Where do I start..
So at first glance it looked good, you think damn why is this place 3 stars? It could be a 4 star hotel, well.
The WiFi was horrible, barely got 1 Mbps and that on a weekday, I had to use my phone's internet.
The shower was a experience... To get the right temperature I felt like playing the lottery is easier.
The bathroom had a hair dryer that was so clogged that it was unable to be on for longer than 1 minute.
There are towels for you to use, but nothing to place on the floor, so expect slippery and wet exit, because the shower curtains barely held the water inside.
The room had these electric heaters you are expected to turn on and manipulate yourself... Glad I knew his these worked, my wife did not and to be honest it would not be too much to ask for a basic instruction paper to explain what a good setting would be. But hey at least they made sure to put a paper on the wall telling you if you dirty the towels you have to pay 30 soles to clean. (Lol white towels that can be washed at 90°)
For the bed they added electric blankets that heat. We did not use them (again, limited instructions, and those said to not manipulate them without staff)
If you get the room that's on the ground floor you have the options between a window where all the visitors can look at you like in a zoo, or a window that faces the street. I closed both to have privacy.
The location is also not the best, the next shop to buy basics like tissues or water is a 12 min walk... Okay not a big deal but if you were on a schedule like us and had to wake up at 5 am in the morning after arriving the night before around 10 pm you really don't want to walk that far. Maybe I was too exhausted to even try.
Breakfast:
This is were they did good. It had good variation and the views are amazing.
They could have heated a bit more though, Outside was -1° inside it felt like 18°-19°
In total I'm not sure they deserve the 3 stars... The food keeps them afloat, but the room was a mediocre stay.
