I had an amazing stay at Pushkin Hotel in Moscow! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to most of the popular tourist spots. The area feels safe and quiet, which made for a very peaceful stay. My room was spotless, especially the bedding and bathroom, which I really appreciated. A special touch was the slice of cake they left in my room on my birthday – such a thoughtful gesture! The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating and always ready to help. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Moscow! Highly recommend! -

Incredible service. Amazing, kind and helpful workers. Came from Turkey and fly all the time. If I come Moscow again, I know where to stay. -

A very nice comfortable hotel in a great location. The room is clean and has plenty of room. In Russia all the hotels have single beds. My husband is tall and had been struggling with the small beds. We made enquiries and the hotel was very obliging by pushing the beds together with a special topper. However we still got the single duvets but we were happy. Breakfast is provided and there is a good variety of food.

A boutique nineteen-century boutique hotel with a warm, elitist home atmosphere. The receptionists are excellent who help with every request and every turn over and above. Very quiet hotel located right in the city center on a side alley about two minutes from three metro lines.||Breakfast is very tasty, varied and rich. Wonderful pastries and coffee not bad either. Also a restaurant in the hotel is excellent and inexpensive.||Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The area has many entertainment venues, museums and theaters, many shops. To the Kremlin about 10 minutes walk. In short, this is the hotel.

After we asked successfully for a room change and got a room on the 3rd floor (from ground floor) the stay was very pleasant. The staff did not speak English well but tried very hard to make every guest feel welcomed. The room was beautiful, spacious and the bed very comfortable. This is a place I would like to recommend for sure.

The location is excellent. It is in a walking distance to kremlin, bolchoi.||The room is clean and quiet, but too small.||The breakfast is excellent, full of choices and delicious. The service is superb.

The hotel was very well located. Close to the metro, close to Red Square, etc..etc.. I was on a group tour, and so I did not have to worry about where I stayed. But, if ever I go to Moscow on my own, I would definitely stay here! Also, the staff were very very friendly, and cheerful. Excellent breakfast, with a very wide choice. Good free wi-fi. But.... I would definitely not take the room I had, number 410. Claustrophobic. Low and sloping ceiling. No window! Only a skylight! I understand many of the rooms in the fourth floor were like this. I did not see all the fourth floor rooms, so I cannot vouch for the others, but mine was not good. So, while I will stay here if I go to Moscow on my own, I will demand a room on one of the lower floors, without the sloping ceiling! Other than that, a great hotel!
