Do NOT stay at this hotel. Yes, the location was great and the rooms were clean, but the service and amenities made this hotel not nearly worth it.
First, and most importantly, one of the guys - Asha was his name I think - that works the desk was INCREDIBLY inappropriate to me and my friend I was staying with. He would say creepy things in passing, like how his day was better now that we were back and asking us whether we were a couple or friends. It got completely out of hand when he told us how "sexy" we looked when coming back from a night out. He didn't just say it once, but repeated it multiple times even though we were clearly disgusted by his comments. My friend lost her phone in an uber and when he heard this he kept calling her "baby," telling her how sorry he was, and offering her free beer. Gross. We would try to run out of the hotel to avoid seeing him.
Secondly, the WiFi in our room was completely unusable and would not load anything. We literally would have to go into the hallway or lobby to use it. This may not sound major, but when you are depending on WiFi to help plan your trip it is incredibly frustrating that an amenity that was promised to us when we booked was unavailable. On top of it not being available, the employees either didn't believe (or didn't care) that it wasn't working for us. Every time we called down - which was multiple times per day- they would say that they were calling the company "tomorrow." Needless to say it never happened nor did they offer us anything to compensate for the fact that it was negatively impacting our stay.
The rooms were also tiny but that wasn't a huge issue. I would've been happy to pay more for a professional hotel that didn't make us feel uncomfortable every time we came in and gave us what we were paying for.
