Hotel Qaswa Hills

I visited Hotel Qaswa Hills with my family and really enjoyed the food here. We ordered the non-veg platter, and it was more than sufficient as a starter for our 4-member family. We also tried the mutton biryani and mutton palav — both were delicious, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The ambience is clean and comfortable, the service is quick, and parking is available, which makes the visit easy and convenient. Overall, a great place for non-veg lovers in Kolhapur. Highly recommended!

Greatest of all time in Kolhapur !!! Taste of all the veg and nonveg items are amazing.i went many times at that restaurant but never got regret of eating such delicious food. Most value for money food ! My suggestion is must visit and specially on sunday due to availability of Sunday special menu

Very poor experience and highly unprofessional behavior. I ordered Mushroom Salt & Pepper, but was delivered Mushroom Manchurian. After calling the restaurant, they asked me to personally come back and return the parcel, assuring me it would be replaced. I went back, returned the food, and was given a parcel again. Once I reached home, I realised they had only reheated the same dish and packed it again, instead of preparing the correct order. After this, I contacted the manager, Raziullah, to report the issue. His tone was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I told him I would write a review about both the food issue and his behavior, he responded by saying that he did not care and used dismissive language, making it clear that customer feedback means nothing to them. This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this place.

Worst food ever, i ordered special mutton thali and mutton was so Chevy, not cooked properly, I just wasted my money. I have complained to manager also but no use. Mutton was smelling like it was not fresh, it was surely frozen and smelling so bad. Don't waste ur money here better go to some nice place. This restaurant only looks good in appearance but food is pathetic, uncooked, stealth. I got diara because of this mutton I had. Not recommended at all.

One of the best non-veg experiences in Kolhapur! Tried their mutton thali, biryani, and chicken BBQ—everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The mutton thali was rich, spicy, and authentic Kolhapuri style. BBQ chicken was juicy with a great smoky finish, and the biryani was aromatic and satisfying. Beautiful location with a peaceful vibe, quick service, and clean seating areas. Perfect spot for a weekend meal with friends or family. Great value for money too. Highly recommended if you’re in Kolhapur and craving proper non-veg!

Undoubtedly, this Hotel Qaswa Hills ranks among Kolhapur's finest dining experiences. Offering a diverse array of delectable starters, I highly recommend trying them. The quality of food is exceptional, and the recommendations from the staff were spot-on. The biryani was particularly outstanding, and the shahi tukda served as a delightful finale. The staff members were exceedingly courteous, and ample parking space was available. In sum, a five-star restaurant experience.

The restaurant ambience is good, but the service by the captain was disappointing. He seemed uninterested, ignored our queries, and did not explain or suggest dishes even when we asked. Proper guidance from the captain is expected, especially when customers seek help choosing items. Hope the management looks into this and improves the service experie
