Good location. Clean, modern rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. They definitely speak English, if that helps. The rooftop has a great view. We've really enjoyed our stay here so far. There is a gym and restaurant, as well.

My second stay at this hotel and it was very lovely. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is located in a central location, very close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars, all within a short walking distance. Hotel is clean and has everything I needed. My room was cleaned daily, which I loved! My second trip to Granada was made enjoyable again with having a lovely hotel to stay in. The hotel has a roof top terrace which is gorgeous to go up to and take some really nice photos. The restaurant in the hotel is also really lovely and prices are affordable. Breakfast is extra but worth it, always plenty of choice and food was warm. Thank you guys for a pleasant stay once again and I hope to visit again soon. 👍❤️

Nice hotel. Ideal for sightseeing. Very well located & near to The Alhambra which is easy walking distance (10 minutes up the hill). But also near to city centre. On a quiet street, with comfortable - is slightly small - room, complete with mini fridge, aircon, tea & coffee & safe. Lovely bathroom (with very hi-tech toilet!) staff were good & breakfast decent. BUT it’s difficult (nearly impossible!) to reach with a car! Sat nav will take you so far (down very narrow streets) but you will reach bollards, which unbeknown to me you can use the intercom for hotel to lower. Ended up parking a bit out of the area & walking in where hotel directed us to public car park ‘San Agustín’ which is expensive at €30 per day (hotel discount rate!) but the nearest one (5 minutes on foot). Would stay here again.

Very comfortable well run hotel in a perfect location with a well appointed feel about it. Higher standard than 3 star?|The staff were all personable, efficient and very helpful. |Room (mauror superior) was clean and comfortable. Outlook was to a retaining wall but that meant it was very quiet. |A big plus is the restaurant facilities with some very appealing dishes. |The breakfast room in the basement is rather more utilitarian but adequate. The breakfast experience would be improved if fresh croissants were available!

Boutique Hotel Puerta de las Granadas stands out for its central location in the old, historic part of the city. What really makes it special, though, is that it’s not a soulless, corporate block where every room and corridor look the same. The hotel makes the most of its historic setting by giving each room its own personality. We stayed in a room with a small balcony overlooking the street, while other rooms face the courtyard—and from the top floor, you can even see the Alhambra. The hotel also sets itself apart with an on-site café, restaurant, breakfast buffet room, gym, and library. The reception and breakfast staff were very welcoming. It took me a few seconds to figure out how to use the shower—there are instructions on the glass door—but once I did, it was fantastic. The Japanese-style toilet is a unique feature in Europe and a nice surprise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Puerta de las Granadas. A chic and very comfortable hotel that has a staff that is curteous, professional, and determined to provide the best service. Rates are very competitive. It is ideally located; a short distance from the top attractions in Granada: the Alhambra and the Cathedral. (Short walking distrance from both). Very up to date in facilities, decor, and condition; a lovely place. The breakfast option is worth taking advantage of and the the quaint, on-site resturant offers quality dinners. We hope to return to Granada and there is no doubt where we will be staying.

Google
Great hotel in terms of location, very close to everything, but will not be staying again due to awful service and rudeness from hotel management. They were not serving food (we had just arrived from travelling at approx 16:00) so we brought our own simple food to consume. We were then met by hotel management who was rude and shouting at us. If the hotel are refusing to offer the service of food, I will obviously have to go out and buy my own food. I was really disappointed with how I was spoken to by Conchita, the hotel manager and found she was more keen to go back to her private party on the rooftop than speak with respect to hotel guests.

Cozy, comfortable room with all that was needed! Decor fashionable but simple. Quaint boutique hotel with rooftop bar and nice cafe in lobby for cappuccino & pastry in the morning. Staff very helpful - excellent customer service. Best of all - my door and balcony view of narrow street below and Alhambra above!! Best of my entire trip!!!

Yelp
This is a quaint hotel in a historic building and a 10 minute walk to the allahambra and 2 minutes walk to the main square /restaurants The staff was accommodating and pleasant, I accidentally booked the incorrect ticket for the allahambra so they contacted the agency and got it fixed, definitely book through them! I recommend this hotel and stuff!!

Yelp
This hotel is a basic value, simple 16 bed, no frills, comfortable hotel. It gets 5 stars because of it's prime location up the Alhambra (10 minutes walking up hill). They have free internet and computer access. We got a 5% discount because we booked early. We got upgraded to the third floor and got a small view of the Alhambra. Katia and Manuel were really helpful to us answering all of our questions. It was a bit tricky getting into Granada by bus as we had to backtrack. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Please cross reference this with Trip Advisor before booking. Remodeled in 2006 and has an elevator. Rooms are spacious. Free safe and room has a refrigerator. I guess in Europe, hotels are required to list the ranking of the hotel based on "stars" on the signage. This was a "three star" hotel. One block down the main street and there will be a bus for quick access to the Albayzin (Moorish quarter). 85 Euro/night.

Yelp
One of the best hotels on our trip to Spain! Fransisco and company at the desk were excellent--directions, maps, information on things to see. The hotel is straight down from the Alhambra. Though we chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, we took coffee onto the courtyard. Computers were available. Would heartily recommend this hotel to all! By the way, when I booked while still in the United States, the hotel sent info for tickets for the Alahambra and booked our tickets. REALLY great - we got to bypass the crazy lines, no hassle. They also got us tickets for Flamenco when we were at the hotel.
