Hotel Prince Seoul

Great location. Limousines to and from airport is so convenient and the pick up is just next to the hotel and across the street. The subway is next to the hotel making travel so much easier. Excellent, friendly and helpful service from all the staff. Room space is great and bed is comfortable and I loved that the bath towels are changed daily. Will definitely come back again for my next visit.

This hotel is located just at the edge of Myeongdon market and so, just outside the hustle and bustle of the market. It seems to be an old building but very well renovated. Located in front of the airport bus shuttle stop to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and the rooms were kept nice and clean. Breakfast is not wow, but with enough variety. Well recommended!

This hotel is located in an excellent position right near Myengdong. The staff is excellent and very helpful even when I email previous to arriving there they almost always responded within 12 hours. We had two separate days over the month of May. We stayed in room 909 and then 1209 the rooms are small or two single beds With a small bathroom, but it’s enough to accommodate the luggage and head out the day. Room 8209 is a little bit more dirty and had some flood damage. Other than that the hotel is in great location in.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Again it was certainly a very pleasant stay and the location is simply awesome. It wld be good if the hotel look into adding safety features in the bath area. A hand rail for guests to hold on to in the shower/bathtub. It can be slippery and dangerous if not careful esp after shower.

Stayed here for 2 nights in late April. The location is amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The Aircon in the room auto turned off a few times in the middle of the night. Have to wait for several minutes to turn it back on, woke up sweaty and got to wait. Have informed counter staff, said will look into it, no follow up and nothing improved. A male staff was unhelpful as we approached to assist to pay a bus fare via online, he just turned us down without any assistance. Ultimately, poor service and unwilling to put in any effort to help despite feedback given

Location is great! however during breakfast, after I finished my meal, I was about to return to my room, then one of the server caught me by the lift and told me to clean the plates!! What??!! she said it is on the wall and showed me..well it was so small barely noticed it. At least put the sign bigger so that we can notice it. Other than that, everything was fine

I loved this hotel for the location, access, and service. For me the room was just right but I think for most travelers the room would be considered too small for comfort. As a solo traveler it is ideal. The easy transportation due to subway and bus lines, next door coffee shops and Daiso, and easy walking distance to restaurants make this a popular spot. I’d go back so long as the room rates are good.
