Hotel Quetzal

We really didnt have a great experience here. The only redeeming factor was the location and since we only were staying one night, we went ahead for it Also the breakfast was pretty ok, with multiple options compared to other places. The rest leaves much to be desired and it doesnt seem very well kept

Appeared from customer reviews to be OK for a night. WRONG!!!||||Hotel treats customers like GULAG inmates.||||Bedroom stank.||||Bed passable for sleep.||||Bathroom had barest facilities and shower sprayed water over the floor.||||The WiFi wasn't working.||||The breakfast was the most abysmal I've ever experienced in 40 years of travel in over 30 nations!!!

Excelente limpieza, buen desayuno, y comodidad para descansar. Buena vista. Podrian sumar una terraza para salir a tomar aire o hablar por telefono. Es muy encerrado, pero lindo en gral el lugar.

Les hablé para reservar para mis parientes, me dieron un precio y prometían desayuno por un par de horas que iban a estar y no se respetó lo acordado. Quien está a cargo de WhatsApp es la persona responsable. Quedé muy mal. Me guié por las reseñas... eso fue mi culpa.

Muy buen Hotel mejoró muchísimo..La atención espectacular como siempre y lo mejor estacionamiento a la par del hotel
