Hotel Posada Jacarandas

The hotel is deteriorating and looks nothing like its pictures. Everything is very old and broken, shouldn’t even be rated over a 1 star hotel. The pools are dirty, basketball and tennis courts destroyed, and nobody should be spending money here. Don’t be fooled by their fake old rating and expired images. Go somewhere else!

I came by only to get information for a future event I plan on hosting at the hotel. I wanted to make sure my family and friends were comfortable. The staff was helpful and gave me a tour of the facilities. I plan to continue looking, but I do love the gardens and open spaces Hotel Jacarandas has to offer.

This is an exceptional property with services that are easy to access onsite and nearby. This is also a quiet option when compared to hotels in the Zocalo/Centro. The property is very large with two pools (one is very nicely heated), gardens, ball courts, trails around the property, conference facilities and a very good restaurant. My family and I stayed in a "family room" that had two double beds, two twin beds, a bathroom with two showers and two toilets. The only reason I'm giving this property 3* is because the beds were ROCK HARD.

It is a nice classic place in Cuernavaca. It is a enormous property well maintained, cuisine is varied all ingredients are totally natural mango am papaya juice are one of best. My only recommendation would be to update some of the conference services such as projector and conference room facilities. Service is a good experience with the classic Morelos hospitality. Good place to stay. Be aware of traffic around hotel at some times is really a mess.

The restaurant and bar were closed and only has beverages like sodas and snacks....
