Enjoyable stay. Good location. Just a few minor things however. Our AC didn’t work when we got there and we had to ask twice to get it fixed, it wouldn’t have been an issue but it was very hot during our stay and AC was needed. Our fridge was also not very chilled but we worked around that. The pool bar and inside bar was good (and cheap) but the bar man was rushed off his feet but it wasn’t a “boozy” trip for us so again we could cope with that. ||Food was lovely at both breakfast and dinner (we had half board) and couldn’t ask for more. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and though a bit dated I’ve stayed in a lot worse! I would return but if I did I would ask to be away from the road side which, although not noisy, I would have liked to have windows open at times. ||A nice hotel and don’t be put off by some of the reviews!!

Dreadful experience. The check was just someone handing us a room card. Told us nothing about the hotel or facilities. Did not even point us in the direction of our room until we asked. We didn’t know where to get food or drinks and the staff had no English so couldn’t communicate with us. No drinks by the poor. No food to be consumed outside. No bar open for snacks or drinks in the day. Tried to book a massage and was told to book in my room via qr code that didn’t work and then reception couldn’t understand. The day of the black out we were served raw minced meat on a cold bun with cold cheese and told it was a beef burger. We we asked about it the waiter told us he was closed and went to the restaurant. We went to reception and he couldn’t understand us and got so frustrated he shouted at us. We went to the restaurant where an other couple were also complaining. If they could not cook for due to the blackout that should have been explained however when we asked we were told it was ok. In the restaurant a lady told us they would cook the burgers more and I refused and said I did not want the burgers. She spoke to us like bold children and told us to sit at the door. We were so humiliated we than and there booked to move hotel the following day. They brought the burgers out even though I said no. The chips were covered in black bits which I soon discovered was from the dirty oil and not a seasoning!!! Disappointing is not strong enough to describe this worst experience in all my years travelling. I unfortunately left a bag which to be fair they did email us to come and collect however even that proved difficult to do when we returned. The rooms are dated and the hotel lighting is not good. Sorry nothing positive to say abut this hotel.

Great view, great rooms, great service, great food. The room was spacious, really clean and well lit. The bed and mattress was really good, so we were well rested. The people at the service desk and in the restaurant, were always polite and attentive We only had breakfast at the hotel, but the food was good and plentiful, and the fruits were really fresh and delicious.

The hotel and its staff are good, but if you appreciate a good night sleep this is not the hotel for you. I've been here for two nights and I only slept for 5 hours in total. There are 1-3 dogs barking every 5minuts or so all day and thought the night. And when the dogs dont bark you can bet there is a pack of children running, screaming, knocking and slamming doors, and maintenence staff pushing furniture around. I have never been in a hotel with this much noise. I also heard the neighbor snoring at night, so the walls are extremely thin. |The food is good and the staff are lovely. The hotelroom is great, very nice and clean.

Booked into Hotel by British Airways following late night cancelled flight. Hotel were brilliant at handling sudden influx of guests after midnight. They even opened early for Sunday breakfast for us. Wish we could have stayed longer as the Palm surroundings looked amazing. Thanks to the staff who turned a bad airport experience into a good night's sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at Milenium Jardin Hotel in Elche. The staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and pleasant, which made my time there even better. I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Elche. Unfortunately was very disappointed. Left this hotel feeling so tired, due to lack of sleep. Pipework needs to be sorted, guests in room upstairs would take a shower 6 am and the noise in pipework was just indescribable, we were awake every day this early, also as if not enough noise from pipework people in room would turn on radio at 6 am very loud, could hear everything, went to reception and radio was not turned off so I’m guessing nothing was done. Wish people would be more considerate of others, who turns on radio at 6am? |Couldn’t even try to get a lay in as if too late there would be nothing left to eat for breakfast, once empty they would not replenish, no scramble eggs since 9:30 pot left empty, no bread, no sausages, etc just make sure you go early. |There isn’t a bar or a lounge, just the cafeteria that not very comfortable or adequate to chill out. Had to go and stay in the room as nowhere else to go. Had dinner at restaurant every night, portions are extremely small, make sure you are not too hungry, children portions are bigger. |Reception staff very friendly and beautiful building. Close to lovely, typical Spanish town

I have traveled to other cities in Spain and this hotel seemed very nice when I booked it, it is in theory in the center, but it is in an area a little out of the center and depending on where you move you have a feeling of insecurity, it is true that Elche is very small and I could have perfectly chosen a hotel a little outside for much less money and we could have moved by bus or even walking as going for the first time, well it is nice but to return it is not worth the money because there are other options and as I say Elche is small you can move around perfectly on foot, the hotel is not bad, but it is not outrageously good either, it depends on the room you get.
