Absolutely fabulous friendly staff, great service from reception through breakfast to the pool bar. Great location and beautiful grounds, very unusual to visit a hotel that is better than its brochure. Breakfast was very good with a full selection and great quality. Didn’t dine in the restaurant but it was always full and everyone appeared happy and we were able to sit in the garden and listen to the entertainer. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

LOCATION|On a main road on the outskirts of Elche but with the vast majority of rooms away from the road and the few near the road not suffering from noise.||A 5 min stroll to the beginning of the town. Another 12 mins and you are on the other side of Elche.||HOTEL|Recently refurbished and just 2 floors.||Reception was quick, efficient, knowledgable and courteous.||The breakfast room is just off reception.||The restaurant (for evening meal) is in a separate building approx 100 yds from reception. There are outside tables on grass with palm trees and discrete lighting creating a great ambiance.||The pool area is behind the restaurant with ample sunbeds and outside bar open until late.||All areas were kept clean.||BEDROOM|We received an upgrade to a deluxe room with a 2 seater settee (not sure if you get that in a standard room).||Large comfortable twin beds. Unfortunately only one pillow per bed without extra in the bedroom.||Large TV with 3 English channels (BBC 1, BBC2 & BBC parliament).||Adequate storage, good lighting, fridge and free safe.||Good and quiet air conditioning.||Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Soap and shampoo provided. Good lighting. One word of caution to be careful if you go into the bathroom barefoot as the floor is very slippery when wet.||MEALS|Booked on a Half Board basis with evening meal & breafast.||Evening Meal|We were identified as Half Board customers and were given the Menu del Dia and felt that the portion sizes on this basis were akin to nouveau cuisine.||image0.jpeg||Service was excellent.||Breakfast|Continental with usual choices of meats & cheese plus limited hot breakfast of bacon, sausage & egg.||Juices available and 2 coffe machines.||Service was excellent.||DRINKS|Obtained from the pool bar all day. ||Bottle Coke Zero €2.50|Large beer (Estrella) €3.50|Glass of house red wine €6.90|Bottle of house red wine €21.00 (more expensive than some wines on the wine list).|Large bottle of water €3.00||OVERALL|Would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jardin Milenio. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff welcoming and helpful and the pool area is a lovely tranquil little haven.|We ate in the restaurant once and it was a bit underwhelming - the mains were brought before we had finished our starters; one was over- and the other undercooked. However this didn't detract from a lovely stay in a super hotel in a lovely little city.|We would certainly return.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, and I really appreciated that they were cleaned every single day. The only minus in my opinion was the mattress who was too firm, just a personal preference. We had half board and the food at the restaurant was delicious and varied, and the area where the pool is located is absolutely beautiful — a perfect spot to relax. The only thing worth mentioning is that the pool itself could be maintained a bit better in terms of cleanliness. The staff at both reception and the restaurant were very polite and friendly. The gym and sauna needs booking in advance you can book 1h at the reception. Location of the hotel 15 minutes walk from Elche City Centre. Overall very happy with our choice,we had an amazing time.

We stayed here to attend a family wedding nearby. The hotel is really pleasant, with a lovely pool area, served by a bar which also offered daytime food service, of an evening there is restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, the food was really lovely. In a morning the hotel cafeteria served a really lovely quality buffet style breakfast which was very good value for money. The rooms were large and airy, with a large bathroom with bath and overbath shower and were immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again, very pleasant stay.

We arrived late on Monday night and was greeted warmly by the man at reception. He took time to explain where everything was that we would need during our stay. He was very polite and professional. |We were quite impressed with the decor of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room etc. |The outside pool area and external resturant area looks lovely and was spotless clean. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and at least during our stay you didn't have to fight to get one.||The star of the show for us was the waitress called Nana she was polite , friendly, always had a smile for you . She couldn't do enough for you, the tables were always clean and she was always keeping an eye on you.||The bad bits....not many but its the little things that make the difference. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in our room. There were no plug in USB points in the room. Around the pool area you couldn't get snacks until gone 1pm ,I was surprised at thst given it was a hotel missing sales opportunities.

We stayed two nights (half board) at Port del Mil·lenni and overall had a very good experience. 🌴 • The highlight was the live music on Saturday night by Ismael Moreno – really gentle and beautiful style, we loved it. • The rice/paella is a must – huge portions, rich, full of protein, and honestly one of the tastiest we’ve tried. We had it both nights and it was amazing. Other dishes (starters/desserts) were average, but the paella alone is worth it. • Restaurant service was quite slow and not very coordinated, though staff were friendly once you spoke with them. Reception service, on the other hand, was excellent – very nice and always smiling. • Big, clean pool and rooms. Housekeeping was great. The organic toiletries (shampoo/gel/conditioner) were a lovely touch, smelled amazing. • Breakfast was decent: good pastries, cheeses, hams, fresh fruit, and some extras like membrio. Bread was the weakest point. • Location is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees, with parking available and walking distance to the city. For the price, it’s definitely a great stay. We’d rate it 8/10 overall.
