The hotel is truly excellent. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable and perfectly suited for families. Everything feels airy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is outstanding — all major attractions, restaurants, and sights are within easy walking distance, which makes exploring the city effortless. The staff deserves special praise: extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming at all times. Their recommendations for sightseeing, dining, and local experiences were accurate, helpful, and truly enhanced our stay. The food at the hotel is also excellent, with great quality and variety. In addition, the rooftop area is outstanding, offering a perfect atmosphere and breathtaking views that make it an ideal place to relax, especially in the evening. In short, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Europe this year. The value for money is fully justified by the high level of service, comfort, and overall experience you receive. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff here are lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is unusual - it’s one of the oldest in the city (if not the oldest) but has been modernised and has the lovely courtyard in the middle. The room we have , an upgrade from basic, is nice, but there isn’t one single drawer so I couldn’t fully unpack. The shower was also quite basic and not a rainfall or duel option insight. The location is good, near the market and only 10-15 min walk to the cathedral and Santa Cruz area which is always fun. It is clean and beds are comfy, but I wouldn’t say it’s a 4* hotel.

What a brilliant hotel! Cannot fault the staff, service and housekeeping. The rooms were spacious and always spotless. The reception team (Pablo and Justo) were fabulous. Location was brilliant, near to lots of good restaurants and Las Setas. Only a 15-20 min walk to the Cathedral etc. The only things to be aware of are the very firm bed - that was fine for us but I can imagine it would be too firm for some - and the lack of black out curtains so it was quite light in the room overnight. That said, we would stay again without hesitation.

This was my favorite place i stayed while traveling in Spain and Portugal. Justo does a great job and makes this place stand out for me. He is nice and super helpful. He arranged my taxi to pick me up to take me to the airport and it cost around 30 euros. He is very nice and his personality is fantastic and it shows that he is proud to represent this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Welcoming wine and drinks when you arrive. Rooms are spacious and just beautiful. The whole hotel is stunning and historical. Hotel room was clean and cleaned every day. Fridge has complimentary daily drinks that are replaced daily. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, with many choices and options. 3 Coffee machines, so not a long wait to get your delicious coffee. We'll worth the price, especially for picky eaters like me who might struggle to find food you are willing to eat the rest of the day. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily if you allow them.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December It is perfectly located and within walking distance of all the places of interest The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and were very well looked after by Olga ! Our rooms were spacious and very clean with maid service daily. Reception staff were happy to offer suggestions and recommendations for places to see

We had a wonderful stay here. Hotel in a good location. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options and good variety. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout the entire stay and always ready to help with anything. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is such a lovely hotel. Very centrally located with so much charm and character. The staff are all super friendly and helpful - they obviously take pride in the hotel.||For a 4* hotel it gives everything you could ask for and more. I enjoyed it more than most 5* I’ve stayed at due to the character and it was amazing value.||The complimentary cava was a nice touch.||We will look to book here again when we come back.

Posting one star in hopes of getting the hotel management’s attention. My husband unfortunately fell on the highly polished wet floor back in October and broke his leg. We had no choice but to fly back to NYC in business class. Management told us to send all of our invoices of extra expenses that we incurred and they would submit to their insurance company. We have sent many emails and not one reply! Very disheartening to say the least! I would be very appreciative if someone in management would get back to us. I must also add that the team at the hotel was very accommodating and super helpful during the week my husband was hospitalized. Please someone get back to us!

Nice boutique high end hotel. Historic but updated and super modern. We had 2 large queen beds and the room was quite large by spanish standards. Has a hotel bar, small workout room, breakfast buffet (18 euros), and 2 small pools. Perfect location and walking distance to the cathedral and many other tourist attractions. The concierge is knowledgable and super helpful. Hotel desk also has English speakers if needed. It was very clean and deserving of 5 stars!

This is an extremely high-end hotel, and is a great spot to stay at if you're visiting Sevilla and wanting to be in a quieter area. The overall look and feel of the hotel was beautiful and has a remarkable interior, however we wanted to be more in the city center and ended up switching hotels for our experience! I would recommend this for people who are looking for peace and quiet in Sevilla!

The 'Go to Hotel' in Seville. Very different from a standard hotel - but then, although totally modern and pretty cool minimalistic, it is a renovated inn which hosted Saint Theresa in 1575. Location is great too, and the staff always so friendly. We keep coming back.....
