We have just returned from the hotel in July 2025, 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is in a very good location to the old town and near to bars, supermarkets and close proximity to the beach (about 5-10 min walk). The hotel itself is fairly small compared to most hotels in that area, but this was a nice feature as it was not as crowded. You also see the same staff all the time who were all very friendly. There was a couple of groups of males on stag do's etc... but possibly due to where the hotel is in location ( a good distance from the strip) they were all fine. Just having a good time but also considerate to everyone else. The food at the hotel was very good, plenty of choice and even in July it was not too busy. A tip for Dinner would be to go down early as the Spanish will eat later, so it does get busier after 9pm but the staff manage it well and there are no queues (we tend to eat late and they jotted our name down and came for us in the bar area 5 minutes later). Overall a very enjoyable stay, we had a very good rate for July so my expectations were not that high! Bar prices are also decent. Soft drinks were around €2.10 and beer was €1.90 for a small beer and €3.00 for a large beer (500ml).

I have just spent 4 nights at the Port Vista Oro hotel with my Husband. The hotel is in a great position for the old town, it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good in a bright dining room. The pool was nice and there were plenty of sun beds. I would recommend.

Lovely clean hotel in great quiet location away from all the hustle and bustle. Old town is lovely and the beach and strip isnt too far to walk. |Myself and a friend stayed in room 514 facing the front of the property. Great room with a sunny balcony. Walls are quite thin so we could hear the neighbour snoring but not really an issue, unless you have rowdy neighbours then it would bother you. Rooms and hotel overall was very clean. Dining room was pleasant with friendly staff and lots of choice of breakfast. Pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The pool can get shady in the afternoon but you are in Bendiorm after all! I would return to this hotel in the future.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is close enough to the front but far enough back away from the noise. Hotel is a Spanish hotel, meaning a lot of Spanish people holiday there (which says how good this place is. Not many young people here, more of a mature sector. Staff are amazing. From the cleaners to management, all very helpful and smiling (even through the country power cut). Food is a mixture of continental and English type food, plenty to chose from. Sunbathing area has the sun from morning till the early evening. Will definitely be going again. 👍

Stayed for a week. Cannot fault the staff or cleanliness of the hotel.||Rooms are basic but bed is comfy. Shower really powerful. Walls are like paper. Can hear text messages, conversations, snoring etc. room cleaned every day. Room view was a wall but pool view would come with more noise as hotel on a busy road.||Pool was perfect for us but can imagine quite small in season. ||Hotel next to a school which during term time welcomes the children every morning with music bellowing through a tannoy. This music bellows sporadically during the day. At least one class is outside at a time. Love the sound of children playing but 8 hours constantly is a little much.||Great location for walking into Old Town and beach.

We went all inclusive for this break.|The hotel is very clean. The rooms are quite tired and basic but the maids cleaned them every day, made the beds and changed the towels.|The walls are paper thin though!!|All of the staff we encountered were friendly, polite and helpful.|Only one very small and very slow lift.|The food was good and plenty. Breakfast was a good mix of cooked and continental. For lunch and dinner there was choices of lovely salads plus vegetables, meats, fish, pasta and rice and lots of desserts. Only gripe was maybe some of the meats were a bit overcooked but I guess it's better to overcook than undercook to avoid food poisoning!!!!|The bar was well stocked and measured were very generous!!!|Entertainment was provided by Jason, games in the late afternoon and games & music in the evening.|5 minute walk to the old town, 10 minutes to the beach, 25 minutes walk to the strip so a good base.|Pool was nice and clean but cold!!|Now for the downside... The hotel is on the main road with a bus stop directly outside. It is also next to a school which played very noisy music at 8.55 every morning and also during their break times. You obviously had the noise of the children playing as well, so if you're after a quiet relaxing lie around the pool then this won't be for you. Nothing a set of headphones wouldn't fix though!!! |Would I come again??? Given the choice of hotels in Benidorm probably not, but I certainly wouldn't rule it out.

Hotel was friendly but given a room at the back that looked into a wall. Very basic room. Got moved after a week to a pool view balcony after some complaining. Food all very basic breakfast same everyday but not special. Lots of Spanish people stay here and food done for them which is ok but no variety. Could not use pool as far to cold and pool never in the sun. Very noisy when sitting outside with school and traffic etc. school right next door. Old town lovely and not far to beach. Entertainment good but again dine mainly for Spanish.
