Hôtel Quatorze

What truly sets this beautiful hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Chris at reception was already expecting us upon arrival and provided thoughtful, efficient assistance with all the information and parking arrangements, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is wonderfully comfortable and after a long journey we enjoyed a perfectly restful night’s sleep. The location is also perfect for visiting the Christmas markets, making the stay even more special. We will gladly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning next year. Thank you

I struggle with how to rate this hotel. It was in a pretty good location with a nice balcony on a generally quiet street. Note that when it says open concept bathroom that means that there's is no privacy for showering. My shower was ice cold while my daughter's was scalding. We didn't eat breakfast here so I can't speak on that but I do feel like the value for a mother/daughter trip just wasn't there. Honeymoon, maybe? I'm guessing that's what the big tub in the middle of the room was for.

We were a motorcycle touring group and stayed at this hotel for four days. The hotel is centrally located, and we were allowed to park our motorcycles in the secure inner courtyard. The hotel is excellent and clean, and the rooms are air-conditioned. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we felt very welcome as bikers – something that, unfortunately, is not always a given. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted good. I especially want to highlight that I had forgotten my ring in the room when we checked out. When I called to ask about it, I was kindly told that the cleaning lady had handed it in. The ring was then sent back to me, which meant a great deal and further contributed to my very positive impression. Next time I visit the beautiful Alsace region, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will gladly recommend it to my friends.

Beautiful modern rooms. Very close to main old part of Colmar . Perfect position to explore. Car park very close too . Breakfast was good not to my taste but good quality

Really good hotel, with modern rooms, very good beds, large shower, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Very quite neighbourhood yet 100m away from historical center. And great value for money.

Great location . Jose at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small with quirky layout, which we knew when we booked . Nice toiletries.|I contacted property twice by email with questions. Never received a response.|Wifi was spotty. In room safe did not work. Was told battery died last week. Jets on tub did not work. Was told also stopped would week. |I would not consider this a " luxury boutique" hotel as promoted.

It is a very centrally located hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor, accessible with a lift, and had a nice jacuzzi. The hotel does not have a private parking place. The car park mentioned is a public one within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel. The young lady at the reception couldn't speak English, so we struggled with the parking place, how it worked, whether there was a hotel discount, etc. They politely let us put our bikes inside the hotel with our other belongings. I would have given five stars if the parking place had been appropriately explained, as it was our highest priority when searching for a hotel.

Chris was amazing. He surprised my wife with a cake for breakfast since it was her birthday. He was very friendly and kind with us. We also enjoyed the spa and room a lot.
