4☆ not more like 2. Firstly if you have a big car you'll more than likely damage it getting in the carpark. I booked a room with a hot tub and steam room it was leaking in the room below, the manager thought it was my doing. I turned on the hot tub and recorded the issue without being in there, they entered my room while half naked which really made me angry. I ended up being moved upstairs to a similar room, the 1 lady was so apologetic, really lovely person. Left me wine fruit and water to say sorry. The phones in room don't work, the hot tub only jet from 1 place, no lights in it work. Tv lost connection every 5 mins. Honestly if I knew what the rooms were like I would never had booked it. BREAKFAST wow I could only do a boiled egg, a slice of cheese and tomato, it's awful. The only positive thing wad the lovely lady who tried her best to make me feel comfortable. Would I recommend 🤔 NO nor would I stay again

The hotel's location is great as it is near the main shopping street and craft street. It was also right beside the area where the new year's eve concert and fireworks were held.

Very disappointing stay The hotel fails to meet basic expectations for a 4-star property. The EV charging spot was blocked by a car that didn’t even need charging and staff did nothing about it – a major reason we chose this hotel in the first place. We were also overcharged for the pet fee (asked 30 BGN instead of the listed 20 BGN) and only after an argument did they agree to correct it, in a very unprofessional manner. The room itself was far from 4-star quality: dirty carpet, old bathroom, and overall poor maintenance. Absolutely not worth the price and definitely not recommended.

Staying here at room 2A at the moment can’t fault it clean spacious room even got a personal sauna in our room breakfast is good plenty to choose from location is great plenty of shops and bars nearby

Pros: nice location, private parking, really friendly staff Cons: dirty rooms, dirty and broken bathroom, loud rooms, old and damaged furniture, dirty, full of hair carpet

Decent, but how other people pointed out, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Kind a communist decorated. The breakfast was decent. The location is pretty close to the center but the area is kind of steep and if you have a big car you will have a tough tine parking in their indoor garage. Price of the room i think it was fair somehow

The location of the hotel is amazing but the rooms need a bit more touch up. Seems like they had some plumbing issues going on while we stayed there. Reception was great and honestly is the only reason that I gave it 4 🌟 review not a 3 🌟. *After a 3rd stay there seems that the plumbing issues are done but there is still a bit of renovation needed. Breakfast was very plain.

This hotel is a joke. I simply cannot understand how they are 4 star hotel. The breakfast and the coffe were cold. I found a piece of hair in my bread, of course I don’t know if this hair is from the staff or from the customers before me… but that’s the reality. The parking have space for 4 5 cars. The “SPA” works till 6PM, so if you make a late check in, you simply can’t use it! The rest… you can see it at the pictures!
