Nicely located in Puerto de las Nieves. Bit old hotel, but clean, everything worked, friendly service. Was allowed to use the balcony of another room which was empty for couple of hours to dry my cycling clothes. Breakfast was good. One side of the hotel is next to the road which is a little noisy. Good value for money.

Stayed for one night during a cycling trip, the hotel is a little dated and the rooms are old fashioned but the staff and location are absolutely lovely. Agaete is stunning! Please get new mattresses as the beds are very old!

Stayed for one night as passing through and loved the spacious room. Good value as I'd booked much earlier on. Close to the port and natural swimming baths which was great as I was there for such a short time. If you'd like to use the spa etc. ensure you book ahead as I was unable. Also, note that they don't serve food in the restaurant, only a very basic breakfast, and the restaurants and cafes appeared to shut early. Very quaint location. I would stay again... although I'd bring PJs as was cold at night with no heater or blanket.

Beautiful hotel just steps away from ocean views. Great breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, each room has balcony with views on the ocean and/or port town. Parking is located in the ground, access there is a bit narrow, don't park big vehicles there :) also wellness is available for hotel guests, including 3 pools, sauna (extra fee) and little gym. Overal experience was very good and staff was very helpful.

The service was good, nice and friendly people, the facilities were ok, could not find the pool, but it had everything else, food was just breakfast, not the hotels fault but a group of people just emptied all the breakfast items. Other than that the place was good.

Great location and the area is spectacular! This hotel is a bit dated and tired. It is clean and the staff were friendly but we have a long list of things which could be improved. |The front door was always closed and as a fire door it made it feel like we were coming and going from a hostel. The staff congregated at reception to relax and as they didn’t have uniforms it was very informal and again felt like a hostel.|The decor is dark and the windows in the reception and breakfast area have large logo vinyls which blocks out any view or light. In the bedroom we found it very dark with only lamps and old fashioned dark wood bed, desk, cupboard and floor. We were given only 1 pillow each and 1 glass to share, no tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean however it was not modern and felt like 1975.|Breakfast was average. We were unsure who were staff as staff had jeans on rather than matching uniforms. The food was fine although the canteen needed interior design improvements.
