Fantastic location, right on rambla st and walking distance to so many things that a tourist would want to see. The room was clean, large, with a nice clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed interacting with them. The hotel has a historic charm and is a beautiful building. There’s a Terrace on the first floor as well that you can use. you can refill your bottles with cold water and there’s a coffee machine as well as croissant you can have for breakfast in the morning. Overall, we had an excellent stay

Google
Amazing location. Great clean rooms. QUIET! I was worried it’d be loud based on other reviews, we didn’t have a view but slept amazing. Comfy beds. Sandra was so kind and thoughtful. We loved the drink bar-filtered water and coffee machine. Restaurants right outside on side walk-many options. Near many subways and buses.

Google
First time in Barcelona and really struggled to pick a location to stay even amongst the hotel chain itself. Sooo happy with hotel’s Rambla site. Having coffee and water available 24/7 and fresh croissants for breakfast was great. Within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to see and despite having restaurants right outside, noise was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Firstly the hotel itself is so beautiful and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The building and rooms are stunning. The common area and patio are peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the pastries and coffee for breakfast ( they accommodated my gluten allergy as well). The location allowed us to walk ( or take a short subway trip) everywhere. It is in the heart of the rambla, which we enjoyed , but may not be the right fit for those looking for quieter more remote stays. Overall we loved it and it was the perfect first stop for our honeymoon.

I loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, La Rambla, Gothic Quarter, Casa Batllo and Mila are all very walkable yet you don’t feel like you’re staying right in the middle of the chaotic throng of tourists. Placa de Catalunya is only a block away which is convenient for transportation, there are a ton of restaurant options in every direction, and even Sagrada Familia is within a 30 minute walk. It has a great small boutique hotel vibe, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating with any requests. I really enjoyed the indoor lounge area and the outdoor one was also great with plenty of room for guests to spread out, but our room ended up having a balcony which is where we ended up spending most of our down time. The room was very spacious with a ton of natural light, the bed was really comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how well the doors to the balcony kept out the street noise when they’re closed. We booked a Deluxe Double, and I think the extra money for a bit more space was really worth it if you’re planning on spending any time relaxing in the room. The free 24/7 coffee/tea/filtered water and morning croissants were also a nice touch and much appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel!

Google
Great location, friendly staff, reasonable prices for Barcelona. The air conditioning works but was a bit noisy. The complimentary breakfast croissants are tasty but are not available until 8am (a little late when you’re planning a full day exploring). Would stay again.

Google
Amazing location right on the Rambla with quick access to dozens of restaurants and two Metro stops in a short walking distance. Rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. There's a nice outdoor terrace for extra space. Could be cheaper, but I understand that Barcelona is an in-demand destination. The location was certainly worthwhile.

First of all, the staff was so kind, warm, and welcoming. We were checked in by Abdul and he continued to be a smiling face offering a Buenos Dias every day as well as giving us information about where to go in Barcelona. The bakery items for breakfast were so excellent. The hotel is charming and imbued with history. And the location was close to everything but still more tranquilo than much of the Rambla. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning to visit BCN.

Yelp
We like it...the location, handsome, classic/modern rooms. We've a balcony with 2 chairs looking out over the street. Helpful concierge, day and night, coffee and croissant station included, comfortable living room to have tea, work on your computer, sit in the garden. We're pleased with our choice. You would be too.

Yelp
Very historic building which was converted into a boutique hotel. Great double deluxe room with ample space and plenty of room for setting suitcases. Very comfortable king bed with harder mattress. Beautiful tiled floors. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very central to everything in Barcelona. Reasonable rates. Complimentary teas and coffees all day plus complimentary fresh croissants every morning. Very nice open terrace off of a large seating area and large conference table. Issues reported to management concerned weak light over the bathroom sink and sink with very slow drainage. They promised to look into these issues. We will use this hotel on future trips to Barcelona.

Yelp
Reasonably priced hotel in a central location. I would not recommend the Double Room as the windows are in the interior and it never gets any natural light. It was like staying in a dungeon. The room has the basics but I would've appreciated having somewhere to put my luggage other than the floor. Our room wasn't ready by the time of check in and the front desk gave us more complimentary water bottles because of it. The fresh croissants in the morning and coffee-tea bar were nice. Enjoy the mornings on the patio! Hotel was fine but something left to be desired.

Yelp
I stayed with my daughter there in Feb 2022 and we are still talking about how it was one of our favorite hotels. We arrived after a terrible airbnb experience which had been recently used for an adult movie set - no really. The hotel accomodated us with an early check-in and we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the place is. The pictures here just don't do it justice. They had gluten-free croissants and were sure to point them out to my daughter and make sure there was some for her each morning which made her feel really special. There's a very nice coffee and tea bar. The room wasn't huge but comfy and the back patio was a really pleasant place to relax. The hotel staff were extraordinary. We still remember the lovely man at the front desk who patiently helped us, drew out directions and gave us excellent recommendations. Would love to stay there again.

Yelp
Love love love love love. Stayed here a few years ago and it was almost perfect. Right on Las Ramblas, accessible to public transportation, amazing shower, gorgeous room... it was great. This was the second to last stop on a VERY long jaunt around Europe and after having been sick during our stay in Provence right before and driving over from the South of France, we desperately needed a nap upon our late afternoon arrival before heading out for dinner. Our room was on a lower floor so we were a little nervous but, and here was the most awesome thing, the seventeen* layers of shutters, all closing in different ways, made the room completely dark AND cut out the noise. At night we could keep it open and listen to street musicians, the chatter of people and other fun street noises but when we wanted quiet and dark, that was easy, too. Loses a star because the staff kind of sucked. Not friendly at all and completely unwilling to work with us on the fact that our trip was booked to include breakfast. They use a restaurant next door, which was not cheap, and we had to pay every day. But Barcelona is beautiful and we really liked everything else so I'd stay there again. But this time I'd stock up at the corner store (which is what we eventually ended up doing) AHEAD of time to skip on the overpriced greasy breakfast food. I like a lighter breakfast on vacation. ----- *hyperbole

Yelp
We loved this hotel! Everything we were looking for this hotel had. It was very modern, clean and even had an outdoor patio off the back. We stayed at a couple other outdated hotels and this was much nicer, and affordable! The rooms are all tile floors, the bathrooms are a green tile, and the showers are nice and large with the rainfall type shower heads. The room was cleaned and freshened every day while we were out sightseeing, and they also had free wifi in the rooms. The concierge was incredible helpful. We were upgraded to the top floor with a balcony over looking the street, and this was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. We had no problems at all.

Yelp
Great hotel! 3 minutes walk from placa catalunya and all the big stores like El Corte Ingles, Zara and Apple. Free croissants and coffee/tea in the morning. Lovely rooms, but I would not recommend the normal double if you want a nice view... So look for a room with view on the streets for example! Great service and lovely terrace!

Yelp
We stayed here for 5 nights in mid January. Nice clean rooms, lots of space considering there were 3 of us. Johan, the evening desk clerk, was our absolute favorite. He helped us book tours and sent us to so wonderful restaurants. I would definitely go back to stay here. Very conveniently located to foods and shopping. A wonderful hidden gem.

Yelp
Excellent location in the center of the city with tons of restaurants at the doorstep, excellent service (Andy on the front desk is a star), great rooms with high ceilings and amazing rainfall shower and a comfortable bed with TV mounted perfectly for viewing. Definitely check out their sundeck too. Great spot for morning breakfast with a book. However the WiFi connection was archaically slow. Other than that, great stay.

Yelp
This hotel is incredible. The staff makes a wonderful facility into an outstanding experience. The terrace on the first floor is a small oasis with beautiful views and a great place to meet people from around the world. Our room was very, very comfortable with a king bed, great shower and two balconies. Truly, if you are coming to Barcelona and want to stay in the heart of town, this is the place. Only complaint is that the free wifi is pretty slow. Since we were on vacation it wasn't really an issue for us, but if you live and die with the Internet, this may be an issue for you.

Yelp
We had such a wonderful stay. Great location and staff was so gracious with all of our requests. Would highly suggest this hotel.

Yelp
Words cannot describe how gorgeous this hotel is. From the lobby, to the rooms, hallways, and courtyard I couldn't stop saying how beautiful the place was! The staff was great, and the espresso machine + freshly baked croissants in the morning were an added bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Yelp
This is a spectacular place to stay and in a terrific location. The hotel is beautiful and chic. The staff is incredibly friendly and they have the best croissants in the morning. We stayed in a double deluxe facing the Ramba Catalunya with its tiled floor, incredible architecture and a very comfortable king bed. We loved it.

Yelp
The hotel is in a great location - walkable to La Ramble and Gaudi houses. We arrived at about 7:30am after an overnight flight. The staff was very friendly and made our room first priority to have it cleaned within the hour while we went to grab breakfast and they held our luggage. We enjoyed the little restaurant next door both for breakfast and late night tapas. The rooms are cute and clean and the beds comfortable. They provided shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The shower had horrible water pressure with two or three mini streams having good pressure and the rest just being a mist spraying all over. There was a hand held shower head with great pressure, but it wasn't convenient to try and wash your hair and hold that. Free wifi worked well. We had no problems with noise in the room, but always use the noisemaker on our phone.

Yelp
Great location, not on las Ramblas but close & quiet. Staff was so nice. Wifi was a pain & the rooms are tiny. Not a fancy hotel but met our needs. Price was great & included breakfast!

Yelp
overall my stay at the praktik rambla wasn't bad at all but nothing really impressed me about it either. the hotel itself is beautiful and loved the old school architecture and decor touches...our room was located on the 1st floor and toward the back of the hotel so while there was no natural light in the room at least it was quiet and made for a good nights sleep haha. the room itself was small but good enough for 2 people and our luggage. the wi-fi was free but pretty slow and spotty but i did like the free coffee machine in the lobby for guests to use. i just wanted the location to be closer to the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas. it's only a block from Plaça de Catalunya which made it easy to access the aerobus from the airport to the hotel...but i just felt everywhere we wanted to go required a few block walk. i guess the location was central but i just wanted closer haha. at least the metro stop was closeby and really convenient for us to use and the price was reasonable for a location not right on Las Ramblas. i may just try a different hotel the next time i'm back in barcelona.
