We had a nice stay in that hotel. Very well located, big room, big bathroom. The staff is kind. You can leave your luggage after the check out. I recommend it for sure.

Fantastic location, even if coming by car. Walking distance to all of the inner city with restaurants, coffee shops, parks, churches, you name it. Spacious inner courtyard is stunning in such a dense city. Silent during nights. We only missed a kettle and instant coffee in the room.

We had a great few days stayed. Outdoor has a great open place for hangout. Wish the restaurant or bar start working again. The hotel is in a great location around the center. The room is big. However, no coffee maker and also the fridge did not work. Wish there is additional sitting area in the room.

I really liked this hotel. The location is great, and the old convent interesting (with very easy parking in the courtyard). Ironically, when some reviews said it was noisy and the beds a bit hard, we had the best nights sleep in Mexico with very comfortable (not hard) beds, and very quiet (perhaps because we asked for a quiet room), The only disappointment was that they no longer serve breakfast, and there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but we could get hot water at Reception. If you want to indulge yourself, go to Breton for breakfast!

Budget option in centro in historic building. Functional rooms, most without views. On site restaurant closed years ago and remaining service level is non existent. Lack of room security with flimsy door locks and wide open street access to all rooms.

This is a former convent, and as such has a large inner courtyard, with outdoor seating for complimentary breakfast (cold cereal, hot beverages, fruit). There is also seating outside each of the rooms. The rooms are somewhat rustic and dark, since the building is old/stone. But the shower is fine, there is a typical dresser and closet, and a safe. The bed is SUPER firm! They have a separate interior courtyard for parking. Pleasant staff (no English). Great location 3 blocks from the main pedestrian shopping area and plazas. Very reasonable rates.

The hotel is located in a really good area, close to all the downtown attractions. The personnel is polite and courteous. There was an odor in the bathroom but I think it was due to the upper rooms being smoking rooms, but nothing that you can’t stand. Bed was comfortable!
