Located on the main road making it easy to commute anywhere at any time. Great service from reception dinning room kitchen room service. Amit from reception is a great addition to the management. His assistance is greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this place.

It’s a neat & clean property and quite well maintained. There is a spacious parking space as well (which is tough to get in Banaras). Location wise it’s bit far from the ghats area but still it’s manageable. Food is good as well. We faced an issue with one of the staff member who deliberately entered our room without knocking the door to take away used plates. We were a couple and my female partner was alone in the room that time, so this was serious breach. We confronted him in front of management and management was quick to pass on their apology otherwise we could have filed a police complaint against staff member and the hotel. Management needs to educate their staff on basic etiquette on how to deal with customers in better way.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the city of Hhotalpardeep can stay well in a low budget, the staff are very helpful. Rooms are very beautiful. The restaurant food is very tasty and wonderful and the most specialty is that the parking here which is absolutely heritage here is very beautiful in itself. 😀😀

Poor customer service. On arrival manager agreed to offer 25% discount on food but at the time of checkout I was advised that no discount on food can be given because I didn’t accept the 25% proposal. I ended up paying 40k for the duration of stay. All I was looking for discount of around 2000 R/s . So be careful guys. In my eyes , this hotel staff and manager can’t be trusted

This hotel in Varanasi is a great place to stay. When it came to recommending restaurants and providing directions to the most popular tourist destinations and how to get there, the service members were accommodating and considerate of our demands. The room we stayed in was always spotless and well-maintained.

My experience of Hotel Pradeep is excellent, I thank all the staff members especially G M Mr Anil ,who attends all the guests with great gesture and. Whole heartedly. We felt like a homely atmosphere. I also thank the Chef for service us the devious food items. I wish I may come again. I will also suggest all my friends and relatives,if they get the chance to visit Varanasi, they must enjoy Hotel Pradeep's hospitality. Thanks

Very bad behaviour of reception staff. We(five persons) booked room for 2 days and we ask to continue for one more day. So they confirm for deluxe rooms(INR 4480)for next day. And next day they said to book Superior room(6500/-) or check out.
