Modern hotel, well maintained, the bedroom had more than what I needed (all furniture: desk and chair, armchair and tea table, tv, wardrobe, bedside tables). Beautiful shower and big sink area and mirrors. Good service and security at reception. The strange thing is that I didn't notice any bathroom ventilation, which I'd expect if the bathroom has no window as it was the case. About noise, if you're visiting during the Carnival, the location is super central so obviously this also means you can't have a decent quality sleep (even if you're at the top floors and not over the park), which can be disappointing as the hotel isn't cheap.

Providing great service isn’t easy but hotels that take the trouble to attend to the smallest of details, usually manage it.||From the moment I checked in to when I checked out, I was greeted by friendly competent and professional staff; they were happy to chat but weren’t in any way intrusive.||Starting with my room; it was a decent size, comfortable and clean. My only minor criticism would be that the sound – proofing could be slightly better.||The only food I had in the hotel was breakfast which was well worth the €12 I paid. Again, the staff were attentive professional and helpful. I went for a continental/English breakfast and the quality of the ingredients was of a very high standard.||In relation to location, the hotel is bang in the centre of Santa Cruz; five minutes walk away from the nearest tram stop. The city’s main bus station is only two tram stops away.||Returning to the issue of detail, after I checked out, I used the bathroom by the restaurant. It was spotlessly clean. It’s little details like this that less good hotels sometimes overlook.||Overall, I would rate this hotel as excellent and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it.

I would like to thank all the staff for their care when I stayed at this hotel when my husband was hospitalised in Santa Cruz from a cruise ship we had been on. It was a very worrying time to be by myself somewhere I didn’t know but the hotel was the perfect place for me to spend a week while my husband recovered. Facilities, food, staff all excellent brilliant location would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tenerife. Michele kent

Great location for shopping and cafes. Easy walk down to the sea front. We only had one night there as we were cruising next day. You could easily walk to the cruise terminal as it's only 1kilometre away, we took a taxi, cost 15 euros. Definitely recommend hotel and location.

The place cannot be 3 stars, not even one star. It is old, dirty ,nozzy, bad smell in the room, hair in the bathroom, elevator is undersized......come on, be fair in the evaluations. I don t know how somebody can certify this place as 3 stars hotel.....its scandalos Worst hotel I ever stayied in 45 years

I decided to escape the UK winter and found the hotel on last minute. The rooms are good and clean the only downside is you can hear a penny drop in the room next door. The restaurant doesn’t serve evening meals but they do serve drink, Filpe the barman is great and very talkative makes you feel welcome, he’s a credit to the place.

We have stayed for 1 night. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is clean. Hotel location is also good. We pay 12€ for breakfast. Breakfast itself is very poor but delicious. There is no sleepers in the room so after bathroom you have to walk on cold floor 🥲
