Hotel Post-Hardermannli

A lovely stay at the hotel. It was very convenient close to the station and shops. Unterseen is a charming old area. The rooms are basic but clean with great views of the mountains. The breakfast is great with local eggs, cheese, different bread options and fresh fruit.

Thank you to Kim, Inés, Mariana, Susana, and Tommy, to give us an amazing experience! Friendly staff and an amazing view from the Alps. If we come back to Interlaken we will stay here! Best regards!

Out of all the 8 hotels we booked for our trip this is the only hotel that got my reservation wrong. I was with my wife and our 10-yr old daughter, who they said was put in as a 2-yr old and therefore we were given a double room and she had to sleep on a flimsy mattress on the floor. The lady then proceeded to insinuate that it was my fault but this is the 5th hotel I booked and she told me that a 3 yr old is considered an adult for them so I should have booked for 3 adults! The greed of this place reeks! I think they switched my room because I booked 7 months before and got a very low rate and they gave my room to a higher paying family. One time the cleaning lady left the trash on top of my wife’s open suitcase.

Had a lovely time with my parents at this cosy hotel! The staff were very kind and attentive! Breakfast was also super fresh and is apparently from a nearby organic farm!

Very friendly staff and very cute small lodging about a 5 minute walk to the Interlaken West station. The room is functional and serviceable although the toilet is a bit too small. Reminds me of toilets inside Japanese business hotels hehe. The breakfast is average, typical continental offerings. The biggest drawback is there is no lift is in our case we were at the 2nd floor (3rd floor for non-Europeans) and we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. I highly recommend the place, just be aware of the lack of elevator (lift).

Have been there for one night and have to say it was rather basic. The room was pretty narrow and the basic wooden beds quite simple. No elevator and an outdated key system but at least the bathroom was newly done and from the outside it looks very nice. Nonetheless, for CHF 170 per night overpriced but it's Interlaken. Location is good for people that want to see the area and also the trainstation is just around the corner. 3* is fair in my view.

Place was good and comfortable.The staff were friendly and were readily available to assist whenever I had questions.Overall it was a great stay and highly recommend it

Quiet a cool hotel up against the mountains. Very quiet! Served a cool little free breakfast in the morning part of your rental!
