Hotel Posada del Lucero | Monumento Nacional

This was my favorite place i stayed while traveling in Spain and Portugal. Justo does a great job and makes this place stand out for me. He is nice and super helpful. He arranged my taxi to pick me up to take me to the airport and it cost around 30 euros. He is very nice and his personality is fantastic and it shows that he is proud to represent this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Welcoming wine and drinks when you arrive. Rooms are spacious and just beautiful. The whole hotel is stunning and historical. Hotel room was clean and cleaned every day. Fridge has complimentary daily drinks that are replaced daily. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, with many choices and options. 3 Coffee machines, so not a long wait to get your delicious coffee. We'll worth the price, especially for picky eaters like me who might struggle to find food you are willing to eat the rest of the day. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily if you allow them.

The staff here are lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is unusual - it’s one of the oldest in the city (if not the oldest) but has been modernised and has the lovely courtyard in the middle. The room we have , an upgrade from basic, is nice, but there isn’t one single drawer so I couldn’t fully unpack. The shower was also quite basic and not a rainfall or duel option insight. The location is good, near the market and only 10-15 min walk to the cathedral and Santa Cruz area which is always fun. It is clean and beds are comfy, but I wouldn’t say it’s a 4* hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. Hotel in a good location. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options and good variety. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout the entire stay and always ready to help with anything. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a brilliant hotel! Cannot fault the staff, service and housekeeping. The rooms were spacious and always spotless. The reception team (Pablo and Justo) were fabulous. Location was brilliant, near to lots of good restaurants and Las Setas. Only a 15-20 min walk to the Cathedral etc. The only things to be aware of are the very firm bed - that was fine for us but I can imagine it would be too firm for some - and the lack of black out curtains so it was quite light in the room overnight. That said, we would stay again without hesitation.

We stayed in 4 different rooms of this hotel for a family reunion from the UK and Australia. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet, with large, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, powerful showers, and luxury robes and slippers. |The rooftop bar and pool were an added bonus.| The hotel was spotlessly clean and always smelt so lovely. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Seville. |I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in a modern hotel in the heart of Seville.

We loved staying here. The interiors are lined in marble, the rooms and bathrooms are large, and the staff are helpful and courteous. It is also very well situated.||I do not often rate accommodation as 5 stars on TripAdvisor, as I reserve them for the very best establishments. This hotel full deserves this rating.||Thank you to the whole team! We will have very fond memories of Sevilla.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Very clean with lovely service and rooms cleaned every single day, with all toiletries provided and replenished. A complementary bottle of sparkling wine was the cherry on the cake. Location was incredibly convenient as well. Would 100% recommend.

I've visited Seville 5 times now - yes I'm in love with the City!|This was my 3rd time staying at this wonderful hotel.|When I have visited other hotels in the city they simply did not compare to this establishment. Why? Because they truly care about their guests and they make each stay as special and memorable as possible.|Patricia and Pedro on Reception were fabulous to myself and my daughter. Always smiling, always available, always helpful.|Breakfast, as always, was great. Varied selection, great quality and good service.|As we upgraded our room this time to a Superior, we were in the quiet back area of the hotel so no road noise and we had access to a separate roof terrace and plunge pool which was really lovely and relaxing to visit after a hard day of exploring.|My only improvement would be regarding the firmness of the beds; as per my other reviews the mattress was still too hard for my liking but this was quickly resolved with some extra padding; I do believe the beds would all benefit from a permanent memory topper.|Apart from that it was a 10/10 5* star and yes...I will definitely be back for a 4th visit soon :)
