Hotel Post-Hardermannli

Very friendly staff and very cute small lodging about a 5 minute walk to the Interlaken West station. The room is functional and serviceable although the toilet is a bit too small. Reminds me of toilets inside Japanese business hotels hehe. The breakfast is average, typical continental offerings. The biggest drawback is there is no lift is in our case we were at the 2nd floor (3rd floor for non-Europeans) and we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. I highly recommend the place, just be aware of the lack of elevator (lift).

Have been there for one night and have to say it was rather basic. The room was pretty narrow and the basic wooden beds quite simple. No elevator and an outdated key system but at least the bathroom was newly done and from the outside it looks very nice. Nonetheless, for CHF 170 per night overpriced but it's Interlaken. Location is good for people that want to see the area and also the trainstation is just around the corner. 3* is fair in my view.

I would give 5 stars but there was alot missing. The staff was amazing so was the location. It's a quirky little hotel with cute features but the rooms need upgrades.

Kim was great and helped us navigate getting around Switzerland. Great rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was also delicious.

The Hotel Hardermannli is a nice charming two-star hotel in Interlaken. The location is very central and convenient, making it a great base to explore the Jungfrau region or nearby areas like Beatenberg.||The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar, but there are great options nearby. Hangar 32 Bar is perfect for a casual drink and good music and for a taste of Swiss cuisine, the cozy Bären restaurant is just around the corner and serves delicious local dishes.||The staff at Hotel Hardermannli is friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with anything you might need.||The breakfast buffet was decent, though it’s worth noting that they only serve filter coffee, which might be a downside for coffee lovers. Otherwise, the selection was satisfactory.||As for the rooms, they are small but very cozy and well-kept. The bathrooms seem to have been recently renovated and are modern and clean, which was a nice surprise for a hotel of this category.||Overall, Hotel Hardermannli is a great budget option for those looking to explore Interlaken and the surrounding area. It offers comfort, a convenient location and good service at a reasonable price.

Lovely stay & very cosy ! I’d recommend to carry all essentials like toiletries etc. it’s a comfortable stay and the local bus passes they give are useful to go to different sights. The staff is lovely too. It’s 5 minute walk from Interlaken West station, and well connected by bus, train! You’ll have to carry bags upstairs , no lift so be mindful. Their breakfast is lovely!

Had a great time during our stay at Post Hardermannli. The location is very convenient / walkable to the train and bus stations. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was no elevator, but that wasn't an issue for us. The cute balcony and the views from it were amazing!
