Hotel Puelche

Nice contemporary hotel that does a complete failure on WiFi and hot water. Despite complaints and claims of fixing the WiFi was nicer above 1 MBS. Pathetic. Useful for any sustained download or streaming. No premium WiFi option. It just failed. Hot water takes 10 minutes to teach your room on the 3rd floor regardless of the time of day. Do not be misled. The place shows great and operates horribly. They have no capabilities for quick fixes. Nothing changed in two days.

Large room, they have improved the bath room. No bath but great rain shower. I noticed the staff really do an extra mile for you.. that is so nice when you needed some help. You do not have the view on the lake but I did not miss that. Wifi is good and also breakfast is good.

Good hotel, well located, good room standard and service. |I stayed 2 nights for business purpose and did really enjoy the stay so very likely I'll come back.|Didn't get the chance to try the restaurant but heard the burgers are one of the best in town.

I was disappointed in the wireless service because they provided a wifi access and password which did not work properly. Sometimes I could not connect my device at all or when it did connect, it was at a speed of 1 or 2 mbps. Good enough for email but that’s it. The rooms are nice and the hotel is attractive though.

Only stayed two nights while passing through, and enjoyed our stay. Hotel is 8-10 minutes walk to the waterfront and downtown but there is a nice walkway that avoids the traffic streets. We arrived late so ate in the burger bar downstairs and enjoyed our casual meal. Recommended

Across the street from the Hotel Cumbres, this is a charming Patagonia style hotel with the feeling of a boutique lodge. Homemade breakfast is included in the rate, and the restaurant is famous for is Reina Burger, the best in town. I had to go back a second time just to have another Reina. Lively bar also and a good overall menu. Rooms run from smallish to the larger corner rooms, but all are clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night. Room spacious and clean as was bathroom. Good location. Hotel in good order though could use some renovating. I thought the price was a little high for was it was, but it was still with the realms of acceptable. Staff pretty nice,||||WARNING- car park is TINY!

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the city center. The rooms are spacious and a huge nice bed. The disappointment was the breakfast. Breakfast is served (3 choices) and when it is busy you have to wait a while. No fill up for your tea or coffee, the waiter is too busy with serving all the guests. This can be improved for a 4 star hotel.
