The staff are very friendly and nice. Hotel is very clean and cozy decoration. The breakfast buffet is very good considering the price they charge. I went with my dog, who was very well received and treated. The local is centrally localized, close to public transportation, short walking distance to the lakefront. If I return to Ascona, I'd definitively come back.

Located just off the lakefront, this hotel has an unexpected surprise that was not advertised: it has air conditions in all rooms! Considering this was the hottest season in resent history, it was an huge welcome! Our room was very comfortable and came with a mini-fridge stocked with complementory water and soda's. The staff at the front desk where very helpful, giving us a 24 hour discount coupon good for the entire region of tourist attractions. I would definitely re ommend this hotel for your next vacation in the region.

Several stays so far. Open all year round. Each stay we had very nice rooms in various categories. Penthouse rooms with large terrace and pretty view. Not noisy despite located at main road. All rooms appear to have aircondition. Lovely breakfast. Very efficient check-in/check-out.

Nice hotel room, maybe a little too warm. The airco made a lot of noise but didn't cool much. The parking went great and the breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close enough to the lake but also close to the main road.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with lovely en suite bathroom, great shower !! The location was ideal. I can recomend to anyone staying in Ascona, especially if you are attending a concert at the Jazz Cat Theater, as I was, it is only a five minute walk from the hotel

It’s a nice hotel whithin easy walking distance of the lake. The crew is really great, the rooms are nice, parking is free of charge. ||They serve an excellent breakfast (not easy right „after“ Covid-19).

10 Min. walk from the lake you find that hotel with few parking spaces outside & some more in a really very narrowish underground parking - you better have a small- or even better no car at all. The rooms are clean, pretty oldfashion but still in shape and upgraded with a quite big flat screen, nespresso coffee machine and a cooler with softdrinks incl. in the prize. Breakfast is very riche for a 3 star hotel and service is good and friendly. Now the prize of the room per night of around 350 CHF incl. underground parking and breakfast is a little (too) high.
