We did not stay in the hotel so this review is for the coffee shop. This place has the best Wi-Fi in town with speeds of 900 / 600. The coffee is decent and the seating is ergonomically correct. It's not gourmet coffee but a secret spot to get some serious work done. I couldn't find a Google page for the coffee shop.

It was a great find last minute and i would say beat part was that it came with breakfast. We had a car and so they had free parking on site, big plus. Unfortunately after the first night our hot shower stopped working and we didn't have water for a day. There was also a lot of ants but we survived. I really wish they had a back gate and stairs to the road behind to the beach, it would save A LOT of walking around. I would def stay there again but in a bigger room. Small bed was uncomfortable, but the queen bed was good.

Also offers buffet breakfast from 07:30-10:30am for R$36, and sell take-away coffees for R$5. Pesado (by weight) is R$54/kg. Friendly staff and a great place to sit and look at lake while waiting for the local bus :). Staff speak some English.

Stayed for 2 nights in a double room with a small kitchen area and private bathroom. Very clean spacious room with comfortable bed and facilities which all worked well including strong, free wifi. I didn't see any of the other rooms but it did seem there is a huge variety in size and layout, so if you do book here be sure of the room type you choose||Small pool and hot tub area that was pleasant to have to relax after the beach or sight seeing. Lots of parking, helpful friendly owner, and a fresh breakfast.||Would stay again

I wish we booked more days there. Lovely cosy bungalow with all amenities. Excellent breakfast included.||2 minutes walk to the lagoon and bars and restaurants.||Lovely pool on site but not needed.||Our bungalow had kitchen with seating area.||Definitely stay again

Of all the places I've stayed I would say this wasnt great. I generally opt for mid range accomodation and this was mid range in price but budget accomodation in person. Location was poor and not really near anything, however bus stop was right outside which took you into Lagoa. Rooms were basic and bathroom cramp. There were some rooms that looked much better but I still wouldnt choose this place due to location. Service was good and owner very helpful and friendly.

We got one of the suites, with a hottub and even though we were only there three days and three nights it was well used. Both the hot tub and the outdoor pool. The room was spacious (rooms 19 and 20 are the suites) fantastic view and great amenities. The breakfast is not huge, but lots of choices. Fruit, warm bread, warm Pão de queijo, yogurt, juice, coffee, and a selection of cake and cheese and cold cuts. (traditional Brasilian breakfast) If you are looking for a North American breakfast you will be disappointed, but for a Brasilian Café da manhã, it is the best I have had in the six states I have visited in Brasil. They even provide a breakfast for our early departure on our last morning. This exceeded expectations and I would love to go back any time because it was a fantastic experience. I think of you stayed here you would be more than satisfied, as long as you remember you are in Brasil, not North America.

Facilities in this hotel are very poor. The chalet we stayed in was old, clearly in need of renovation, not very clean and with spider nets included. Internet was not reliable.||Location is good, just a few meters away from Lagoa da Conceição and 15m walk from Praia Mole.||Would not recommend it.
