Extremely charming heritage hotel in perfect position. Former residence of the Maharaja of Jodhpur the whole hotel shows the touch and feel of the past colonial style. Every room is individually furnished with antique pieces and show great taste. The view on the lakes and ghats is impressive, do not miss the view from the panorama top. Very friendly staff, very clean also.|A true heritage experience ( of course in this setting You can’t expect all the modern comfort)

Today I have spent such a nice day.|This place is a great place to come, rest, and relax. |The staff are very friendly and always at service. |I get such a good sleep here. |The view from the hotel is natural and stunning. Sun shining, trees, and beautiful architecture around. |Perfect location to walking market and temples.

The rooms are great, the view is amazing, you can get many eating options just outside the hotel, the staff are helpful. The few downsides are - the rooms need a little up keeping and the way to the hotel may be confusing, because of its location, but at last it's great. I went there with my family and enjoyed every moment with it!!

Excellent location, excellent good. We had a wonderful stay. I would have given it 5 stars but it falls just for a few things: 1. We booked two rooms, but just one room was provided with water and telling them to provide more water got no results. The entire hotel staff showed up at the departure time expecting tips. The fridges in both the rooms were not cooling and were replaced soon but such things should be checked in advance. Overall I do recommend this hotel. You will be greeted with a smile and stay at the very best location right at the lake. Must eat at their open-air restaurant as the food and view are both amazing... I read in a review that the temple sounds will disturb the guests, but I did not experience that at all. What did disturb my early morning sleep was the staff talking loudly right outside my window...

A last minute on arrival booking, this is a slightly faded but lovely luxury hotel with a lovely view of sunset from the terrace. Breakfast was overly formal as in low season its table not buffet service but otherwise this was a really lovely stay, with views as impressive as advertised, and staff welcoming and helpful.

Rooms are so so. But the Hotel is on the banks of a beautiful lake with a fantastic view. Food at the restaurant was not the best. If you get a good price offer, it may be worth it.

Great location.||Rooms not bad but Airconditioning sounds like a 747.||Buffet food average at best.||Staff, well, just miserable. Attitudes range from gloomy to outright rude.||Worst staff vibe in any place I've stayed in 24 years of visiting India. ||Would not stay again.
