We had a wonderful stay at PuertoBahia & Spa! The staff were super friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with great variety and quality. The facilities are new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. And the location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything we needed and stunning views. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back

We booked the hotel mainly for its spa and indoor pool. At check-in, we asked the reception about the pool opening hours, but they told us they didn’t know, as it wasn’t part of the hotel. When we finally arrived at the spa, we were informed that it costs €10 per hour, per person—which seems excessive to me. We were also asked for a credit card as a guarantee at check-in, and I’d like to take this opportunity to ask the general manager a question to reflect on: what is the purpose of this credit card guarantee if the room only has a dirty, empty minibar? To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a room service menu available. Very poor customer service overall, and it seems like the hotel is missing out on potential revenue opportunities.

I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. Nontheless, the breakfast has large variety of product and its quality is fine. Ms or Mrs Director, i sincerely recommend tu put a waiter to attend the bar in order to high the ratng.

However, at check-in, the receptionist told us she didn’t know the pool hours because the spa wasn’t actually part of the hotel. 1h to make the check-in. They are super slow even though they are nice. Queue of 10 couples at 2:30pm… No one extra came to help to the reception. I come here to relax and don’t think it is normal to wait 1h to make check in that takes 5minutes normally

Fantastic experience as always. I've chosen this hotel in summer for decades and it's a source of great pleasure to recharge your batteries. Unbeatable location and astonishing lobby, with a fantastic swimming pool and bar that justify its 4 stars after being a 3 start hotel for long time for some reason (tax savings?). I could hardly ever complain about anything after the great times here, however I must say that it's becoming harder and harder to make the decision to return every year based on the skyrocketing prices. I have my concerns to consider it value for money unless you have a lot of money, specially when I think that the quality of the buffet has been reduced despite the price (this was a must in the past with delicious local cuisine and huge variety). Having said that I really value how friendly and helpful all the staff in the hotel is, which will probably make me reconsider to book it again...

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. We came April 24, July 24 and Oct 24. The hotel on the whole is great, they do a great breakfast, lots of choice and a good quality. I feel they could have done with some more staff during this visit, especially as the hotel had lots of groups booked in and it was Spainsh National Day. I'm sure there was only one person working at breakfast and the poor thing could not keep up with clearing tables by herself, we had a similar issue at the lobby bar, a very long wait for drinks and almost all the empty tables had not been cleared. That said, I am not knocking the staff, as they were so nice even though they were under alot of pressure! I would still come here again, as the pool is great, rooms are fine (maybe an upgrade of towels and a few more pillows is needed) but the recent refurbishment of the rooms shows and is very good and the location is second to none.

Service quality is at best a 3 star yet they appear as 4 stars. Breakfast room table are packed as, food option leaves a lot desiring, no cake for breakfast, poor bread options. Take too long to remove used dishes from tables so you lots of tables with left overs. I will never go there again. Next time I will stay in Cadiz
