A very quaint, traditional hotel, with all the vintage style to be a classic, but everything you want from a modern hotel. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Great variety of breakfast for 60pln. A special thanks to Marta and Michael who always went above and beyond with fruendliness, assistance and local knowledge

Great hotel with a perfect location. This is an excellent place to take your dogs, rooms come equipped with bowls and blankets for them. Great staff, and the best breakfast I've had in a while 😋 I will stay there again on our next visit.

We only booked this hotel (a Jet2 City Break) around a week before our 4 night stay, mainly due to the price and location. We were so glad we did!! |The location was ideal, very close to the railway station and public transport routes, and just a couple of minutes walk from the Market Square and all the Old Town attractions. |The hotel itself is very traditional and charming, dating originally from the 1830's. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival, and check-in was a breeze. Our triple room on the second floor was large and roomy, with a view out onto the surrounding area. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. Wardrobe and storage space was ample, and the bathroom was very well appointed. The rooms were made up daily, and left clean and organised. There is a lift between floors, and also a grand staircase in reception. Breakfast can be booked in advance or on a daily basis, and is of a buffet style with both hot and cold options, cereal and fruit, tea and coffee or soft drinks available, plenty of choice for everyone. There is no bar or evening meal service, but that was fine for us, as everything we needed was just around a corner or a couple of minutes walk away. The staff were excellent and very professional, any questions or information we required was provided to the best of their knowledge, and always with a smile. Luggage can also be left after checkout and collected later if necessary. |A very nice and welcoming traditional hotel, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future., as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous hotel, really traditional and grand and in the most brilliant location. It was near the train station, near the main square (and Christmas Markets).|Stunning breakfast, really impressive. The staff were very authentic and very helpful. Fresh cookies on the desk everyday to eat. The rooms were clean and to a very high standard. Tea making facilities and hairdryer provided and lovely toiletries.

This is how it should be. Almost 200 years old. Lovley rom and bathroom. Tradision and hospitality is unique. The sound of the trumpet from the Bazylika gives you the authentic Krakow-feeling. Exellent staff! I will definently stay here in the future.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Poland! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning—plenty of fresh and local options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to public transport and major attractions. The hotel also had a relaxing spa area, which was a lovely bonus after long days of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

Like others have said, the bathroom was absolutely spotless- probably the cleanest one I’ve ever seen in a hotel.  10/10 for the cleaning crew.  The breakfast spread was amazing as well.  Front desk staff were very helpful.  So much history and character in the building.  Loved our stay!
