It’s a good place to stay for bed and breakfast but it’s not a hotel. There is no restaurant or bar . It’s a place to sleep that’s all. There are great restaurants in the local area. There is no mini bar in the room although bottled water is provided. The bed is comfortable and the fan works well. It’s central to the square and the station. We drank the water in the tap without any issues and I am very sensitive so should be ok for everyone.

What a lovely hotel! It’s a very homely, welcoming place. It’s in a great location, a short walk from the main square with everything that offers. We stayed in krakow three previous times over the years but this hotel’s location beats everything else! Within a few minutes we were in the heart of the old town.|The room we had was very quiet, first floor, accessed by a lift and spacious. The only quibble was that the bathroom was a bit small but it was modern and spotless. It’s not got modern furnishings but the room we were in had a lovely traditional feel and plenty of useful storage. The room had tea making facilities and bottled water was provided daily. No air con but there was a ceiling fan which in my opinion was much better and cooled the room perfectly. |Breakfast was really tasty with a great spread to choose from. Again, the restaurant was spotless and this cleanliness was evident throughout the corridors, the lift etc.|Best of all was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, cheery, and organised our return taxi to the airport. We were always greeted with smiles and courtesy. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in it again.

Classic and typical old style hotel with great staff and location. Breakfast is incredible and ground floor is like visiting with a time machine. Be careful when if you visit during the summer and your room is towards the busy street, since opening windows is a must for breeze since there is no ac, and you can hear people talking and even yelling until 4 am. Getting a room towards the courtyard is a must.

I loved this hotel, with its old-fashioned charm (as well as being well-maintained). Even for my mid-priced room I found a sofa in a separate, mini living room.||The location was ideal -- in the Old Town but close to the train station. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast (extra cost) had the best variety of food I've seen in a while. ||My only complaint was the oversized pillows -- but the staff said they had smaller ones available if I'd asked before checking out.

This is a gem of a hotel which I'd highly recommend! It is spotlessly clean, quiet & only a short stroll to the amazing main square. The reception staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful, ready to answer your questions. I have neck problems and a selection of pillows were offered to help me sleep comfortably. Nothing is too much trouble.... The buffet breakfast is delicious. It is regularly replenished by attentive waiting on staff. The vibe is like a 'Parisian Cafe' with relaxing music playing in the background as you enjoy the fresh selection and beautifully presented breakfast foods. .... This hotel is thankfully not full of modern shiny chrome/smokey glass/plastics. It is full of period charm and ambience with the decor of a traditional Polish hotel. I will be recommending this hotel to all of my friends & family. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to come and visit the amazing city of Krakow and are looking for a good clean hotel ideally located offering a delicious breakfast to start your day . Thank you to all of the staff. We will be back one day!

Lovely hotel with lots of history. Friendly staff that accommodated all our needs, they even lent us a wine opener as we didn’t have one haha! |It’s also perfectly situated close to all Krakow has to offer. We booked breakfast too and that was lovely! All in all we definitely stay here again without doubt.

Hotel Pollera is a lovely, quiet and traditional hotel in an excellent location. Our room had an olde-worlde charm and a modern, en-suite shower room and a very comfortable bed. We liked the sitting area and appreciated the provision of tea/coffee supplies. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the breakfast offers a good choice of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff were lovely. Overall, we couldn't fault our stay there.

We stayed here for 6 nights while in Krakow. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable even though no AC. The fan and windows were lovely. I would stay here again!
