Hotel Poseidon

ROOMS Our room had a persistent sewer odor. The staff acknowledged the issue but offered no solution and no compensation, which is disappointing at this level of hospitality. SERVICE The staff were friendly and polite, but the buffet was painfully unimaginative and lacked variety. For a seaside hotel, the complete absence of seafood on the menu felt like a missed opportunity. LOCATION The location itself is excellent, but the experience is undermined by the surroundings — shacks, the chaotic sprawl of parking, and a clear lack of environmental consideration. What could have been a highlight ends up feeling neglected.

The worst hotel i have ever been to! It is dirty with bird shit that hasn’t been necer cleaned and with a nest of swallows on the teracce itself! The servise is the worst and the prices are like on Capri! Unbelievable! It is the shame who is all about tourism with an empty fridge without even welcome water!!!

I’ve stayed at soo many hotels and places , but this was one of the nice ones . The staff very nice and smiling people We came early before check in they gave us the room even early that was very nice of them . The restaurants food was nice maybe 2-5 euros more than local spots The breakfast was a nice spread . And the views amazing , you can’t see the sunset but can see a little bit And the beach just downstairs but it’s of rocks so hard to swim Plus it isn’t very far from budva old town , you could save some money and have amazing visws for the price. Plus there’s a small market on 1 min walk and a big one on 5 mins drive .

The perfect hotel for people who love peace and quiet. |Perfect view|Perfect beach, good sunbeds.|Restaurant overlooking the sea, food better then elsewhere in Montenegro.|Very clean and practical room.|Free parking|Isolated away from busy Kotor or Ugly over constructed Budva but close to both.

Hotel was nice, great location a very nice bay having said that the area in general was run down and a little tired looking. The food was generally very good, sometimes a lot of the meat dishes could be cold, which seems to be normal for the are. Having said that a good choice for, breakfast and evening meal. Staff ok although not what you would call friendly.

A fabulous hotel for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are modern with plenty of storage, a kitchenette and gorgeous views of the sea. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Excellent WiFi throughout the hotel, even on the beach! As the hotel is in a peaceful location it is also quite isolated if you do not have a car. I would recommend the hotel provides a shuttle bus service into Budva every day to give guests more access to the surrounding areas in order for them to explore beautiful Montenegro. If this was available we would definitely return 😎👍

Really great service from all the team, super friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting being right on the beach (around 10 mins in a taxi to Budva)and the rooms are clean and spacious. Only negative was there were some water activities listed in the book in the room however when we asked about these we were told they don’t do them which was a bit strange.

This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.
