We were pleased with the rooms and the location, but deeply disappointed by the fact that the spa was closed! We arrived Sunday around 3, and the spa had just closed. That was fine, the receptionist told us to just go down there the next day at 10 to book something, so we were not concerned. We went to the spa at 10 the next day, and were very disappointed to find that it was closed for regularly scheduled cleaning. This was not advertised online anywhere that we could find, nor did the hotel let us know when we checked in or booked our rooms. It seems important that the spa element of a hotel that literally advertised it in the name be available.

Nice hotel in the centre of Pamplona, very well situated. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was very nice too. The only negative point was the noise all night from the square down below, but this was not the fault of the hotel! I would recommend this hotel, but ask for a room at the back of the hotel, where the street is quieter.

Although we weren’t staying in this hotel we took advantage of its location in a quiet square to have a relaxing sit down and a coffee. The service was very good and our large coffees were tasty and a decent size - and you don’t often get decent sized coffees in Spain!

Budget hotel in a great location in the old town, near all the eateries and shops. It was quiet (well sound proofed) and very comfortable. It lost a star for lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, there is an on site cafe, but it was closed when we arrived (late afternoon).

The hotel is in an excellent location in Pamplona, but you cannot reach it by car - at least not with your own (perhaps taxis have a permit, I don't know). However, the parking option they offer is very convenient. You go to a very close-by public underground parking and give the ticket to the hotel front desk, which will charge you a discounted rate. Get the instructions from the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the balcony looked out onto a square (Plaza Consistorial) right in front of the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), itself a very attractive old building. Breakfast is in the adjacent bar and good for what it is. Staff at the front desk is efficient and friendly enough; staff at the bar is more uneven - some very friendly and others less so. All in all a very convenient and reasonable option for a Pamplona vacation, very close to wonderful restaurants and the in the center of the old town. Recommended.

Initially I was worried about how far we'd have to walk from the parking garage to get to the hotel, but it was literally 4 minutes! Great location in middle of town where you can walk to everywhere you might want to see. Great views from our window (I asked for a room with view of the square). Very comfortable beds and great furnishings in the room. Very helpful staff including responding to emails with questions before we arrived and suggesting restaurants that are not touristy and delicious once we were there.

I had booked this hotel for the Camino Santiago for my wife and I. After walking the 16km Akerrata walk to Pamplona, we arrived tired at the hotel to check in. Apparently there were three reservations for us instead of one. I had used booking.com for everything. I explained there must have been a mixup. |Her English was very good and understood the situation but insisted I must pay for each of the three rooms. I asked if she could make an exception, she said no. ||To the girl at the reservation desk and manager, who I did not see: |For the next traveler who shows up tired, and there is a mixup in reservations, please show some sympathy. Yes, company policy states to charge them. Forget company policy, show some compassion and do the right thing next time!.

Location location location! In the heart of Pamplona. The staff at the reception were very courteous and helpful. Rooms are immaculate and sound proof . It is a little gem in Old Town . Near many restaurants, churches etc ! Will definitely return!
