Hotel President

Really enjoyed our five night stay. Room was spacious, light and modern and the bathroom and shower are good. |Location is amazing and the staff are professional and friendly.|Breakfast is good and we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar. |Overall, a great value hotel.

Fantastic location and service with a wide spread at breakfast. However rooms are directly in view of the busy street outside with flimsy sheer curtains and solid curtains that don't fully close so you're guaranteed to be woken up by the sun or people can see inside. And rooms are super dark, definitely not enough light to make it feel inviting or welcoming. I would really not recommend staying here, best to stay at the Marriott or elsewhere.

The hotel is in a great location. The car park is a bit tight if you drive a larger car. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as most of the hot items were cold or luke warm at best. Still a good experience overall.

I recently stayed at Hotel President in Sarajevo and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a minute away from the old market, which made exploring and shopping super convenient. I loved being able to drop off my purchases at the hotel and head right back out without missing a beat. My room had a beautiful view overlooking the Sarajevo River, and directly across the bridge, I could see a picturesque mosque—such a peaceful and scenic sight to wake up to. Breakfast was quite good, with just the right variety to start the day off right. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Sarajevo!

Had a lovely stay here last month. The housekeeping team in particular deserves recognition- they clean the room in such detail daily without fail, no matter what time we left the room. They always replaced the linen without asking. The staff at reception were also kind and helpful. For the decent price, was an excellent location. Carpets in the rooms could be modernised (very dark colour, patterned) but overall neat and tidy rooms. The perfect stay, thank you all.

While I would be thrilled to post a positive review after a nice stay, the hotel has effectively prevented such a circumstance. My call was been abruptly ended when I requested a summary of my reservation, before confirming it. The gentleman on the other end was extremely unhelpful, and clearly condescending throughout the entire call. The lady who (after a couple of failed attempts) picked up my following call, barely spoke any English; with a muffled “no no” and without further explanation, she has also ended the call. I am Incredibly dissatisfied with such level of service. I would strongly advise to spend your money at a hotel, where the customer services actually matches the price bracket. Hotel President is not the one.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old city. Fabulous traditional shops, cafes and restaurants. |However this would not be what you might expect from a 4 star hotel.|The internet was poor and dropped out alot, there was no smart TV, the sheets were scratchy and towels thin and tiny! |The room was fairly dark as the windows are tinted. Breakfast was plentiful but not particularly good quality and coffee poor.|Staff are good and helpful. Room very clean, lovely bathroom with underfloor heating.

A really nice room with a large bed and large bath. Good towels. The location of hotel was good. Easy access to where we wanted to be. Decent breakfast.
