Hotel Promenáda

I had a delightful stay at the hotel for a business trip. The location is central, making it incredibly convenient. Our dinner at the restaurant was superb, featuring an à la carte menu with a variety of international dishes, including beef tartare, sea bass, rabbit, steaks, and pastas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the spa and pool. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

Really comfortable traditional hotel. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and a lovely restaurant for a special evening meal. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, rooms are spacious and clean, with balcony’s, terrace and even a kitchen. Great Swimmingpool and sauna. Location is in the middle of the centrum, everything is reachable within short minutes. Very friendly staff. One half star minus is the breakfast and coffee, which is always the same and coffee is not drinkable. Another half star minus is the restaurant for the wine selection.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we heard good rumors about the restaurant. Did they meet up to the expectations? In every aspect Yes! Delicious food, skilled sommelier, very friendly and serviceminded personal. 5 stars to the restaurant, and the hotel, with all it's assets, is probably on the same standard. Strong recommendation!

Absolutely amazing experience! We were here in Karlovy Vary for three nights and had the most wonderful time at Hotel Promenáda. The air-conditioned room was beautiful and very comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the food (we had breakfast and dinner there) was absolutely delicious. The swimming pool was beautiful and the spa treatments were divine. The location is also perfect— right in the centre of the town! We also are particularly grateful because the day we were supposed to arrive, our trains were all delayed and we ended up arriving hours later than planned, and hours after reception closed. However, a staff member stayed up to wait for us until 1am, saving us from having to find emergency accommodation elsewhere. If we’re ever in the country again, we will most certainly be back to Promenáda!

A beautiful hotel in the city centre of Karlovy Vary. We spent there a weekend on the weekend package. Breakfast was very good - lovely place and the food was tasty. The swimming pool and sauna are beautiful and can be booked at a particular hour to have privacy. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, actually, the waiters did a wonderful job. Lovely rooms, very clean and lovely furniture.||||Before our arrival was some misunderstanding with the Front desk, we wondered how to get to the hotel but we missed any directions or tips to get to the city centre, because of many restrictions init. So we call on the Front desk, nobody answer our calls, so we need to get to the hotel by walk - unfortunately, it was heavy rain. So the first-minute experience was a disaster. One more thing, at the hotel it is impossible to send restaurant bills to the hotel room account, so you need to take your money with you. The front desk can be improved definitely. But finally, we really enjoyed the stay in the hotel and we were really satisfied. Thank you all you took care of us.

I had a beautiful experience at the Promenada restaurant during my stay at the hotel. The staff apparently did not have a record of our reservation but this was not an issue as we were seated politely without a hiccup. The excellent service continued throughout the meal with the knowledgeable waiters offering polite and friendly suggestions throughout the experience. The food and wine we had was sublime and good value for a Western European tourist. Pleasantly surprised by the Czech wine also wish is served in generous 1/4 litre portions which is enough volume to try a couple but cheap enough not to put too much of a dent in the wallet.

Great start with an exceptional finish (Brilliant Pancake) 1. There are many selections of appetizers and they all have unique taste. More importantly, it is free !!! 2. The soups are great, though it is really hard to screw up a mushroom cream soup and onion cheese soup. Nevertheless, both of them are rich in flavor and seasoned properly. 3. I really like the main course because it is pretty special, we ordered reindeer and birds, though it is a first time to us, we loving it. (Though the reindeer has lots of bone) 4. As I said, it ends with a brilliant finish, and this is definitely a must try and it is the pancake ! The waiter will cook it in front of you and when you just smell the pancake, your saliva could definitely not able to resist the temptation. PANCAKE IS WONDERFUL 5. Exceptional service, I have never been to a restaurant that a waiter knows how to cook.
