Hotel Pradeep

This hotel in Varanasi is a great place to stay. When it came to recommending restaurants and providing directions to the most popular tourist destinations and how to get there, the service members were accommodating and considerate of our demands. The room we stayed in was always spotless and well-maintained.

Very bad behaviour of reception staff. We(five persons) booked room for 2 days and we ask to continue for one more day. So they confirm for deluxe rooms(INR 4480)for next day. And next day they said to book Superior room(6500/-) or check out.

Poor customer service. On arrival manager agreed to offer 25% discount on food but at the time of checkout I was advised that no discount on food can be given because I didn’t accept the 25% proposal. I ended up paying 40k for the duration of stay. All I was looking for discount of around 2000 R/s . So be careful guys. In my eyes , this hotel staff and manager can’t be trusted

My experience of Hotel Pradeep is excellent, I thank all the staff members especially G M Mr Anil ,who attends all the guests with great gesture and. Whole heartedly. We felt like a homely atmosphere. I also thank the Chef for service us the devious food items. I wish I may come again. I will also suggest all my friends and relatives,if they get the chance to visit Varanasi, they must enjoy Hotel Pradeep's hospitality. Thanks

Nice place to stay in Varanasi.. centrally located.. rooms are good..staff is very cooperative and helpful. Overall Value for money.. Askfor Car parking..they have hidden place 😀 in a kothi for safe and guarded car parking.

Nice experience, Receptionist Desk very polite staff offer us good discount, Neat n clean room, Resturant Head n his team giving us best service. Worst experience... The staff is rude and unapologetic. Untrained and unethical behaviour. Drivers who bring the guests to the hotel are paid huge commissions. They charge the room rents more than what is quoted in their brochure, when confronted they told that due to peak season prices increase..

It was such a wonderful experience of staying at Hotel Pradeep. Even I didn't expect the hospitality they showed to us. I want to thank all the entire staff specially MR .ANIL TIWARI the GM of hotel under whose guidance the staff works systematically. We also visited the Palace on Ganges , The interior of Ganges is really admirable. Mr Anil also showed us The JAGATGANG Kothi . We also came to know the entire history of family. Once again I thank to all the entire staff, The cook who served us the delicious food. I WILL ALSO RECOMMEND TO ALL. DO VISIT HOTEL PRADEEP ,If they get chance to visit VARANASI.
