Hotel Posada Sol y Luna

I enjoyed a very pleasant night at this hotel. I was traveling solo and they didn't have one of the solo rooms available, so they gave me a bigger room at a good price. It was very clean and quiet. I was able to walk to the pyramids from the hotel, but it is a hike. May be better to take taxi if staying awhile at the ruins. It was nice going early in the morning. The town of San Juan is within easy walking distance with many nice restaurants.

I found this place online and gave it a chance. It was clean, comfy and only $60 for a night. Which included a simple breakfast. It was very close to the pyramid site and we found it to be a great value. Most people stay in Mexico City and take a bus into Teotihuacan for the day. I recommend staying at the Posada Sol y Luna and enjoy a relaxing time near the pyramids.

The Posada Sol y Luna is very convenient to the ruins (only about a 15 minute walk away), and is a comfortable place to stay. The hotel management was helpful, parking is secure, and the hotel couldn't be cleaner. You can "do" the ruins as a day trip from Mexico City, but it's nice to go to the ruins early before the crowds arrive and the day heats up. By arriving at the ruins before 8am, we discovered that hot air balloons buzz the Pyramid of the Sun at dawn! Made for some great photos.

The service was generally good but they made some mistakes when checking in. Also, our room was a bit untidy.

Cercano a la zona arqueologica en auto, lo mismo al centro de San Juan Teotihuacan, si sales de noche lo mismo recomiendo auto ya que no hay tiendas, ni minisupers ni restaurantes cercanos. Limpieza buena, alberca no habilitada el dia que fui, estacionamiento chico, se deja llave para mover los autos de huespedes. Para la zona esta bien el hotel, descansas. Por otra parte sentimos presencias extranormales, en pocas palabras que nos espantaron, platicando con mi pareja ambos vimos de madrugada una silueta de la "muerte!" aprox 3 am, lo que nos hace dudar regresar! pero en fin todo lo demas bien.

Confortable y tranquilo, solo u os detalles mínimos en el cuarto de baño

Exquisito sitio para hospedarse, para descansar, trabajo. En la recepción nos invitaron café ☕, sale mucha agua de la regadera 🚿 el baño fue perfecto y relajante
