Hotel Principe di Villafranca

We arrived late on a Sunday night to be welcomed by a young gentleman who had spent time in the UK & made us feel extremely welcome. He made sure we were aware where to go for breakfast the next morning & how to find our room. The hotel has been recently refurbished & feels fresh. Your in the city but it's a quiet location. The waitresses at breakfast are lovely always happy & very helpful. The reception team have been full of information & happy to take time & explain with the use of maps on where to go & how best to find your way around. The cleaner is full of energy & keeps the room spotless.|The gym is adequate there's some quality kit in there treadmill & multi gym. Plus an exercise bike & rowing machine. The free weights are also useful. |A wonderful stay & really recommend this little gem.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, modern, and tidy, with a nicely decorated lobby and a great breakfast. The staff were also very helpful. However, I was really disappointed that the WiFi didn’t work in my room. I raised it with reception a few times, but nothing was resolved and things they said was far from being helpful. It was quite inconvenient, especially since I was travelling with only mobile data. It’s a real drawback for an otherwise well-presented hotel. I’m left flabbergasted in my room now.

Super friendly staff - Angelo was incredibly helpful and hospitable. I don’t know if my trip would have gone as well without his help. The hotel was very clean and nice. I’ll definitely be staying here next time I’m in Palermo. Highly recommend. Not worth taking chances elsewhere.

Modern, clean, and well-sized room. Staff were friendly and breakfast included with lots of choice. There is a sister hotel close-by where you can enjoy dinner on a rooftop. About a half an hour walk from old town / marina, not much going in in the local area, but nice hotel nevertheless

Incredibly helpful people at the front desk, especially Monica. Breakfast has been great. Been here a week and it has been consistently good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our holiday started at Principe di Villafranca in Palermo. Unfortunately, the reception was quite cold upon arrival. The female receptionist, in particular, could benefit from learning to smile and be more welcoming to guests. Ideally located steps from the airport shuttle bus. The outside looks like an apartment building in the surrounding area, but the inside is georgios. The staff is helpful and polite. The rooms are bigger than I expected, and the washroom, ohhhh just lovely.

Fantastic hotel. Recently undergone renovation, beautifully done, stylish decor. Great location, easy to get to all major attractions. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Well worth a stay. You won’t be disappointed. 😀
