone was extremely attentive, helpful, and always on top of the details. You can feel they genuinely care about guests having a great stay.||If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with great service, a perfect location, and a warm atmosphere, Hotel Poem is an excellent choice.

Just stayed here for 2 nights, on a friend’s recommendation. It is a fabulous little hotel with wonderfully clean, well-equipped smallish rooms. The staff are extremely helpful (shout out to Eren and also Ercen). The location is very convenient, easy walk to main attractions in central Istanbul. The breakfast is also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from Istanbul, where we stayed at the lovely small Poem Hotel, located in an excellent quiet neighborhood with beautiful streets full of restaurants and shops. The hotel is very clean, tidy, charmingly decorated, and offers an excellent breakfast. The staff is very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, especially Eren. When we come again, we will definitely stay at the Poem Hotel.

Wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Great location, literally a five minute walk to the Topkapi, Hagia Sophia and a few minutes more to the Blue Mosque and Hippodrome. Our room was spacious, beautifully clean and had all the necessary facilities- safe, fridge etc. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful, we prearranged our own guide through them; which was definitely worth the money when you are fighting your way through queues. |Breakfast was included and was amazing, the staff there are an example to any working in hospitality. It is a full Turkish breakfast with many dishes mezze dishes, but you can order eggs any way and there is plenty of bread and pastries. Sadly we saw many other guests leaving the mezze dishes which was such a shame as they were all freshly prepared and (mostly) delicious.|The airport shuttle is also worth booking as we took a regular taxi to the hotel and it was more expensive and less comfortable|Very happy to recommend and would definitely stay there again

A wonderful boutique hotel with the greatest, warmest staff.|A great, quiet location for the Old City of Istanbul, the great restaurants on the Main Street - literally around the corner and the local Bazaar.||Everywhere was spotlessly clean.|My room had views of the Bosphorus River and what a joy to wake up to the sun coming up and the river traffic awakening.|The bathroom was great - newly renovated with a great shower etc.|The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom had everything that I needed.||Breakfast was incredible. So much food and a real treat with all the different cheeses, salads, breads, eggs etc. The breakfast staff were delightful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was so good nobody in our group needed to have lunch - seriously!||All the staff were great none more so than Eren who was the warmest, funniest, most informative receptionist we met.
