A nice looking hotel, with management that likes scamming people!
I can't express all of my emotions to the hotel. I booked it over Booking.com. When I came they checked me in, forgot to give me my ID back, but not a big problem we solved it in a few mins.
The biggest disappointment was that they forgot to give me the key for the outside door that leads to the hotel, when I came in the evening I could not access the hotel. I tried knocking, calling, calling Booking.com, looking through windows... nothing. I had to book another hotel and sleep there, and then I came in the morning to pick my belongings.
Furthermore, I immediately requested the money back, they wrote my phone number and told me that manager will call. He did call soon enough, asked me not to give any bad reviews, that they are sorry, he told he will refund me and nothing. I kept sending reminders every 2 weeks, reached to Booking.com support and this hotel was just delaying, ignoring, making up things. So they can't even keep their own word! I don't understand how they claim themselves a luxury hotel, but act like phone scammers.
