The room was nice and the restaurants for the most part are fantastic. Marea was great fro breakfast the service very attentive. Terrazas' food was excellent as well, although very slow so no rushing while dining there.|Lastly, they lack a small fridge in rooms to deter you from brining outside food which we have seen in other hotels. However, you can still have a small refrigerator to keep water or medications cold. They offer you to bring down to reception, but them seem bothered if you actually bring down. I have meds and my daughters had milk for their babies. As people that flew in, we did not have coolers with us so that was very annoying. |Other than that, it is a very nice hotel that is family oriented. The cleaning service were also very good l.

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta Bella. Beautiful view from the pool area, slightly pricey but great restaurants, nightly entertainment on the beach. The staff was lovely especially Oscar, our tour guide to the falls, and Carlos, who drove us from the airport. They were fun and funny and made my birthday very memorable.||Three minor drawbacks: Our “mountain” room was on the ground floor overlooking the parking lot and passenger loading/unloading area. This made the patio undesirable to use and caused the room to flood with headlights in the evening. We also wished the room had a mini fridge for our own beverages. Lastly, the surf on this beach is always rough due to a sharp drop off making swimming quite difficult.||That said, the room itself was clean, cool and attractive and the pool areas are lovely. We also enjoyed the proximity to town; easily walkable.||There is some construction taking place for what looks like a new courtyard but we were not bothered by the noise. They seem to do the work during the day when we were out and about and enjoying the day.

We had a suite that had a nice view and was clean . The air conditioning worked well and the staff was friendly and attentive. No in room refrigerator and process for getting ice was clunky and a bit of a pain. Our palapa roof, which was awesome looking, leaked during a rain storm one night, and we awoke to pools of water on the ground. Luckily, it did not leak on the bed. The pools and beach were amazing but not being able to bring your own drinks to the area and having to buy them from staff seemed like a bit unreasonable. The food in the restaurants was good but a little pricey in comparison to similar venues in town. The food in town was excellent as well for the most part. The gym was in a state of disrepair with limited functioning machines, a broken air conditioning unit and tools and electrical cords strewn about. |Overall, a clean hotel with a great location, good restaurants ( but more expensive than surrounding area), and descent price. The pool and beach are nice but having to pay for drinks( which you needed because it was hot ) took a little away from the experience. Gym was almost unusable in its current condition as well.

Such a lovely experience! The ladies at the spa are the sweetest! We loved the restaurant Aroma, the beach is wonderful, the rooms precious. We stayed in the rooms along the mountain side view and we loved it! We spent about half and half of the time in and out of the hotel. We visited the neighbors restaurants. We definitely will come back!

Standard massage- and Azucena provided Mani and pedi after. All three were competently done. |Scent in the massage area was very pleasant and soothing.|I would recommend, though personally I would have been satisfied with the shorter massage. The price was quite reasonable even for the longer massage.

Charming little (relatively) resort right on the beach. Nice, chill vibe with a mix of families, couples and snowbirds. The onsite construction is a bit annoying, but you’re not here to sit in your room ditto for terrible WiFi). I will say they should better protect against some of the work they are doing in public areas - sparks were flying in the lobby from some metal work! A few restaurants a short still away (Blada Yu!) as well as an Oxxo and big Chedraui supermarket. Poolside service was friendly and the rooms clean with strong A/C. A fun surprise was the almost nightly live entertainment, including opera (very good Soprano!), dance lessons, and a charming crooner, all on the beach. I would happily return…I miss it already!

Be extremely careful on what you book here. The pictures of the rooms in the booking website are not what you are getting. If it says “Mountain View” that just means you are going to be looking at the parking lot or construction. They have like 3 different categories of rooms and when you get to the hotel, they will give you an old room and then tell you that if you want the room in the picture of your booking that you need to pay to upgrade. The staff on the front desk, specifically Fernanda, is horrendous to deal with. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had a room change for my last night at the hotel. The hotel staff the night before had confirmed my room for my last night and while I was on my way out for a tour in the morning, Fernanda almost made me miss it because she was refusing to do what the hotel staff the night before had arranged and wanted me to move rooms again. I told her I was going to miss my tour and she just replied that it wasn’t her problem and that I couldn’t keep the room I was told the night before. 0/10 for Fernanda and the front desk staff. There is also construction going on so during the day it’s super loud. If you want to sleep during the day or just hang out in your hotel room, this is not the place to go. Please also note that this hotel is categorized incorrectly as a 5 start hotel on Google. The staff told me that they were a 4 star hotel. The positive side is that the location of the hotel is good. The hotel is close to downtown and a lot of the local attractions. The beach the hotel is located at is also nice but not great for swimming. There are various restaurants at the hotel and they have activities in the morning (yoga/pilates) and at night as well. They also have a gym and spa on site.

Services is great, and food and locación is outstanding. But hotel is currently doing construction work, so not a quiet time. Work starts around 7.30 am to later afternoon. Hammering, drilling and other noises and very visible construction views. There is no warning when booking, and they make you sign a document accepting that no refunds will be made just as you pay. It was a weird thing to sign , but once we walked into the hotel we found out why. It's going through renovations but they wanted to continue hotel operations s As if nothing. Better call hotel and ask when renovations will finish before coming.

Yelp
The service is bad at two of the restaurants, one of them being Otto. The yoga mats that they provide are disgusting! When this was pointed out nothing was done to fix the problem. The cost of the hotel was so much in the end although it was advertised for so much less in the beginning. The rooms did get cleaned in a timely fashion. The coffee stunk! The rooms had no refrigerators in them.

Yelp
Beautiful location, rooms are nice and clean, BUT the pillows, towels, bed sheets, pillows are all VERY VERY OLD, RUFF on the skin, dingy in color from being so so aged! The shower is head flow poorly. My number 1 complaint, sheets, pillows, and towels all have to be replaced, I would be surprised it these items are not over 10 years old.

Yelp
Absolutely loved Quinta Bella.....such a fine resort and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a genuine treat. We choose a King Suite with our off patio private pool....that was the single feature that made me choose the resort. Restaurants on the property were exceptional. Loved our breakfasts on their covered deck watching the ocean. OTTO restaurant was one of the best of our whole trip. Outstanding food and service.

Yelp
This is definitely a nice place to stay for visitors to the Huatulco Mexico area. The rooms are basic but comfortable, the pools are lovely and the poolside service absolutely cannot be beat! We had all kinds of drinks and snacks during the three days we were there, And frankly we were blown away by how friendly the servers were! The hotel is also within walking distance to the central area and Mercado. Really the only downside was the staff at the front desk. No matter who was there, they seemed very put out every time we asked for a bottle of water. They just don't seem to like tourists. In our opinion, people with that attitude shouldn't be working the front desk. But all in all, it's a decent place to stay.

Yelp
*LATE REVIEW* I surprised my fiance to a trip to Mexico for the first time! So we did not know what to expect. We went in the beginning in July. Hands down, although Mexico is basically cheaper than America in almost everything, Quinta Bella was not just affordable, but also came with QUALITY service and QUALITY FOOD! This type of hotel would cost thousands in America! At this rate would definitely keep customers coming! Pricing is affordable, not too cheap to where it is skeptical, and not too expensive to where I'd look elsewhere. The whole experience of beachfront, our own private pool, easy access to hotel pool and bars made the experience an everlasting memory! The private beach where you can have a nice long walk made our experience in Mexico overall the best trip outside of country, so far. Quinta Bella is extremely close to local restaurants, activities, convenience stores, etc. If I were to come back to Huatulco, I will definitely book this place as long as it doesnt cost an arm and a leg. Thank you to Quinta Bella and staff, especially the security and front gate attendants! They were friendly and I just felt it was more of a personal/friend connection rather than just a business. I 100% recommend. FYI, looks like they are building more rooms, and pools and maybe other activities/bars at this hotel. So to all new guests, I hope this is up and running because it looked beautiful even during the construction process.

Yelp
I went there to enjoy my New Year's. I made point to book a resort to have full access of amenities cones with the resort like restaurants, bars and pool. The hotel closed pool/ beach access, bars and restaurant for the guest who stayed there, paying 220$ a night without a notice ahead. If I knew it I did not book this place. The owner of the hotel threw a private party that non of the guest have access. I had to go to an other resort to spend my New Year's Eve which was not easy to get an access. I returned to my resort and the private pArty still went till 2:30 am. Window shaking music and karaoke continued. All of their gust had no concept of social distancing and masks. Crappy place ever.

Yelp
My Husband, Son and I had a wonderful stay at the Quinta Bella, it is a small quaint location which makes it perfect for enjoying the resort without fighting crowds. The entire staff was attentive and provided great customer service our entire stay. The downside is not bringing in your own drinks, it worked fine for us but it does cost more. Extremely close to town, just a short cab ride away.
