HOTEL RAFAIN CENTRO

Very nice hotel located in the centre of Foz. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and willing to assist. Great breakfast. The rooms are comfortable. The shower is a bit changeable from cold to warm. The air-conditioning is not very strong, and probably needed a maintenance. The one elevator is little for the size of the hotel. The pool is nice But in general it's a nice and comfortable hotel. We stayed there with pleasure.

Avoiding the whole of Foz du Iguacu on Paraguayan Black Friday weekend is generally a good idea but this hotel definitely seemed to struggle with the crowds. The breakfast was overwhelmingly busy, had to sit in the lobby area with my coffee, luckily the lobby is spacious with lots of sofas. The staff was good and the room perfectly served the purpose for a one night stay. It’s nice to have an interior facing room with view of the pool, especially if they have an early evening concert in the pool area. The gym is small but fairly well equipped. There is a superb coffee roastery and a great acai restaurant just one block away.

A well-maintained hotel. Our stay of 3 days was uneventful in the best way possible, no one had an issue with the rooms (One was a little small, but nothing outrageous). The hotel is well located, decently well furnished and the staff were friendly and helpful on the occasions we needed them. The pool was large and comfortable, despite ongoing construction to the area around it. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and varied with plenty of options each day.

Given the relatively inexpensive price of this hotel we were not expecting a great deal but we were surprised to find friendly staff and a lovely pool/ pool area. Rooms are pretty basic but the air-con works and it was clean. Breakfast was also good.

Loby and pool area lovely. Service great. Rooms very tired. We had trouble with aircon not working. Not able to fix and needing to move rooms at late evening.

Convenient location, well organised space, exceptional staff (especially Henrique!) - friendly, ready to help, knowledgeable, quick in response! Excellent food in the lobby restaurant! Pool to relax! A 24-hour service amenities shop just across the street. Safe area. When in Foz do Iguaçu that is the place!

Excellent value, location is in center Foz with grocery store a block away, 24 hour pharmacy across the street and many good restaurants in easy walking distance. |Breakfast is excellent with a great variety of options. The outside area is a bit limited as of our stay as the pool was under reconstruction. Rooms are okay, comfortable. Travel desk in the lobby can help with local tours and there's a game room / area in the basement.
