Hotel Quelle Nature Spa Resort

Hello. My wife and I have just returned from this amazing hotel after 5 days. In fact, this is our third vacation here, all of them were in winter. I would like to detail to those who will come after, what to expect on a personal note, so that you can come here without hesitation. Location: The hotel itself is in a beautiful and quiet place that overlooks the stunning valley. Spa: Regarding spa facilities, there are plenty of options for real relaxation and pampering, especially after opening an additional area on the top floor. Simply stunning for all spa lovers, this is the place! Adults-only pools are simply stunning . Many saunas on the first floor (an old area, but very beautiful) There are not many hotels with this amount of facilities and are open from 10:30 in the morning to 19:30. Well done! There are also additional pools in different areas as well as a dozen beautiful and well-maintained saunas. 4 sauna rituals were very relaxing, great respect to the sauna master who did an outstanding job. Service: It was amazing. The people at the reception were very friendly. Luggage was transferred from the car to the room within minutes. Every place and every corner of the hotel was incredibly clean and tidy. Rooms: We were in a renovated room on the second floor, simply beautiful, clean, cozy and tidy with a huge balcony that overlooks the mountains. Food: Three very tasty and well-prepared meals served in an exceptional manner, not to mention the delicious and incredibly beautiful desserts. A huge thank you to our waitress named Nicole who was very professional and friendly. If you are looking for a stunning area, delicious food, a quiet and magical place and also a spa enthusiast, the Quelle Hotel is the place to be on vacation.

Wow wow wow! Stunning resort with amazing staff, brilliant facilities and it truly was one of the most special vacations of our life! In fact, they made our honeymoon super 🙌🏻☺️

We booked this hotel for our long planned trip to Italy, and while I had high expectations, this hotel consistently exceeded them. The service is incredible, with every detail thought of throughout our stay. The pools were wonderful, and we enjoyed the entertainment in the evening. We also loved the food, with each meal featuring some of the best produce we’ve ever eaten. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, and our daughter particularly enjoyed the kids club each afternoon to the point that we had to drag her away. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and we will be back.

The room was perfect, the services were incredible, and the food was excellent. Although the facilities were nice, they didn’t stand out as much as those on the Swiss side of the Alps. I never quite understood why certain amenities could only be accessed if you were completely naked. What’s the point? Whether one is naked or not should not be a requirement to enjoy the facilities.

We spent 4 nights at Quelle and wow, this place completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and intentional. With 12 saunas and 8 pools, there’s always something new to explore, like the nature spa with the sounds of a nearby river and waterfall. The food deserves its own paragraph. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and dinner are all included, and it genuinely felt like a celebration of food each day. The restaurant has the most beautiful view, you get your own set table for the entire stay, and meal times are clearly structured, which somehow helped us fall into the most relaxing routine. There were amazing vegetarian options, and you could tell the chefs were passionate. You could taste the love they put into every dish. Our favorite part of every day was the dessert buffet at dinner. The staff were not only super quick and attentive, but genuinely kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with a private jacuzzi overlooking the garden, double showers, and all the comfort we could ask for. We now call this “the trip we didn’t know we needed” as it was the perfect mix of luxury, nature, and relaxation.

Top-tier experience from start to finish. In fact, I’d say it’s probably the most comfortable and pampered we’ve ever felt at a hotel, and we’ve been to a few nice ones in our time. From the very first interaction for booking as well as the moment we confirmed our arrival via WhatsApp, they made everything incredibly easy. They gave us a parking spot number and told us to just leave our luggage in the boot and head straight in. No fuss, no awkward moments. The check-in was a breeze, and they even offered to take care of our keys and get our bags to the room while we enjoyed a welcome drink. And there was absolutely no tip pressure, everything just felt natural and gracious. The suite itself was stunning, even lovelier than the photos. A big balcony with a hot tub, a charming little fireplace for that warm alpine feel, and just a generally cosy but modern atmosphere. We never once felt like we were in a stiff, show-offy luxury hotel; it was all about comfort and genuine hospitality. The restaurant was another highlight. There’s a suggested dress code, but it’s more of a gentle nudge than a rule, and everyone felt relaxed and well-looked-after. The staff were clearly experienced, using humour and warmth to make everyone feel at home. We never felt out of place, even though we’re not half as wealthy as some of the guests who were clearly regulars and probably there for longer stays. Finally, those little touches, like cleaning the windscreen of our car before we left, just showed how much they care. It’s family-owned, and you can tell they put their heart into it. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
