Management team is really helpful and understanding. They bent their rule for us. Time are spacious & clean. They have a cool get feature and the hotel is central to all things important. Great reception, looking forward to the breakfast.

The place needs some tender loving care and a little cleaning up and good customer service. The Bar and restaurant needs serious work and brightening up they are both too depressing, the food and restaurant staff attitudes needs some serious work. The place has a huge potential the owner can look for potential investors to revamp the place to the correct standard for now I can give it

The hotel needs serious renovations. The carpet in the public areas was dirty and the pool was dirty. We had no hot water for the first 2 days that we were there. Had to use the kettle in the room. The menu options were minimal. The extra blanket in the room had a bad smell. The speed point wasn't working, had to go back to my room to get cash. The staff though was friendly and polite.

It's a construction Site. Nothing to write home about. Let's hope the new building will be better

terrible experience. the price is not worth it. water is cold. the dustbins were not cleaned. coffe material was short for two people. the heater was not easy to operate. we were not checked on had to use our phone to call reception while in the room but there is a telephone which does not work. tv channels not complete and cant even view what is playing. not worth it!

Hotel in a poor condition. Situated near a bus terminal. Very noisy till late at night. Only highlight was Tracy with her service. Breakfast could have been a bit better. No butter had to ask. Had to ask for bread to be toasted. Those little things that matters lacked attention.
